This amazing condo at 'TAO Inspired Living' is located in the most exclusive building in this private residential community, a ground floor unit featuring a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a unique view to the private pool all the way to the golf course fairway and lake. The guest bedroom is cozy with two single beds and a pull-out extra bed and its own full bathroom, meanwhile the TV room offers a double sofa-bed. A full third bathroom is also available.

The living room, dining room, and open kitchen are facing the terrace with the private pool, all which are located just a few steps away from the golf course fairway and its beautiful lake.

The condo is fully furnished and equipped with linens, towels, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, and a laundry room with fully automated washer and dryer.

Golf paradise

Its really great. Lots of room, excellent layout for 2 couples and a beautiful back patio. Being out most days golfing at the course on site, this is a very nice place to come back to. Maria has it very well stocked with everything you'd need to eat well and comfortably

Beautiful property in a great location.

We stayed here with our inlaws and son and had a great time. The condo is immaculate, lovely and has plenty of room to accommodate people. We purchased lunch on the resort and ate in nearby towns (Akumal and Tulum) for dinner. Felipe was incredibly helpful with everything. If we return to the area, we would definitely choose this rental again.

Fantastic condo, gorgeous view!

This condo was everything you could dream of. From the beautiful decoration to the gorgeous view of the golf course, we loved it! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The appliances are very high tech but once you get used to it, they are easy to operate. The master bedroom was huge and had a beautiful view of the patio and the golf course. My favorite spot was the patio and the hammock at night, I really enjoyed watching the stars and the night breeze! Thanks to Luciana for all her help! We loved Tao and the wellness center where we did the yoga and meditation classes in the morning. We should not forget Juan Carlos at the cafeteria, every morning after our class he always greeted us with our favorite juice (Tao red juice). Awesome customer service! We'll definitely be back!

The condo is itself is beautiful but everything in it is in need of replacing and updating. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. They were basically a cheap mattresses without boxsprings. The bed linens, towels, placemats were old, stained, and in need of replacing. We did ask for and receive new sheets for king bed since the original ones did not fit the bed and were torn in the corners. This property is not a 3 bedroom as listed. The third bedroom is a TV room with a couch. There are multiple seams on the couch which make for an uncomfortable bed. The coffee maker was ancient and dirty so we purchased our own for our stay. There is only one outlet in the kitchen with one plug designated for the internet. The mosaic tile on the shower floor in one of the bathrooms is missing in many spots.. The shower hinges are completely rusted and covered in some white ( maybe calcium deposits). The doorknobs on the exterior sliders, second bedroom and laundry room were broken. We were impressed with the management company which corrected anything we needed help with at the condo. The owner is very communicative and easy to deal with but the condo needs some serious attention.

Paradise in Akumal

From the gorgeous setting to the luxurious amenities to the gracious and helpful host, this condo has it all! This was our first time staying in a Riviera Maya condo resort versus a hotel and it was the best decision we ever made. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to cook our own meals, spread out and relax in this lovely home. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for exploring the Riviera Maya and is close to restaurants, grocery stores and more. Marcela was an amazing host. She was super responsive and helpful, going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a relaxing stay at this light-filled and spacious property

We were three people and very happy with our stay in this spacious condo. Marcela was attentive and responded to all our inquiries. We love the big windows with the terrace outside where we ate breakfast each morning. The property was clean and ready for our arrival with everything in place. The master bedroom is wonderful, and we liked that there are three bathrooms in the unit. The finishes and decor are modern and nice. The AC worked well and mosquitos were not a problem. We love the local gym and yoga classes in the morning and the access to the beach. We didn’t really cook, but if others intend to, some special instructions on how to use the oven and stovetop will probably be needed. There was some noise from construction across the golf course during the day, but it was tolerable. Most likely it will not be an issue in the next season when the buildings are finished. Overall, we were very happy with the rental and can highly recommend it.

