Sweet 301 is a fabulous, upscale, casual yet elegant, spacious three-bedroom including kids' bunk room condominium. Located on the top floor of Grand Isle, directly on Scenic Highway 30-A, in the heart of Seagrove. Yes we have an elevator for your convenience. Sweet 301 is a professionally decorated, end unit with a spacious living area, dining room, and kitchen. Rooms boast southern views over the gulf and western views of the famous Emerald Coast sunsets. The balcony spans the entire length of the living room and master suite and is accessible through both.
All of our bedding was updated in February 2015. Our master suite features a plush mattress king-size bed, full bath, and a flat panel HD TV/DVD. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a flat panel HD TV/DVD. The bunk room, designed with kids in mind, features a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, plus a large, flat panel TV/DVD along with a Wii and games. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub. The living room sofa is a queen-size sleeper offering additional sleep space. Sweet 301 has wireless secure internet. We also have a selection of DVD movies for you to enjoy.
For your comfort and enjoying the beach, we have provided Free Beach Service for 2 with each rental and in the condo we have a cooler for the beach and additional Tommy Bahama beach chairs.
Sweet 301 is a straight shot to the beach through a private access, just 80 yards from the sugar-white sand and beautiful, emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. For your convenience, we also have an excellent restaurant on the ground floor. The Perfect Pig serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages. The Deep South Market just opened on the 1st floor. Very Convenient for last minute items.

Great location for our Spring Break stay!
Susan’s condo was lovely. It was very clean and very well equipped with top quality utensils. Very nicely decorated. We found the beds to be very soft and for people like us with bad backs it was not ideal and we found it to be quite noisy on the balcony during the day with traffic noise. When everything was closed up it was fine . It is very convient to everything in the area such as the beach, stores and restaurants.

We’ve stayed in this condo several times. It’s beautiful, clean and in an excellent location with easy beach access. This time we had an issue with the HVAC system. We contacted the owner, and within an hour, a maintenance technician was at our door to fix the problem. We really appreciated the prompt response. We love staying here and hope to return soon.

Amazing Condo with Great Beach Access
The Seagrove Beach property is perfectly in the middle of everything. We were able to be in Seaside in 5 minutes by golf cart or at The Hub in about the same time. All the while knowing we could be on the beach in a three minute walk. The residence had perfect beach tools from at least 4 extra beach chairs, board and sand tools. Some of our party even used the skim board to learn a new skill and bust a few backsides. Loved having a beach umbrella and 2 chairs set up ahead of time.
The owner contacted us about a possible slow draining tub and discussed bringing a plumber in quickly. We had a new toaster and pillow cases on hand in less than 12 hours to show her speed and determination for something we didn't really push to ask for when needed.
The residence had great movies and games for our family to enjoy. We loved getting up to morning breakfast on the patio, outside the loudness of cars, and hearing the gulf in the close distance. We immediately discussed coming back here again next year and for many years to come.
This condo is in a great location. Close to beach and several restaurants.
Owner was very accessible and quick to reply.

Better Than 5 Stars!
Sweet 301 is a wonderful retreat at the beach! The location is excellent! You can walk, ride a bike or drive to anything in a quick minute. This condo has everything that you need for a beach retreat: great kitchen, large refrigerator, very nice sized bedrooms and baths, comfortable furniture inside and out, books, movies and more. We felt so pampered by the condo and the owner. We love the proximity to the beach as well as the food, drink and entertainment downstairs. The restaurant downstairs is phenomenal and so convenient! We are planning to return as soon as possible!
Scenic 30-A offers an 18-mile-long Running/Bike Path, Fine and Casual Dining Establishments, Fun Shopping Spots plus Lots More, Rentals of Bikes, Baby Strollers/Joggers, Surf Boards, Etc, are all available with delivery and pick up
