About Vacasa, UT - Utah Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Nice place

  • 5 of 5

This is a nice place. The only complaint I have is the kitchen was in need of cooking/ baking pans and dish towels.<br />

With that said, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Pictures can be deceiving!

  • 3 of 5

As mentioned above, the house looks as it appears in the photos provided with the house listing, but several things didn't work as they should and the kitchen needs many things to make it a decent, functioning kitchen. No, I don't expect it to have everything I have at home, but just some basic bowls, casserole pans, and non-chipped dishes and pots/pans would make a big improvement, along with a dishwasher that worked as it should.

Fun stay

  • 4 of 5

House was great but needs to be restocked with dishes. There are only 7 dinner plates. Loved that it came with an abundance of toiletries & towels. Location was awesome.

Amazing house. Beautifully decorated. Great quality and amenities.

  • 4 of 5

The house was incredible. We absolutely loved it. The only couple bummers were : 1)The "partial" air conditioning was a real bummer. No Ac in main living area- we were uncomfortably warm. No window shades in main living area to block the sun either. 2) We love to cook and the kitchen knives were almost dangerous to use. Other than that everything was great!!!

Fantastic condo with great adult accomodations and great service

  • 5 of 5

We loved this updated, clean, well maintained, comfortable condo. It had sleeping accommodations for 3 adult couples (which we had a hard time finding). The brand new Jacuzzi was so great at the end of the day. The kitchen was very comfortable and had great appliances but was missing some basic things needed for cooking (pots, pans, utensils, etc). There were some minor issues but they did not detract terribly from the experience. Water pressure was not sufficient, we had to stagger shower times (water would come out in a trickle). Maintenance was very responsive when we had questions and check out was SO EASY!! We can't wait to come back.