Great Property

We stayed in this lovely condo for about 10 days in February. We are a couple in our late 50s. The condo is as pictured, even more spacious than we anticipated. We did not appreciate from the pictures fully that the master obviously has its own full ensuite bath, the girl's room (extra bedroom) also has a full ensuite bathroom, and there is also a huge bath with shower, storage space and hanging hooks when you first enter the unit. We used this "hall bath" to store all our beach towels, bags, water shoes, etc. and also showered off there rather than track through the condo. Also, the media room is much larger than you might think. On the wall opposite the chofa is a wooden storage wall with shelves and the flat screen TV. We really enjoyed snuggling into this room in the evenings to watch our Netflix under the comfy throws Felipe provides. Marciela must be a great decorator, as there are beautiful glass decorative pieces and other adornments all over the condo. The scale of the wall of windows across the back of the condo is wonderful. There was great light in the condo, and, when desired, the flat rolling blinds worked great to allow filtered light in the main area and filtered and/or blackout in the master bedroom. There is a large utility closet with coolers, pool floats and all sorts of beach toys. If you take your access letter to the club, you get towel cards and bracelets to show your right of access to the resorts. Suggest Sian Kaan, adults only, elegant. The kitchen was very well equipped with great knives and lots of appliances, rice cooker, etc. The gas grill worked fine, and there was a high quality set of grill tools in one of the drawers. The stove and oven were a little hard to figure out at first but we read the manuals (I read Spanish quite well) and they worked great. One hint for the stove which we figured out is that you need to use a pan that covers the entire flat surface of the burner. If you don't, it will not allow the burner to function. I am sure this is a safety feature, but it took a little while to figure out. We arrived on a Saturday after hours for the property manager, so we made ourselves at home and caught up with her after a couple days since we were not in need of anything. I would suggest that if you can't read Spanish or are easily frustrated by technology, ask the property manager to review the use of the cooktop and oven. Great stay despite a couple rainy days. An Outstanding Experience

Our stay at this beautiful Tao residence was perfect. Every comfort was provided. The extremely accommodating owner was responsive to all our questions, as was the outstanding management. We were supplied with a comprehensive packet that offered valuable information about the area. Having access to all the Bahia Príncipe Resort facilities---beaches, pools, restaurants and trolley transport---was a definite plus. The Tao complex has a beautiful Wellness Center, complete with two lap pools, yoga in the morning and a lovely cafe serving extremely well-prepared and reasonably priced meals. The large condo itself was decorated with exceptionable style and taste. The gourmet kitchen was a pleasure to prepare meals in, and the living room, TV room, bedrooms and bathrooms were not only luxuriously decorated but were extremely comfortable. The outdoor plunge pool, patio, BBQ, hammock and beautiful golf course views were an extra plus, as was the nearby large infinity pool.It was a wonderful experience that we will always remember.

Amazing Stay

The condo was PERFECT for our stay in Mexico. Akumal served as a convenient location as it was in between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, which we frequented during our trip. The unit itself is well represented in the photos and even better in person! It is very beautiful, modern, clean and well appointed throughout. We used everything from the TV to the laundry to the kitchen at ease. The views of our condo were fantastic. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond. They provided very detailed instructions for arrival and great recommendations. The concierge who checked in on us was very helpful as well. During our stay you can tell that the owners are very thoughtful and experienced and really care about their property. Our only recommendation is to bring an aux cable for the speaker as the docking station supports older devices. We bought an aux cable for 15 pesos at Chedraui and alternatively played Spotify through on Apple TV. Also it would be great to have instructions for the induction stove as it was slightly foreign to us and took a bit to figure out, and to have a drying rack for loads of dishes. Nonetheless, we would highly recommend this place and stay here again as well. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home!

The condo is very beautiful, well maintained and has all the modern fittings.

This condo is very clean, bright and modern and was a pleasure to stay in. My family loved waking up to the gorgeous greenery outside and you can literally step onto the greens from the patio. It was fully equipped with all the modern fittings and is very well furnished. The only negatives are that the tv was difficult to operate, the second bedroom can really only comfortably occupy two people as the third bed is a pull out bed beneath the second and be prepared to walk if you don't have a car. The Tao Centre is nearby but everything else is at least a 20 minute walk away. But overall, there were far more positives than negatives. A great condo and I would definitely return.

Beautiful setting, very comfortable and clean.

Loved this place. The decor was tastefully done and calming. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The appliances were new. The views were very nice and the unit was quiet. We were all very happy with this choice. I highly recommend and will return here again.

Fantastic stay

We stayed here in March of 2014 and had a fabulous time. The property backs onto the golf course and is very well appointed. The community pool is steps away and the Bahia resort with all amenities is a 5 min drive. Beds were comfy and the Apple TV was great as we could watch Netflix at night. The Tao center gave my wife the best massage of her life. Very relaxing to stay here. Close to all activities but peaceful and relaxing. The owner was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended. Would recommend water service as we had to get our own. A minor inconvenience.

