With 2300 square feet of living space, this home provides plenty of room to relax and unwind after after exploring Park City - whether you spend your time skiing or biking.
Just north of town, you'll still be close enough to Park City Base Area, Park City - Canyons Village, or Deer Valley Resort to take full advantage of ski season. And when you want to head to the city center for a day of gallery browsing or shopping, downtown Park City is just six miles away. Bear Hollow Clubhouse welcomes guests with a spacious lounge, a seasonal pool*, and a fitness center.
When you stay at this lovely Park City getaway, you'll find a unique floor plan with two master suites on the upper level with king size beds, private full baths (separate jetted bath tub and shower in each), and TVs in each room. The lower level includes a third bedroom with a queen size bunk bed with a twin on top, full bath and laundry room. The lower level bathroom also has its own over-sized jetted bath tub.
The comfortable great room is an inviting spot to read your favorite book in front of the fireplace. And if you need extra sleeping options, the sofa is a queen pullout sleeper. The spacious open floor plan provides plenty of gathering space for friends and family.
When you're hungry, the gourmet kitchen and dining room with gleaming hardwood floors and built-in appliances are the perfect setting for your favorite meals. You can seat six at the dining area and an additional three at the kitchen island.
There is a natural gas grill on the top deck for outdoor cooking year round. After dinner, head back out to the deck to enjoy the private hot tub!

We enjoyed this house and would return. However, there were some minimal repairs that needs to be made, plus the dishwasher and kitchen disposal need to be replaced - they are not working or in horrible shape, not up to par with this property.
The home was very clean and spacious. A couple of the heat vents on the floor were broken and the door handle on the outside of the patio was not attached. The hot tub was having issues and made loud noises and was not very warm. Other than that, the house was lovely and met our needs.
The house overall was nice, there were a couple broken heat vents on the floor and the back patio door knob handle wasn't attached. The hot tub seemed to be having an issue, wasn't very hot and made a loud noise. All in all, it suited our needs and it was clean and spacious.
Close to ski areas. Kimbal junction is a good place for food.
The busiest time on the ski slopes in Utah would be Presidents' day week.
Very well appointed townhome ~7mins to Canyons, and ~15mins to Park City. Easy access to Smith's, Whole Foods, and the state store (~5min drive). Every aspect of the townhome was clean and in order. The two king master suites were perfect for two couples. The lower level bunk room would have been great for two singles, or 2-3 older children.
This review would've gotten 5 stars if the jets in the jacuzzi would have worked. The kitchen could have used some more basic cooking spices. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would stay again!
