Fabulous place. Fabulous location

Really great property, quite big, and has everything you need. Friendly hosts who made sure we were happy and knew everything we needed to know. Really great location with a fabulous view of canals, in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes walk from a street with cafes and shops etc.

Spacious and clean

We enjoyed our stay at this Venetian home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and it was a very quiet retreat. The host met us at the waterbus and walked us to the home on our arrival. We were close to a main street with lots of options for restaurants and shopping. A short 15-20 min walk to the main attractions of Venice like Rialto bridge, St Marks square, etc. Also close to loading for a gondola ride.

Can’t wait to come back

Everything was great. Communication was excellent! The location was also close to shops and restaurants but not so close that people coming home could wake me up. I definitely can’t wait to come back!

It was a great place to stay – fairly close to the boat stop from the airport, and to the busy walkway where you can find food and shops of all kinds, and continue on to busier parts of town. Quiet. Up a couple of flights of stairs.

Our hosts, Francesco and Maria were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were met of the water taxi and taken to the apartment. The place itself was perfectly located: near to the hustle and bustle but situated in a quiet and beautiful area of the city with girgeous views.

very nice appartement as described. Quiet and clean location. Major sightseeings are within walking distance, two waterbus stops are reacheable within 5 min. The contact wth the agency went smoothly and VERY plesantly. Definitely to be recommended for groups of 2-4 persons who do not mind climbing stairs

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment is in a great location. Quiet, but a few minutes walk to the nearest vaporetto stops and to the shopping areas. There is a grocery store nearby and you could also easily reach Rialto Market to buy everything you need. The apartment is clean and has the amazing views from every window. We would definitely book it again.

Highly recommended

Just as listed. Spacious, bright, 2 mins off the beaten track easy to walk everywhere. 5 mins walk from airport water taxi. Canneragio is a great area to stay in. One note: let Francesco know if you want to use the pull-out futon in the lounge so he can organise sheets. Worked really well for 3 of us - we each had a room (one being the futon in the lounge)

An apartment that delighted us every day anew

The bright, friendly apartment is very tastefully furnished. The views of two canals are great and we were particularly pleased when Gondolas passed by from time to time. We always looked forward to returning after our wonderful walks through Venice even if the stairs were a bit strenuous for over 80s. The furnishings and items in the kitchen and the bathroom are perfect and left nothing to be desired. We were picked up from the airport vaporetto stop on the first day and kindly briefed on everything we neeeded to know. Orial even installed internet access on our laptop and Francesco always helped us when needed. We will definitely recommend this apartment to others. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Amazing location, nicest host, beautiful place

This place was absolutely amazing. Francesco was patient when I took the wrong vaporetto and was late, carried my unreasonably heavy luggage upstairs, and was so nice when I called him because I was a exhausted brain dead person and couldn’t figure out the keys (their obvious and he explains them well. I was just tired). Location is exceptional. Quiet but close to everything. Large place. Would highly recommend .

5 Stars all the way. Spacious, beautiful, clean and comfortable flat. Our host was lovely and easy to reach. The views from every room were incredible! My 78yo Mom had no issues with the stairs. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book this place again on return to Venice!

Great Apartment, Well Located

Wow, this apartment was awesome. First, well located, within a short distance from a Vaporetto stop and from a shopping area and supermarket, and from the Alilaguna shuttle from/to the airport. Then, the apartment itself: large with 2 separate bedrooms, living room, and kitchen; 3rd floor so great views over roofs/canals and very full of light; very quiet; plenty of storage space; washing machine; living room with sofabed, large TV; well appointed kitchen with basics provided - olive oil, vinegar, salt - and coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher; very hot water. And lastly, Francesco, the property manager (owner?) who was a delight to work with - before, during, and at time of departure, very helpful and communicative. LOVED THIS PLACE! Note: No A/C, we did not need it anyway, as in May it was cool.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It's off the beaten track in a quiet area which we really appreciated but close to the stores, restaurants, and food markets of Cannaregio. Our host Francesco was very helpful and respectful and made himself available to us so that our stay felt special. The apartment was really spacious, immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Special shout out to whoever is in charge of preparing this apartment for guests: we felt as if we were the very first people to stay in this beautiful spot! This property gives you the experience of LIVING in Venice, as opposed to just staying in Venice.With windows in every room, the views were spectacular and what you travel to Venice for. The apartment was also cozy with good heating. The Alilaguna is a short walk away, which makes your journey to and from the Airport incredibly fast, easy and convenient. The local Vaporetto (public water bus) is also nearby, so you have access to all parts of Venice and could see all the amazing art and churches if you don't feel like walking.One of our favorite trips was across the Canal to San Polo and San Croce; San Rocco is a must see.Overall: Wonderful apartment, highly recommended and we can't wait to return- thanks a million!

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Venise

Nous étions à Venise en plaine biennale : des expositions partout en ville dans de magnifiques palais. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare et du Rialto. Très propre, confortable. Accueil parfait par notre hôte, fort sympathique d'ailleurs. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Venise, je regarderai si cet appartement est disponible ! Je recommande sans réserve !