Best unit in the Tao complex

Our family had a great vacation at this modern and fully equipped unit overlooking the amazing 4th hole of the Bahia Principe golf course. The unit is next to the complex pool, so you are a few steps away should the private splash pool on the terrace not be enough. As a renter here, you have access to all the complex has to offer including beaches, pools, restaurants and golf at a greatly reduced rate and our family really enjoyed all of the options while I was able to try my hand at the highly rated golf course. The course here is challenging and pristine with some natural features that make it a one of a kind experience. During my stay it was easy to get a tee time with no notice and very fast playing. Felipe's unit is the best unit in the Tao section as it overlooks the fairway while having just enough foliage to maintain a private and tranquil. You have direct access to the course directly from the terrace and in the late afternoon it feels like you have an enormous private back yard to take a leisurely stroll on. All went very smoothly with the contracting and the local management team is there should you need anything. We will definitely be back again to this property and I have recommended to several of my golf buddies as a perfect place to take the family, there is something for everyone.

Amazing stay at an lovely condo

What a lovely condo to stay at to enjoy what all this area has to offer. First and foremost, the owner, Felipe, was just a pleasure to work with. Helpful, friendly, and truly caring to ensure we had a nice stay. The condo itself was set up perfectly for our family of 4 (2 adults, and 2 children). It is located right next to the Tao community infinity pool, which was a nice amenity. It is also a part of the larger Bahia Principe property, so we were able to visit the pools and beaches within the 3 Bahia Principe resorts (Tulum, Coba, and Akumal). One thing that is recommended staying here, is a car to get around. We thought we could just use the trolley system from the community wellness center to get to the larger resorts, but it was a bit of an issue, and took much too long for us to wait with our young children, as well as the trolleys don't run later than 6pm on the weekdays, and end around 3pm on the weekends. The condo has all the necessities for a longer stay, you will just need to make a run to the supermarket to have food to cook (there is no dishwasher here-just to make a note of that). We will definitely be recommending this condo to our friends and family, as well as planning a return trip here ourselves. Thank you again Felipe for a wonderful stay at your place.

Great Affordable Condo With Plenty of Extras

This condo is spacious and modern and very well priced. We particularly enjoyed the wellness center that was part of the property, the pools, and the access to the resorts included in the price. You get all the benefits of staying in a small pricey resort room but with the luxury of a much larger private modern space. I have learned in my travels that vacation rentals almost always beat hotels and resorts because they provide a much better value and experience for your money and this property was no exception. This trip was our first time exploring south of Cancun and we really enjoyed the main sites in the area such as Tulum and Akumal. There are some great places to eat nearby as well. My only issue was that the internet was down the entire length of our 3 day stay. Felipe was awesome however and took care of us when I mentioned the issue after our stay. It also sounds like it was rare thing so I wouldn't worry too much. Thanks for sharing your space! Looking forward to visiting again.

WOW! Even our teens agreed...

"WOW" was the response from our 3 teens (18, 18, 19) as we entered the condo. We had more than enough space in this condo for our family of 5. Having 3 bathrooms was great! The unit is on the end & very quiet. Private splash pool is small, but it's all yours! When we used the big pool, no one else was there. Our teens also used the shuttle to get to the Resort area pools & beach. We drove there a few times too. Went to the disco one night. We played volleyball on the beach every day and enjoyed the staff activities at the pool. One note to remember, the shuttle to the resort did not operate on Sunday (at least not during our stay) and I believe they only have limited hours on Saturday. Other great points to note: * Betty with Dos Chicas was super nice & quick to respond to any requests by email /in person as needed. * We enjoyed the free yoga at wellness center... short 3 minute walk away * Kitchen had everything you need... (it felt like home ...with a rice cooker like ours!) * Our deposit was fully refunded 3 days after our departure... no problem * Plenty of space in the unit ... even for our party of 5 * Would be a GREAT choice for kids having the private splash pool AND larger communal pool steps away * We never heard any noise from surroundings ... very peaceful * Owner, Felipe was very quick to reply to any questions during the booking process, kind & helpful. * Gated community ... lots of security ... even the anxious traveler will feel secure * We have traveled to the area for 12 years now ... and love it! * Take your own snorkel gear and go to Akumal Bay to see Sea Turtles, Rays and more. A few suggestions to owners (only minor details really)... * Could use more hooks or place to hang wet towels & suits * Space needed to hang clothes (however drawer space was plentiful!)
