About Todd Bryan
I grew up in the Midwest, have lived all over the US, and settled in Boulder in 1992. I lived downtown for many years and moved to North Boulder to take advantage of the new and upcoming neighborhoods and access to trails and other amenities.
Todd Bryan purchased this Condo in 2010
Why Todd Bryan chose Wonderland Lake
Best location in North Boulder. New construction. Amazing views. Perfect for my needs, and hopefully yours.
What makes this Condo unique
The condo is quiet and very private, yet is accessible to all of North Boulder, trails, downtown, and the university. Avoid the congestion, cramped spaces, and downtown parking nightmare.

Enjoyed this rental, nice clean and quiet. It was very convenient to everywhere in Boulder I needed to visit. I would definitely rent here again.
Wonderful modern loft!
My husband and I are architects and were drawn to this condo. Everything was in perfect order and the location was very convenient. Delightful getaway.
Perfect in every way!
The place is beautiful, with upscale furniture and design. there's lot's of large windows so the place has lot's of natural bright light and spectacular views of the mountains - even got to watch hang gliders soaring down the mountain. todd was easy to deal with, and clearly cares about his home. we were there for a week, cooked dinner 3 times and ate out the rest of the time. the kitchen was fully equipped and todd even had extra supplies - spices, oil, sugar, coffee, etc - that you don't usually find in VRBO's. my husband was in heaven with the cable set up - as the nationals were in the playoffs and he was able to catch the games on TV (might have been less painful if we didn't watch : ) the living space was well laid out, the bed was very comfortable, and the master bath was nice and large with double sink, plus the extra half bath was nice too. my husband is way pickier than i am and he said, this is the only place he wants to rent every time we come to visit our son. i have to agree, it was perfect. as for location - i loved being able to walk across the street and a few blocks over and there were some beautiful hiking/biking trails to explore. it's a 5 minute drive to pearl street (or you can bike but there is a tough hill - and i'm not a hill biker - instead we drove down, parked and rented bikes to cruise along the boulder creek path). there's a few nice restaurants within a block or two of the condo if you don't want to drive anywhere, plus lovely coffee shops, bakery, bike shop and more. thanks todd, we hope to come back soon!
Beautiful condo...as in could win an architectural/interior design contest
Great location... easy to get to the infamous Pearl Street, and lots of good restaurants nearby. Todd's recommendations were spot on. And being halfway between Garden of the Gods and Rocky Mountain National Park means that the al of the best outdoorsy experiences are accessible in a day's outing and since the weather can be very different whether you go north or south means if you are flexible you can have it all.
Immaculate condo awesome location
Loved being able to step out the door and enjoy restaurants in the area. Very convenient, away from Boulder traffic, and condo was lovely!
Loved the nest
Todd met us at the property and gave us a tour and explained how everything worked which we really appreciated. It was just outside of downtown Boulder which we loved. We took a couple of Todds recommendations for dinner. Bacco which was just outside our door was terrific. Also, one block away Spruce for coffee and quiche. If it is just a couple this place is secure and quiet. Not recommended for kids.
Hiking and running trails; mountain biking and cycling. Close to the Boulder Reservoir. Easy access to Lyons, Estes, and Rocky Mountain National Park.
