The property need some maintenance, the fire alarm was detached and need new decorative pillow.

In general the property was good and the staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoy the stay and planning to go back again.

AMAZING VACATION !

We had an amazing stay ! We had three children ages range from 4-7 months and it’s was perfect for them . The cleanliness , the checking in and out was extremely easy . The area around , the pools were a plus . The staff was very friendly if we needed them . Will be booking for next year !

The condo was very quaint and supplied with most things needed in the kitchen including plenty of shower towels for a family. The end balcony was very spacious. The condo was clean and although we were very busy with the grandkids throughout the day it was very nice not having anything to worry about in the evenings. Definitely will book this one again! Wonderful view, balcony is awesome and overall a great place. However, my only complaint is they do not supply you with enough toilet paper or trash bags. We are a family of 4 and we ran out by day 4. They give you one roll of toilet and one extra trash bag, which I was very surprised with. As much as you pay for this condo, you would think they would give you enough toilet paper and trash bags, especially if you cook there. That was really the only disappointing part of the stay.

The Balcony was the BEST, plenty of seating and roomy for everyone at the same time. Very well located for easy grocery shopping, souvenirs, and donuts. Delivery services in the area were great. Excellent supply of pots, cooking utensils and for eating as well. DRIP COFFEE POT huge plus for us!!! Plenty of towels and wash clothes, would have preferred a small bottle of clothes detergent but this was only missing thing and we easily picked some up.

Beautiful condo with great views

If you are looking for great furniture, remarkable balcony, and prime location, this condo is perfect. We had amazing views of the beach and ocean. The balcony was phenomenal with great seating. Everything was comfortable and just right for us! This is an active location so there is some noise… but I think that is typical in the height of summer! We used the chairs provided as noted in the listing plus rented more. It was so EFFORTLESS! This was the perfect getaway! I really LOVED the living room furniture. Everyone in our party commented on how nice it was!! Stay here for sure!

Great location

All was great, except the wifi/internet did not work adequately. We could not use laptops. Management tried to fix it but it was not resolved. I had to use my hotspot to work on my computer.

We love the location. Love the pools and beach. We picked this unit and continue to pick it bc of the outdoor furniture. However, this year we were disappointed. The condo is in need of a deep cleaning as is the outdoor furniture. The outdoor furniture is dirty and broken. We hope you will clean it and replace what is broken so we can come back.

This is our third stay in the same condo, the condo itself is always excellent. We were disappointed this year with property management. We have never had a problem in the past to report. There was more of a college student presence this year at the property. In the past it was more family oriented. College students were at the pool in the deck and in the hot tub, taking over the hot tub for 3 hours (it was cold outside) and wouldn’t leave. Posted rules said 15 minutes ant a time. About 20 of them rotated in and out and even when asked if they would give others (families) a turn they wouldn’t leave. There was also plenty of vaping going on on the deck and in the hot tub not cindusive to families. When I called and emailed property management, I was told they had just as much right to be there as anyone. And also there wouldn’t be much they could do if the people were not guests in units managed by them.

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this condo. We've been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years. This condo was by far the best. We were able to get into the condo a few hours early which was great. There was so much room for our family of 6. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were great in all bedrooms. The balcony provided a great view and the sun was never beating down directly on us so we could enjoy sitting out there anytime. Elevators worked perfectly and we never really had to wait for one even though the building seemed busy. Parking was easy and felt safe. I noticed the pool being cleaned several times during our stay. The common areas were constantly being cleaned and and de-odorized. Pools were never too busy for our kids. The chair service went smoothly on the beach and we loved the short trip of 2 minutes to get to the beach from the 4th floor. Onsite staff was courteous and helpful. There is a Publix 5 minutes away and stores were never overcrowded. I cannot say enough words on how awesome this place was. I will book again.
