Beautiful home with huge living space, large kitchen, large deck with views of the beach and the bay. Beach access just steps away. 3 queen beds and 2 full with 2 single bunks in kids room. 4 flat screens with YouTube TV/Streaming Services. Island bar that seats 10 in kitchen. Dining table that seats 10. 2 large leather couches and two large leather chairs in living room. 13 ft vaulted ceilings with large transom windows all around. Fully paved under house and driveway. Washer-Dryer/Gas Grill/Fully furnished kitchen with Range/Oven/Microwave/Dishwasher/Blender/Toaster. Bathrooms include towels and toilet paper.

It was a good place for a long weekend with family. The beach is close, the layout is good for a large group to get along. Only down side was the pots and pans were not good for trying to cook for everyone.

Girl’s Trip

A group of six friends got together for a beach trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The location was just steps away from the beach, and the beach itself was quiet…just a few families to share the space with. Made the most of our beach days and enjoying our fantastic home by relaxing, reading, and playing board games. We went into Galveston for one of our days…about a 30-40 minute drive. One of our most enjoyable Girl’s Trips. The host was communicative and helpful along the way. Would definitely return.

Lovely Beachhouse!

This is a very nice house, which was very clean and large. The deck was very pleasant to sit on and listen to the waves. Now this house is several houses from the actual beachfront, but it has a very nice view and like I said, hearing the waves roll in was a plus. It is a little pricey, but well worth the money spent for the week we stay.

Beach Get Away

This was a great house for our beach get away. It has everything you need to cook. Views were amazing. Guest bed wasn't to good as they ended up sleeping on the couch. Plenty of seating inside and out for 8 people with wrap around deck. Would definitely come back again

I designed and built this house in 2010/2011. The large living/kitchen/deck area was most important to me in the design. I have spent most of my life fishing the area and will be glad to help you with any fishing questions. My family and I love the time we spend at the house and hope you make great memories as we have.

Why they chose this property

Treasure Island is a very family friendly area that is very quite and safe. On our beaches you won't find loud parties, just families and fisherman enjoying the coast. We have neighborhood security and the Brazoria County Sheriff is very active in the area. Be aware that this is not a neighborhood for late night parties, loud music and disruptive behavior. The local security and sheriff react swiftly to residential complaints.

What makes this property unique

We are the only area in Texas with Bay, Offshore, Kayak, Wade Fishing & Marina all within eyesight. Bait, tackle and groceries are available within a few minutes of house
