D&D Lodge is truly the cabin to rent. With recreation trails for all levels from beginner to advanced. No need to trailer your toys to another parking lot jump on and ride from the front door. Also being close to the reservoir it makes it easy to get the boat or the jet ski's in for a day of fun on the lake. Our cabin has WiFi, Dish network, a Sundance Hot Tub, and a Gas Fireplace (no need to work and stock your own fire for the night) The kitchen is very large with plenty of room to cook for an army. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room that makes everything that much more spacious. Feel free to relax on 1 of the 4 large decks with rocking chairs and benches already available to you. Fire up the BBQ grill for some yummy steaks, or maybe that fresh catch you pulled in off the rivers. Upstairs has a large open loft area before going into hallway for the bedrooms. Off the loft is a balcony with a great view of all the action up front. Thank you for taking the time to look at our posting. Please contact us with any other questions

Thank you for the review!
Nice place to just hang out!!!
If I owned this property I probably wouldn't share it with anyone but I'm glad the owner does. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. Comfy, cozy and well equipped. Thx
Thanks for the review! Glad you enjoyed it!
Good place to stay, one of the nicer cabins in the area
Good place to stay, one of the nicer ones in the area. Only complaints were that the satelite TV wouldn't work while we were there and the blinds on back sliding door weren't great cause you had to duck under them every time you went outside. Only other complaint was that it was very close to the road but overall enjoyed my stay.
Thank you for the feedback, we apologize for the satelite TV, it has been fixed now that it has been brought to our attention. The only reason we have blinds on the sliding door is for off season to keep things private to prevent break ins. We are sorry that was inconvenient. We are glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.
Great place to stay. Very comfortable and fun.
The whole family had a great time staying in this cabin. The area was beautiful and fun to ride around in side-by-sides. We are looking forward to doing this again.
Great get away spot
Great place to go with some friends snowmobiling really enjoyed the community and the spacious house. Only con was that the road going up to the cabin (maybe 150 yards) doesn’t have much room to turn a trailer around in. That being said there was a gas station that let us put the trailer in the parking lot only 2 blocks away. We will definitely be coming back for another trip
We were sold on this cabin for the hot tub, games inside n the grill. Thought we'd enjoy the firepit n grill our steaks outside. Grill connection cracked n leaked propane terrible. Someone who isn't famimiar with that could end up hurt or dead. Couldn't use. Hot tub filthy n wouldnt turn on. Couldn't use. Electric pinball game didn't work. Toaster didn't work. You're expected to haul your garbage to the landfill miles away. Main highway just outside back door of cabin. If you want solitude n quiet you'll deal with a very busy road. For the cost look for something thats advertising what they sell you on, make sure it works. The cabin is very beautiful island park is beautiful. Just didn't get what was advertised. Owner none to concerned as we had no return calls or contact till home from trip. My advice, if possible physically check out places to make sure you get what you pay for.
Island Park is well known for all it's outdoor activities. At D&D Lodge you are in the epicenter of endless snowmobile and ATV/Motorcycle trails. With 3 lakes nearby, closest one being 5 minutes and furthest being 45 minutes, their is plenty of fishing, waterskiing, and beach bumming to do. Also with lakes come rivers, if fly fishing or rafting is more your thing. Venture out one night and hike to the base of the magnificent Mount Jefferson and pitch a tent at its grand feet. The view of the stars are incredible with no large cities within 75 miles you can truly see clearly into the heavens.
