Nuestra casa es 1800sq. ft. bien amueblada, la casa estilo rancho está ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida en la comunidad cerrada de Palo Verde. Nueva alfombra en todo. 2 dormitorios principal con walk-in closet y baño completo con dos lavabos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, nuevos colcha y puertas que se abren al patio trasero. El segundo dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio. También hay una sala de polvo, sala de estar, sala de estar con nueva pantalla plana de alta definición T. V., cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero con zona de oficinas y garaje. El gran patio privado tiene un patio cubierto de longitud completa con muebles de patio con capacidad para 8, una nueva parrilla de gas y una parrilla de carbón. WiFi y Prisma T. V. incluidos.
club de Palo Verde País es una comunidad de adultos (40 años y mayores) que limita con otros tres clubes de campo con campos de golf y muchas instalaciones de primera clase para su uso. Mascotas ni está permitido fumar, manteniendo nuestra alergia a casa amigable.

El Cottonwood / Palo Verde Casa Club se encuentra cuadras de nuestra casa e incluye una gran piscina y jacuzzi junto con un excelente restaurante. Great Family Visit

This nice home was conveniently located to our family. Super kitchen with everything you could need if you choose to cook. Owners were responsive with the few questions we had. Grocery stores are nearby and there are many restaurants and bars just down the street in Chandler. We would stay again.

Wonderful property

Condition of the property and everything in it was first rate. The only thing we did not care for was the additional charge if any guests stayed in the second bedroom. We’ve never run into this before. Otherwise everything was great.

Clean and bright house. Everything in the house worked fine. Sitting in back yard with morning coffee and looking at and hearing all the birds amazing. Amenities at the clubhouses great and being able to get there on the golf cart a big plus. What more to say?you will not be disappointed

Perfect for us

We enjoy the large backyard, the privacy, proximity to services, the layout of the home, the clean house when we arrive and the golf cart. It is a well stocked kitchen for utensils and dishes. Nice gas and charcoal barbecues.

Beautiful well-kept home in Sun Lakes

We have rented several properties in the Sun Lakes area, but this house tops them all. The house is very roomy and clean, and is full of top-of-the-line furniture. There is everything you need for an extended stay, or a short stay. The patio and huge back yard are just amazing, perfectly landscaped with local trees and bushes. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, very professional, and responsive to our every need. The house provides the renter access to 5 golf courses, and the location is close to shopping and local attractions. We will definitely check the availability of this property for our next stay in Arizona, and would recommend this home without hesitation.

A wonderful time

We have been to Arizona for several winters and have stayed in various locations. This was the best yet. The house is very nice and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you may need which is very important to me. The location is very convenient and Nancy and Ron are helpful with anything you have a question about. There are plenty of good restaurants close by, grocery shopping too. We liked Fat Willy's and Five Guys for burgers. Rush Street for pizza and the Safeway store became our favorite for staples. We can't wait to come back to AZ as permanent residents. This stay convinced us of that.

Exceptional Experience!

We are frequent users of VRBO and have stayed in many homes in many states. This experience was exceptional and frankly was better than advertised! From the moment we made initial contact with the owners of this home to the morning we departed, the owners could not have been more pleasant and professional in every regard. As for the home, all we can say is it was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, beautifully furnished, and well stocked with everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. And, the fact that we had access to numerous golf courses and club houses was an added bonus. To date, this has been our best VRBO experience, and we hope to stay here again in future years when we are in the Phoenix metro area. Nancy, thank you for your gracious hospitality! Ken and LaVern

Beautiful property

The homeowners were very prompt in answering any questions and provided a very easy check in and check out process. The home was very well furnished and beautiful on the inside. The insurance you had to purchase as part of the property was expensive considering we only stayed five days. I would highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying her on our next visit to Sun Lakes.

Fun in the Sun . . . With a Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I wanted to try out living in a senior community, so we rented this house for 3 1/2 weeks. It far exceeded our expectations. We felt at home right away. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. A bonus for me was Wi-fi and an office area in the laundry room. There were two master suites, so if we had brought another couple, both would have had a great bedroom and bath. There was also a 1/2 bath near the living area. The house was located in a cul de sac near the wall at one side of the community, making it a very quiet area without a lot of traffic. The yard was huge . . . really huge! . . . and we enjoyed the many plants while we sat on the patio. I liked that we could use facilities in different adjoining communities, too. I went to water aerobics at the next community, and found the residents to be welcoming, helpful and friendly. This is a great place to ride a bike. I bought one at the neighborhood garage sale and had a great time riding it around the community. We had several good meals at the community restaurants and attended a luau. Again, the people were so friendly. We also enjoyed using the golf cart to get around. I hope to stay here again. It is a great place and the owners were great about communicating with us. Five stars!

Great rental

This home was very well equipped and beautifully furnished. We stayed for a month while we were remodeling the home we bought just around the corner. We had absolutely everything we needed and even entertained our family of 4 children and 4 grandchildren for dinner during the holidays with plenty of room for all. The back yard is beautiful..lots of fruit trees. The 2nd master bedroom is large ...perfect for extra guests. The Palo Verde community is full of amenities...golf, pickle ball, tennis, bocci ball, dinner,shows,acivities for all interests. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our mother purchased this property in 1999 and it has now passed on to us to enjoy. This area is so convenient in its location, with its many activities nearby.

Our home is the perfect size for couples to share. The 2 Master Bedrooms gives everyone their own space. We love the walking paths and of course the perfect weather during the fall and winter months.
Our backyard is the largest in the area allowing for maximum privacy.
In an effort to our rates lower, prices are for 2 adult guests with a small charge for up to 2 additional adults ages 40 and older (maximum of 4 total).
