About this property

Nice villa with panoramic views and air conditioning Monte Pego IH

Beautiful chalet with fantastic mountain and sea panoramic view in the Monte Pego urbanisation with 1,200 m2 of mountainous land. The garden has palm trees and a variety of native plants. From the 8mx4m swimming pool, we can enjoy its wonderful views. The covered terrace has a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower. Once inside the house, we find a modern kitchen with an American bar that is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and two-door fridge. The living room has Sat-tv and air conditioning with access to the terrace. The rooms consist of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and mosquito nets. There is a bathroom with a shower that also has a mosquito net and another bathroom with WC and washbasin. The washing machine is in the basement, which we access via a metal staircase. Covered private parking. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants 1.8 km away.

The beach is 8 km and Denia 12 km. A car is needed. The owner appreciates that smoking is not allowed inside the property. No animals are allowed. Internet available

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Un seul petit problème, le monsieur qui s'occupe de la piscine pour l'entretien devrait avertir sa venue avec la sonnerie d'entrée, car il passe dans la journée du mardi et vendredi à des heures irrégulière. On peut être en petite tenue c'est gênent !! Merci d'en prendre connaissance pour le futur. Cordialement M.leduc.

Wir hatten ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit dem WLAN, uns wurde umgehend angeboten einen Service-Techniker raus kommen zu lassen. Haben schon viele Urlaube in dieser Gegend verbracht, aber dieses Haus hat alles bisherige getoppt. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind im Alter von 4 Jahren und können dies nur absolut empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben wieder mal unsere Ferien in Monte Pego im im Haus IP in vollen Zügen genossen. Die wundervolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Höhenzüge kann man wirklich geniessen. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen gross genug, mehr brauchen wir nicht für unsere Ferien. Die Sommerküche ist nicht mehr in bestem Zustand, d.h. sie sollte wirklich mal in Stand gestellt werden (defekte Platten und viel Russablagerungen etc.). Gemäss Information von Frau Eng wird die Sommerküche renoviert.

Emplacement, orientation et vue parfaits. Maison idéale pour 2 adultes..

Bien équipée sans luxe particulier, tout ce qui est utile. A améliorer la qualité de la radio pour capter la musique. Propreté, plein pied, terrasse parfaite. Maison au calme et bien sécurisée.

Fernsicht und Ruhe

- traumhafte Aussicht - Poolreinigung top - Ausstattung Küche - Beschrieb und Bilder der Häuser aktualisirren. Klimaanlage war nur im WZ und nicht wie geschrieben im ganzen Haus. - Obwohl Haus für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben, nur 2 Sonnenliegen - Internetempfang schlecht - Kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden - Haus für 4 Personen eher knapp - Das eine Bett im Kinderzimmer war mehr ein Feldbett

Herzlichen Dank auch für die negativen Punkte, wass wir dem Hausbesitzer weiterleiten werden. Werden schnellstmöglichst neue Bilder machen vom Haus. Natürlich tut es uns leid, dass wir in der Hausbeschreibung einen Fehler hatten wegen der Klimaanlage. Ganz OK

An sich ist die Finca voll OK. Für 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kind perfekt, alles da was man braucht und sehr schöner blick aus Meer Poolpflege hätte besser sein dürfen !!!
