Bara två kvarter från stranden, är Tybee flicka en charmig 1930 stuga. Den rymliga utanför området har ett privatliv staket, däck, varm och kall dusch, gasgrill, ostron bord och mer. Det öppna köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin och ö. Den bardisk har plats för sex. Strax bortom bardisk är vardagsrummet med en tegelsten spis (icke-arbetande) och en platt-tv. Matsalen har plats för nio. Den 3 sovrum stuga innehåller en kung, drottning och 2 våningssängar. Som en bonus, den här egenskapen har en stor solrummet. Detta rum är ett bra ställe att titta på film eller har familj spel kväll. Stäng den angränsande dörren till stugan, och solrummet blir ett privat 4: e sovrum med hjälp av bäddsoffa. House was cute! It's older but charming. It was a short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again if back in that area.

Wonderful stay! Close for every thing. Just need more trash bags and the WiFi written on the chalk board. We also couldn’t turn on grill.

We loved our stay! Plenty of room, had everything we needed, and the fenced yard was great for our granddogs! We loved it so much, we already booked it for our next family vacation :)

Cute Beach Charm

House was clean, easy to find & convenient to walk to the beach or drive to restaurants. We enjoyed the new HVAC, the house stayed nice and cool the whole time. Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we made there. The following that I say is not coming as a bad review!! Just coming from someone who lived in & fixed up an older home: the bathroom doors stick, sometimes badly. The king bed could use a topper & pillows could use replacing. We enjoyed staying in the house and it was everything we needed it to be. The owner was friendly & kind. We would stay here again.

Disappointed

I was quite disappointed with this accommodation. The bedding was unclean, and the furniture showed significant signs of wear and neglect. The towels were also in poor condition, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.I attempted to contact the owners regarding these issues, but received no response to my messages. A subsequent phone call only resulted in a suggestion to use additional bedding, which did not address the overall cleanliness concerns.The online photographs were misleading, and the actual condition of the unit was far below expectations. Several items were broken or unclean, and the entire property appeared to be in need of significant maintenance and updating.

Family wedding at Old Fort Jackson

We really enjoyed our stay.The house was much more spacious than we anticipated!It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our weekend stay.Would definitely consider staying at Tybee Girl again!

Great beach house, but hot

We had a great trip. This house was great for us except the air conditioning really couldn't keep up with the heat...even after the rain. We would love stay here again if the air conditioning was updated.

Cute little cottage that just needs a little TLC

Cute little cottage, has some age but not a deal-breaker. Located very well on the island, fairly close to the beach. The only concerns my family and I had was that this property could use a deep cleaning and a little maintenance here and there. The only other issue was that the air struggled during the peak times of the day but was rather comfortable at night.

Great location and size, but shabby

We have been to Tybee several summers, and always stay in an older beach house because we like the eclectic charm. While this space has potential and is functional, it definitely needs a deep cleaning and some love and attention Pros: Lovely neighborhood with a close walk to the beach. Three distinct bedrooms (two well sized, one very small but good for young kids). Nice sized and equipped kitchen. Plenty of supplies (towels, dish and laundry soap, TP, new sponge for kitchen...) Cons: The listing photos are not accurate, photos showing a tiled floor (and nicer furniture) are not current. Central air was insufficient to cool the house so a series of standing AC units and box fans were required and the house was loud and un-pleasant. Upholstered furniture was either stained or torn, and many of the other furnishings (lamps, bar stools, case pieces...) were dingy/cheap looking. No attention to landscaping and no pleasant outdoor seating areas, piles of lumber and broken furniture in the back yard. Floor was free of particles but dirty (our feet and socks turned black) and curtains and ceiling fans were thick with dust. Entire space needs a fresh coat of paint. Cleaning tools (gross looking brooms, mop, plungers) were left out open in the living spaces rather than tucked in a service closet. Pet waste was left in the back yard (previous renters responsibility per house rules, but owner/cleaners should check prior to new renters). For the price, we we're disappointed.
