This is a beautiful and recently renovated apartment just in front of the beach where the sound of the water is always present.

My apartment has excellent distribution and spacious rooms that’s perfect for a group or family of 6 people. It has excellent lighting and floor to ceiling glass doors in each room and living room. You also have an excellent view of the beach from inside the apartment.

I am inside small gated community with 24 hour security personal, and the best restaurant in all Las Terrenas is on premises.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We loved this luxury apartment at The Coson Bay Hotel in The Dominican Republic

This was our first time in The Dominican Republic, and we loved the beachfront apartment, the Coson Bay property, the stunning beach and the Dominican people. The owner of the apartment, Emil and Lissi were so responsive to any questions we that had, and were very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. We also loved our maid Minerva who was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this beachfront apartment and property to anyone who wants a quiet beautiful respite in the Dominican Republic. One of the most beautiful places on Earth!

We had the most wonderful family vacation in Las Terrenas! My husband and I and our daughter (age 29) and son (age 27) spent a week at the condo. It was spacious, clean and very cheery. We walked out our door onto the most beautiful landscaped pool and a little farther along, a heavenly beach full of palm trees and a refreshing ocean. There was no hustle bustle like an all inclusive resort would offer. It was heavenly paradise, restful and relaxing! It is located in a cove with the view of the mountains to the right and gorgeous homes to the left. We took many two hour walks along the beach to other coves, and all of the views were breathtaking. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food and a very friendly staff. We had a taxi driver take us into the town of Las Terrenas where we could go to restaurants, gift shop and also visit a large grocery store to buy food. The housekeeper, Minerva cooked many delicious meals for us and maintained the condo during our stay. She is an absolute sweetheart, ready to please in any way and a fabulous cook. We would highly recommend this place and we will be going back in the future!

This was our second year to spend Jan and Feb at Emil's condo at Coson Bay. It is one of the best condo's in the complex, just a few steps from the beach. The condo is in great shape and well equipped, which made our stay very pleasant. Minerva, the housekeeper is marveless she comes every day to clean, make beds,wash dishes and do whatever is necessary.. We will be back!!! Ray McCain Cartersville, Georgia

Great Housekeeper and Mngmt Experience-Owners not so much

Unfortunately due to flooding, thing didn't work Out as expected. I had reached out to owner days before of stay to inquire about the flooding . We were told that it had not impacted the resort or house rental. This was not the case- the flood impacted the pool which we were not able to use until end of 2nd day; after long travel all restaurants were closed (thank God for Minerva) the housekeeper that went to buy groceries late in day and made dinner. I communicated this to owner and stated what he was"told" it had not been impacted -and I had to send him pictures of everything. On the 2nd day the flood caused damage where the resort did not have any water in the morning. This included not being able to flush toilets.Management was very apologetic and provided us water to cook and use bathroom. We couldn't eat on one side of the restaurant because the roof had been damaged and had to be repaired from flood- which meant literally taking it down -again sent pics to owner. Management personally came to apologize for noise and explained - All English channels were being blocked because of "payment " and told owner. He did respond and said it was "taken care of "but it never did. At this point we had 2 days left and I did not follow- up. The resort and beach was on Alert yellow and we were not told even thought I had reached out. Had to reiterate with owner by sending pictures. We understand that the weather can't be controlled but when it impacts the amenities you are paying for such as pool, access to ocean , restaurant, water and cable access consideration should be made on price. I thank God for Minerva being so attentive and positive throughout and excellent cook - and offering whatever help she could provide . Also the manager was very apologetic throughout the stay. As far as the apartment kitchen was ok but bathroom and bedrooms needed updates and maintenance with doors and cosmetic work-It's quiet area nothing to do without having to leave resort - definitely need a car. The food as restaurant was good and some prices were reasonable - service at restaurant ( after it opened) was good - Patricia November 2016

Excelente lugar para pasar uno días de descanso. Apartamento confortable , bién mantenido y ubicado, y contar con Minerva la asistenta, persona muy bién dispuesta para colaborar en todo , hace de la estadía, un verdadero placer. La playa es maravillosa, amplísima y muy tranquila por lo menos en esta época del año, y en general todas las instalaciones del complejo son muy buenas y están bién mantenidas. Realmente es un lugar que vale la pena repetir. A Emil le sugiero que compre una cafetera eléctrica moderna ya que la que tiene en el apartamento es una greca muy pequeña e incómoda.

Beautiful tropical setting

We were fortunate to stay almost two months at this wonderful place. The apartment and property was as shown on the web .It was very spacious , clean and confortabile. Minera ,the daily maid, as well as the property staff were very friendly and accommodating . The food at the resturant was excellent . The location of the apartment was perfect , the view was great and a very short walk to the beach.The beach was great as there were places to be in the shade as well as sun and still enjoy the beautiful ocean. We plan to return next year and can't wait. We strongly recommend this property.

