Bara två kvarter från stranden, är Tybee flicka en charmig 1930 stuga. Den rymliga utanför området har ett privatliv staket, däck, varm och kall dusch, gasgrill, ostron bord och mer. Det öppna köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin och ö. Den bardisk har plats för sex. Strax bortom bardisk är vardagsrummet med en tegelsten spis (icke-arbetande) och en platt-tv. Matsalen har plats för nio. Den 3 sovrum stuga innehåller en kung, drottning och 2 våningssängar. Som en bonus, den här egenskapen har en stor solrummet. Detta rum är ett bra ställe att titta på film eller har familj spel kväll. Stäng den angränsande dörren till stugan, och solrummet blir ett privat 4: e sovrum med hjälp av bäddsoffa. Det finns gratis wifi och kabel-tv. Fri parkering för upp till 3 fordon.

Great location in the middle of the island. The cottage is spacious and had everything we needed. Fenced yard made it easy with the pets.

Cute Cottage!

We loved our stay! Plenty of room, had everything we needed, and the fenced yard was great for our granddogs! We loved it so much, we already booked it for our next family vacation :)

House was cute! It's older but charming. It was a short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again if back in that area.

Wonderful stay! Close for every thing. Just need more trash bags and the WiFi written on the chalk board. We also couldn’t turn on grill.

Family wedding at Old Fort Jackson

We really enjoyed our stay.The house was much more spacious than we anticipated!It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our weekend stay.Would definitely consider staying at Tybee Girl again!

Cute old house close to beach

Loved the location- an easy walk a few blocks from public beach access. The house is well stocked but it could use a good deep cleaning, and the AC needs repair as it does not cool the house during the day.

This was the first time we have ever rented a house. The house was very nice and stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint is the air conditioner didn’t work very in the bedrooms.

Nice place for the money

The house is nice but old. Floors are uneven the refrigerator is leaning back against the wall. It reminded me of an old farm house. If you're a 5 star hotel kind of person this isn't the place for you.

Needs a thorough cleaning

Cottage is adorable and i love the set up but....the house was maybe swept quickly and hopfully sheets were washed. The walls had holes and were warped badly and the dust was gross under the beds and the base boards. Blinds were broken seats & tables were dingy. The outside shower had overgrown debri in it and the yard had tons of overgrown debree. The porch chairs were not out as shown in pics and the grill was dirty.... Went to make coffee and there were spider webs on the pot and old coffee in it. The owner aplogized and offered us a small credit. Said she would speak to housekeeper. I hope she fired her and found a reputable one. Loved the location but because of the cleanliness i wouldnt stay here again. Also the main shower didnt work and looks like it hasnt been cleaned well either. Apparently the owner was aware of some of the issues but didnt make us aware before we brought it up to her.

Property needs updating and replacing rusty outdoor furniture and moldy cushions. The location is very convenient to beach. September was a beautiful month to be in Tybee.

Cute Beach Charm

House was clean, easy to find & convenient to walk to the beach or drive to restaurants. We enjoyed the new HVAC, the house stayed nice and cool the whole time. Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we made there. The following that I say is not coming as a bad review!! Just coming from someone who lived in & fixed up an older home: the bathroom doors stick, sometimes badly. The king bed could use a topper & pillows could use replacing. We enjoyed staying in the house and it was everything we needed it to be. The owner was friendly & kind. We would stay here again.

Disappointed

I was quite disappointed with this accommodation. The bedding was unclean, and the furniture showed significant signs of wear and neglect. The towels were also in poor condition, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.I attempted to contact the owners regarding these issues, but received no response to my messages. A subsequent phone call only resulted in a suggestion to use additional bedding, which did not address the overall cleanliness concerns.The online photographs were misleading, and the actual condition of the unit was far below expectations. Several items were broken or unclean, and the entire property appeared to be in need of significant maintenance and updating.
