Sehr ruhige Gegend,leider liegt das Nachbar Haus nur 10 Meter entfernt und es kann je nach Gäste sehr turbulent werden.Ansonsten sehr netter Hausmanager,Sauberkeit top und es war alles nötige vorhanden.PS Auto,Scooter oder Fahrrad ist sinnvoll.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Santi ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wer Ursprünglichkeit und Ruhe schätzt, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Die schattige Terrasse war unser absolutes Highlight. Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cute little cottage

We had a great stay at our little cottage and Santi was a wonderful host. He even helped us get back to La Savina to pick up our rental car! We very much enjoyed the quiet of the location as well.

Ruhe und Erholung

meinen Urlaub auf Formentera habe ich sehr genossen und die Abgeschiedenheit des Häuschens genossen. Concha und Santi sind unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Feriendomizil ist Ideal um zur heißen Mittagstunde eine Siesta im Schatten zu halten und dabei die kleinen Smaragdeidechsen zu beobachten oder Abends bis zum Sonnenuntergang am Meer zu verweilen und dann vorbei an duftenden Rosmarinsträuchern zurück zu schlendern. Excellent secluded spot

We loved our stay at Santi's place. Perfectly comfortable and a great outdoor shower - was an excellent base to spend all day exploring the island. Santi was very helpful and accommodating.

Great little house in Formentera's country side

We had the best quality time in Concha's and Santi's small cottage which is located nicely secluded in the rural area of Cap de Barbaria on Formentera. Concha and Santi are the best hosts imaginable: they are available any time for any kind of questions, welcomed and guided us from the port of Formentera to the house and back on the day of our departure and provided us with all tipps for shopping and getting around. We had everything we needed. The house is very clean, small and cosy and in Formentara's typical cottage stlye. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at the house. The location is great to reach everything on the island by scooter, to walk or go for a run in the sourrounding country side or to simply enjoy the weather on the terrace. A small fisher port is located at the end of the street a mere 3 minutes walking from the house. All in all we had a really great time and are looking forward to coming back again soon.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, accueil très chaleureux de Santi, petite casa mignonne et très bien placée sur l’île, idéale! Elle se trouve dans la campagne mais tout près de Sant Fransesc. Véhicule obligatoire, nous avons loué scooter et voiture 2 jours pour pouvoir rentrer la nuit.

Casa molto carina e tranquilla

L’abitazione è molto carina e ben curata, ha un bellissimo porticato fuori dove poter cenare la sera in totale tranquillità. Il proprietario è sempre molto gentile e presente in caso di necessità. Ci è venuto a prendere al porto con la macchina e ci ha fatto trovare a casa un vassoio con dei dolcetti di benvenuto e due borre fresche. Essendo la casa abbastanza isolata, la sera è tutto molto silenzioso e si sente anche il rumore del mare. È ideale per chi cerca relax fuori da zone chiassose. L’unico inconveniente è che a Formentera nei periodi di alta stagione la sera ci sono ladri che cercano soldi e gioielli nelle case, attenzione quindi a non lasciare nulla, a noi è successo che ci siano entrati in casa ma per fortuna non ci hanno portato via niente. A parte questo, consiglio questa casa! Come mezzo forse è meglio noleggiare una macchina perché la casa è abbastanza nell’interno e c’è un po’ di strada da fare per arrivare nelle città più vicine.

Molto positivo

La casa è carina, accogliente e molto silenziosa. All'interno c'è tutto ciò che occorre: asciugamani, tostapane, stoviglie... Esternamente c'è un piccolo patio dove godersi le stelle e il fresco della sera. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e ci fornito utili indicazioni per il nostro soggiorno. Ritorneremo!!

ottimo!!! il top! posto tranquillo !

siamo stati qui per una settimana. la casa e' pulita e accogliente. non manca nulla dalle pentole alle posate alla televisione. abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione di fuori e ci e' piaciuto molto. il posto estremamente tranquillo e fuori dal casino del mese di agosto. la vera meraviglia e' il proprietario estremamente disponibile e accogliente, ci e' venuto a prendere e riportato al porto anche in orari particolari poiche' avevamo le valigie e eravamo in motorino, non solo ci ha dato tante informazioni utili con tanto di cartina e quasi ogni giorno ripassava per eventuali necessita' senza essere invadente. anche al telefono sempre disponibile e reperibile. ci ha chiesto se volevamo anche altri asciugamani. la chicca sono stati i 2 dolcetti che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. che dire posto bello isolato e con il rumore del mare. non possiamo chiedere di meglio. unica piccola pecca mancava il condizionatore c'era solo un ventilatore e visto la settimana fresca che purtroppo abbiamo trovato non e' servito.