Heaven on Earth

This was the second time that we spent our holidays at Cosón beach and it was again absolutely fantastic. We know quite a lot of beaches in the Dominican Republic and this is still our favourite. The apartment is wonderful, fully equipped, clean and spacious, with an exclusive view to palm trees and the sea. Emil and his family were perfect hosts, always friendly and helpful. The condominium has a restaurant, two swimming pools (one for toddlers) and many other facilities. The whole place is just perfect, also for families. There is a place nearby where you can rent surfboards and other equipment. Our kids (11 and 16 years) had a splendid time. Thank you so much, Emil, for this wonderful vacation in your apartment!

This is Paradise!

This place fulfils all your wishes for a perfect beach holiday. You can see the beach and the sea from your terrace through a beautiful plantation of palm trees. This picture will never leave my mind. We traveled with three children, aged 3, 5 and 6 and they also loved the place. They spent almost the whole day in the water. The rest of the time they loved playing on the playground football, Billiard or table Tennis - everything right in front of you, inside this well guarded and secure place. This completeness made us leaving the place almost only for shopping food and drinks. We felt no drive to leave the place! Outstanding was also the restaurant - which made one of the best fish and Pizzas I have ever had - and try the Mojito, this was excellent! The pool was perfectly looked after, cleaned for hours every morning. Pefect for little kids because of different stepless depths. The sea was great fun for the elder kids surfing the remarkable wave (the water was great for swimming, also - no reefs, no grass, no bugs.) Due to the fact that we traveled over Easter, we met many of the owners of the apartments. They went with a lot of kids, so that our children got into contact with them. Although we were almost the only non-Domincans there, we were perfectly embraced by Emil and the other families. They invited our kids searching Easter-eggs, which was great fun. Emil is a very reliable landlord, who makes you feel like a guest! He answered all our questions and gave us heplful information on getting about in Las Terrenas. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Emil. Thanks also to our maid Mella, who looked after our place every day, making our stay incredibly convenient! Whenever we will go back to the Dominican Republic, I am sure we will spend a second time in your apartment (although, I am someone who says: "Life is too short to spend holidays more than once in the same place!").

Heaven

Staying at Emil's place was the best choice we could possibly make. The appartment is just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect. We did not have a car but it was easy to arrange for a driver to pick us up and go into town whenever we felt like it. The dot on the i is the wonderful lady, there to do the cleaning. Juana did not just keep the appartment spotlessly clean but also spoiled us every day by cooking lovely lunches for us. Thank you so much Juana. The entire property is very well kept and all the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The beach is wonderful, long, long walks and during the week almost empty. We did like the change of families arriving for the weekend, bringing the friendly spirit of the Dominican people with them. Emil never got tired to answer all our questions prior to the final booking and we are so happy we were able to stay there. Thank you Emil. If we are able to get back to the Dominican Republic there is only one place where we will stay and that is at your wonderful place.

Oasis in Las Terranas

Welcomed by the host, we arrived in a place that exceeded our expectations in terms of location. We sat having breakfast looking at the most glorious site. The beach went on and on as we walked an realized that we had chosen the perfect place for our family. The kids enjoyed the ocean and the pool every day. They had a chance to play and just enjoy being kids .The staff was always ready to please you in any way possible. The restaurant just steps from the apartment was perfect for us, doing all they could do to prepare delicious food for us and the kids. Great pizzas. This was a stress free holiday away from the tourists. Emil arranged for us to have a wonderful woman to clean the apartment every day and make our lunches and serve it on our patio steps from the most beautiful beach. Our trips into town both for food shopping and restaurants were a delight. Great french patisserie and our driver Rafelito was ready to help us in any way. We were lucky that Boni Cano Rondon arranged for us to arrive in our property upon arrival and we selected this driver to be available whenever we went into town. We decided not to rent a car. The family was not eager to leave this beautiful beach apartment. We were so happy that Emil's place met and exceeded our expectations. We selected one outing with the professional team of Flora Tours, they tried everything to make our trip exciting. We found a jewel in Dominican Republic. We will be back. Beautiful Family Friendly Beach Resort

What an amazing place! We were greeted by Emil and made to feel so welcome. Emil's condo really felt like home. Modern and beautiful we basically had a pool and a beach to ourselves for a week! Our vacation changed once the families who own the other condos arrived and suddenly our kids, 9 and 7, were playing late night soccer and participating in beachside camp fires and were even invited to a birthday party. We felt like part of the community! The beach is amazing - we loved the lack of motor boats and jet skis. The Ocean Grill restaurant is delicious and the cocktails at the bar are first rate and the lattes are unreal!!! The staff go out of their way to accommodate. I would say, some knowledge of Spanish is very helpful and definitely bring bug spray!! We enjoyed going into Las Terrenas for meals and going on tours with Flora Tours who were recommended by Emil. We tried surf lessons on near by Playa Bonita and then honed our new skills on the beach near the condo. We are grateful to Emil for answering our many emails and questions. He was so patient and made sure we had everything we needed. My parents, my husband and my kids and I are sad to have left our home on the beach .. Thanks to Emil for sharing his beautiful space with us.
