123 Landmark is a 4BR/4BA two story house. As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by stunning views of Landmark Bay. Entering the Foyer, the Living Room is straight ahead, Office and Master Bedroom are to the left, and the Dining Room, Kitchen and Family Room are to the right.

The Living Room has a 24’ soaring ceiling and a stunning view of Landmark Bay and the pool. It provides seating for 6 with an electric fireplace for a touch of ambiance. A great place to sit back, have a drink and a quiet conversation.

The Dining Room has seating for 10 with two tables leaves for large family gatherings.

You will find the Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. It has new KitchenAid appliances, new cookware, two sets of dishes for 12 each, Keurig coffee system and a 42 bottle wine refrigerator.

Breakfast Nook has seating for four at the table over looking the pool and 4 bar stools at the counter.

Family Room features seating for 10 with a large wrap around sectional and 2 accent barrel chairs. This room has an electric fireplace, a Samsung 55” Smart TV with Direct TV and a Blue-Ray DVD player for watching movies. There is a stereo system with built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, so you can stream music from your devices (smart phone, iPad etc) or online music.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed, an LG 42” Smart TV, dresser and 2 night stands with an iHome alarm clock. The Master Bedroom opens up to the Lanai pool area. It has a large Master Bathroom with two sinks, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and toilet.

If you have to work, there is a separate Office that has a view through the Living Room to Landmark Bay. It has French doors that you can close if you need some private work time. There is wireless internet (Wifi) throughout the house, so you can be connected from any where in the house.

Utility Room, has a washer and dryer, sink, iron and ironing board and plenty of oversized pool towels.

Outside the Lanai has deep seating patio furniture seating for 6; 2 chaise lounges, sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table, plus an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 and a large stainless steel KitchenAid grill. The Pool and Spa are heated and at night they have LED lights that change color. (New pool heater as of May 2016) The Pool has 2 pool floats and noodles. Just off from the Lanai you will find a paver sun deck that runs along the entire length of the waters edge. This is a great spot to sit out and enjoy the sun and watch the dolphins play. Featuring 4 lounge chairs with leg lifts.

There is an oversized two car garage with two new comfort bikes, six beach chairs, umbrella, four beach mats, cooler with wheels and beach toys for the kids.

On the second floor, you will find the Recreation Room, 2 Bathrooms and three bedrooms and a balcony with views of Landmark Bay.

The Recreation Room features a wet bar, small refrigerator, two recliners and two full sofas, one being a queen sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic style mattress. For entertainment, this rooms boasts a new Samsung 65” Smart TV with Direct TV, a Blue-Ray DVD player, PlayStation 3 and Wii gaming systems with video games.

Bedroom 2 has a King bed with an LG 42” Smart TV and opens up to the Balcony with views of Landmark Bay. It has a full dresser with mirror, night stand, and iHome alarm clock.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with a dresser and two night stands and an iHome alarm clock.

Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds, with a dresser and night stand.

The upstairs Balcony features comfortable deep seating furniture, with seating for 6 and views of Landmark Bay, looking down at the Pool and Sun Deck. This is a great spot to get away from it all and read a book or just sip a glass of wine and enjoy the view. The Balcony is accessible via the Recreation Room or King Bedroom.

We also have a Graco Pack n Play Playard.

Amazing vacation! The house at 123 Landmark St was beyond my expectation. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was available at the house. We were down in Marco Isand for my son's wedding and we were able to have a meet and greet for twenty people confortably. Thank you James'... we loved your home!

Repeat Retreat!

A repeat stay for us at this wonderful spot! Five stars all around - beautiful inside and out. Owners have thought of everything you could need for fun and function. Enjoyed the Beach in the morning and back for pool and canal swimming in the afternoon. Could sit for hours and watch the wildlife from back porch- dolphin, osprey, tarpon, egrets etc Great dining close by, biking, Kayaking, shopping and mini golf ! We'll definitely be back again!

2 families - 1 great time!

My family (my wife, two girls - 5 and 7, and I) enjoyed a great visit with my sister and her family at this home from July 11-18. There were 9 of us in total and the trip was outstanding in part because of the beauty of this home. Great location - short drive to beach and restaurants on Collier, very close to San Marco Catholic Church and on a nice stretch of dock (outstanding fishing - we caught a shark!). Beautiful screened in pool and hot tub and two very nicely appointed outdoor sitting areas (both on an upstairs deck and downstairs by the pool). Fantastic kitchen with granite and nice cabinetry, comfortable couches in multiple rooms, great entertainment equipment in bedrooms and family area - all the comforts of home can be found in this not-so-typical rental. The house was well-stocked - everything from plates to glasses and even a generous supply of paper goods on hand (not always the case at summer rental places!) - there were even 2 bikes (his and hers) for riding, 4 beach chairs, a rolling cart for making the trip to the beach easy and sand toys for the kids. These owners thought of just about every aspect of the vacation and the one small issue we had upon arrival (an issue with the DirectTV) was serviced immediately. A wonderful home on sunny Marco Island - doesn't get much better than that. Thanks to the owners for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this little corner of heaven - may all future visitors enjoy it just as much. But please take good care of this special place - we hope to return!

WOW is the best word to describe this gorgeous house!! The first thing you see when you walk in the front door is the expansive view of the bay. It looks like the water starts right where the living room ends! There was so much action going on with the wild life in the bay, it was hard to chose whether to stay and watch, or take the short walk to the beach. We were having a family reunion and this house was absolutely perfect for it. Lots of areas large enough to gather together or to be quietly alone if we so desired. The furniture and appliances all appeared to be new, everything was in great shape. We will definitely be coming back to this house soon to create more great family memories on beautiful Marco Island!
