Apartment/ flat - BOLOGNA House with character

This apartment has been completely renovated andequipped with every comfort while respecting the atmosphere of the typical bolognese the early '900. Despite being on the ground floor is very bright. The entry is completely indipendent. Security is guaranteed by the grilles at each window adn the armored door. In the 30 mq. couryard in front of, you can eat comfortably and enjoy the beautiful season. It can confortably accomodate 6/7 people in a double room in which can add a folding bed, another smaller double room and a living room where there are 2 single beds. Located in a strategic area and very well served in the city, the airport has a few kilometers, the central station is just over 1 km., as well as the motor-way exit (n.6) and the historical center. The Fair is 1,5 km.far. Everything is easily reachable by bus passing frequently (the stop is just a few meters), or by bicycle (I have 2 that I put at disposal and others can be rented). Nearly there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, pizza, take away, supermarket. Right in front we have a bank and a call center. At 50 meters there is a race-course with restaurant and lounge Bingo. At few meters ther's a park with a free dogs area. The charges may be discounted in relation to the lenght of stay, if it does not coincide with periods of high demand.

Perfect summer holidays in October!

We loved our week in Bologna! Stefania is very warm and friendly. She always had the time for a smalltalk, was ready to help and her recommendations were super! The apartment is simple but comfortable, especially the beds. It‘s in a nice area, close to the city and with a good bus connections.

Spacious apartment in a quiet area of Bologna

This is a very spacious apartment (3 bedrooms and a living room), situated in a quiet area, close to the railway station (about 4 bus stations) and the city center (about 8 bus stations). I think is also a great option for those traveling by car, being outside the ZTL area. The apartment was clean and well equiped, and Stefania (the host) is a very gentle and nice person. Thank you, hope to return to Bologna soon!

"La casa è veramente molto comoda e funzionale. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti con la linea n. 11 situata a pochi metri. Con solo 2 euro al giorno si può lasciare l'auto nei parcheggi a pagamento che si trovano nella via e gratuitamente nei giorni festivi. La Sig.ra Stefania è molto gentile e disponibile."

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di tutto. La casa è molto carina e ben pulita. Bellissima la cucina verde, anche perchè è simile alla mia :-). La Signora Stefania una persona splendida, disponibile, ma non invadente. La posizione della casa è servita di tutto per arrivare in centro è sufficiente prendere un autobus n. 11 (A, B oC portano tutti alla stazione), in 5 minuti si è in centro.

Nice place with all necessary amenities including air conditioning.

Our stay would have been unbearable without the AC. The area was OK and close to grocery shopping but if you have a vehicle I would strongly suggest going to a local Sale e Tabacchi and buy a parking permit valid for your entire stay.

Great Apartment and Host

We spent 7 nights, and there was 5 of us travelling, and the accommodation was great! The apartment was spacious and well equipment, plus our host was really kind and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Bologna, plus a great base to then visit other places further afield – we had day trips to Acquafan Waterpark, near Rimini, and Florence!

Hemos pasado una semana en casa de Estefanía, y al igual que otras personas que han estado esta casa, nosotros elegimos Bolonia por su posición de cara a visitar tanto esa ciudad como otras cercanas. La casa está en un barrio tranquilo alejado del centro, y es funcional y cómoda, aunque podría mejorarse en cuanto a equipación, sobre todo en cuestión de útiles de cocina e iluminación de las habitaciones. La propietaria es muy amable y discreta. Recomendaría esta casa a futuros visitantes.

Muy recomendable

Elegimos Bolonia por su posicion centrada que permite hacer excursiones en el día a Florencia, Milan y Venecia en el día utilizando el automóvil. El apartamento ocupa la planta baja de una casa tradicional en un tranquilo barrio situado al norte de la ciudad, con fácil aparcamiento y acceso desde la autopista, y no lejos del aeropuerto, así como de la estación ferroviaria. Sin grandes lujos, dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda de un grupo familiar. La atención de la propietaria siempre fue muy buena en todo momento. Muy recomendable en su conjunto.

"El apartamento estabe limpio y aireado el día de nuestra llegada. No se aprecian ningún ruido, que impida el descanso. El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, bien comunicado con el centro mediante autobús (aunque nosotros nos desplazamos a pié siempre), la parada se halla a escasos treinta metros del mismo. En los alrededores existen varios supermercados en los que efectuar las compras, así como tiendas de comestibles, panaderías, etc. Aparcamos en la calle todos los días, sin ningún problema."

"Die Wohnung war sehr nett eingerichtet + die Schlafzimmer recht groß. Das Badezimmer war mit einer großen Dusche ausgestattet.Alles war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und zuvorkommend.Vor der Wohnung gab es eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien.Direkt um die Ecke gab es eine Bushaltestelle für den Bus in die Stadt ( 10 min.).In dem Viertel gab es einen Supermarkt,ein Eiscafe,ein Internet-Shop,etc. - so dass alles fußläufig erreichbar war."

"Pas de problème particulier. Quartier sympa. Logement bien adapté pour une famille avec enfants. Attention à bien étudier la sortie d'autoroute, on s'est perdu ! La casa es muy bonita y e...

La casa es muy bonita y esta totalmente equipada. Esta situada en un barrio muy cerca del centro, el autobus 11 pasa por la casa y te deja en la estacion de tren y en el centro en 10 minutos.Cerca de la casa hay supermercados, tiendas....Stefania es muy simpatica y nos dio un trato muy acogedor.Stefania muchas gracias pot todo!! Si vais a Bolonia os recomiendo que os alojeis en esta casa!!
