Ground level cottage ideal for families with children or seniors who don't like stairs!
Pet-friendly with fenced-in yard - multiple pets welcome! Large screened porch as well as outdoor deck under a 200 year old Live Oak tree! Outdoor shower for washing off the beach!
New Amazon Fire 50" 4K Smart TV in living room.
Beautiful bright cottage kitchen with new open shelving, beautiful tile backsplash, new quartz countertop as well as cabinet and lighting updates. Owners also installed a water filtration system! They are living the true Pura Vida (pure life) with a water purification system! Reduces a wide variety of organic and inorganic contaminants that may effect the quality of your water supply.

2 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make this a perfect cottage for a small family or group ~one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds.
3 short blocks from the 12th Street beach, short walk to shops and restaurants. 2nd Avenue is the main bike street on Tybee and perfect for family bike rides.

Great little beach house. Super cute and updated. The bed linens are really soft (all cotton). Beds and pillows are very comfortable! It is a 6 minute walk to the beach and a few minute walk to the little grocery store on the island. Great place to stay on Tybee Island!

We agree! Sea Largo is perfect ~ it's on a quite bike street, really close to the beach, really close to the grocery store and really close to our little downtown area. Great spot

First time on the island, the house is exactly as described. It’s a cozy cottage two bedrooms, nice living room room nice screened in front porch and a fenced in yard for your dogs.

All the improvements made, especially the shower in the primary bedroom, made our time in the cottage comfortable and enjoyable. The only problem we had, and it might be because we are two old people with limited technology skills, was trying to use the TVs.Even so, we would still recommend making Pura Vida your home away from home when at Tybee.

Great Tybee Trip

Pura Vida was just as advertised and was perfect for our family of four. The location was convenient to the beach, the grocery store and shops and restaurants. We had a great time and only wish we could have stayed another week. The staff at Mermaid Cottages were outstanding.

Sweet little stay

This house is just perfect for a couple or two. The front porch is just lovely and everything about the management is excellent. They are very communicative and responsive. We just loved our stay and will be back for sure.

Everything about our stay was outstanding.

The property is in a fantastic location. Close to walk to beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants but maintained just enough distance for privacy, peace and quiet. The property was clean, neat and check in was easy. The property manager was always available and a joy to work with. We also have a small dog and the fenced yard was perfect for her. We loved our stay.
