This property, newly built in a traditional style and finished to a high standard, is excellently situated on the outer boundaries of a rustic village, very popular for its restaurants and cafes and for its proximity to good swimming spots.

At the end of the gardens a BBQ area has been set up complete with fridge and toilette facilities. The ground floor is totally taken up as a living space with a sizable combined living/dining and kitchen area as well as a separate living room. Entertainment equipment includes DVD, wifi and two Tv one in each living area. The whole gives onto the pool and garden area creating a relaxed and cosy ambiance throughout the year.
The sleeping arrangements are on two floors and cater for at least 8 adults; a master bedroom, with unobstructed sea and country views, complete with ensuite facilities and a sofa bed ideal for small children, and two twin bedrooms serviced by an adjacent shared bathroom.
An uncommon feature of the house is a stone spiral staircase leading to a double bedroom with an ensuite twin jet family shower. This bedroom enjoys private terraces all round with spectacular surrounding views.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.

Qala is the farthest village from Gozo's capital, Victoria, it is the closest to the rest of the Maltese archipelago, and the rocky hillsides of Qala enjoy an unobstructed view of the islands of Malta and Comino. For just €29.50 per party, breakage waiver covers you for accidental damage of loss of equipment occurring in or your Baron Holiday Homes accommodation, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday. This non-refundable fee will cover for accidental damage up to €300.
Pay a fully refundable security deposit of €400 at check-in by a valid Visa or Master Card to cover any damage to your Baron Holiday Home and/or its contents. Bank will only release this amount 28 days from transaction date.
