About Vacasa, UT - Utah Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Everything needs upgrading or needs maintenance it seemed like and the hot tub WOW !!

 • 1 of 5

Many many little things broke or not working. For example each room had 1 remote with batteries so you had to switch them to use the other one. All TVs were the big old box style didn't know people even still used those. Only one room had a DVD player out of 3 which would be fine if they had smart tvs. Then everyone could watch Netflix or something else in their different rooms. The HOT TUB was terrifying it was 112 degrees one night and made horrible noise I mean grinding scary noise every hour at least the whole 3 day stay. Door knob on back patio was broke and came right off to leave one of us stranded on the back patio for a while till someone saw them. The jets in the master bath didn't work either after I gave up on the scary HOT tub. Long story short I will stay in a different unit in that community next time. This unit should be rented at $100 less than the others in that neighborhood or owner needs to put in some much needed funds to update it from 10 yrs ago.

Beautiful Home and would stay there again. But owner is ignoring issues that need attention

 • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed the weekend we spent at this beautiful home. Great, unobstructed view of the valley.

Minor things continue to be ignored by the owner (based upon previous reviews). Disposal and dishwasher do not work, broken heater vents, internet wasn't working, TV remote batteries dead, back patio door knob falls off, front door does not latch without the deadbolt, various cabinet knobs loose. They need to spend one of their "Cleaning Fees" and hire a general handyman to go through and fix things up.

They need instructions for setting the hot tub temperature. One night it was 112 degrees, the next night it was just right.

But overall, a very beautiful home. We were there as a family get together, so minor issues did not bother us much. Would stay there again.

Great location!

 • 4 of 5

We enjoyed this house and would return. However, there were some minimal repairs that needs to be made, plus the dishwasher and kitchen disposal need to be replaced - they are not working or in horrible shape, not up to par with this property.

Lovely home near Kimball junction

 • 4 of 5

The home was very clean and spacious. A couple of the heat vents on the floor were broken and the door handle on the outside of the patio was not attached. The hot tub was having issues and made loud noises and was not very warm. Other than that, the house was lovely and met our needs.

Decent home, very close to kimball junction.

 • 4 of 5

The house overall was nice, there were a couple broken heat vents on the floor and the back patio door knob handle wasn't attached. The hot tub seemed to be having an issue, wasn't very hot and made a loud noise. All in all, it suited our needs and it was clean and spacious.
