Exquisitely appointed townhouse, ideal for short or extended executive rentals, visiting CU professors, athletes training in Boulder, and longer vacation stays.

Located at the corner of 7th and Pennsylvania, you are a short walk from all that our beautiful Boulder has to offer... Pearl Street and all of it's fantastic dining, shopping and street entertainment, Alfalfa's, Eben G. Fine Park & Civic Center Park, The Boulder Creek Path, Boulder Farmer's Market, Hiking Trails like Panorama.

Our 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse is arranged to accommodate up to four guests comfortably. Our Master bedroom, located on the second floor, is a calming retreat with soothing linens and elegant lighting. Our Guest bedroom, also located on the second floor, is a vibrant and invigorating space that is also designed to function as an office for our guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with USB ports for easy electronics charging. Each bedroom has plenty of dresser storage and ample closet space.

Also located on the second floor is our stunning bathroom, featuring dual sinks with elegant cabinetry that provides plenty of storage. Everything is sparkling and new, just like you would want it.

Our first floor features your living space: A combination living, dining and kitchen. A conveniently located 1/2 bath is also located on the first floor. Like the second floor bath, this powder room is sparkling new and gorgeous.

Our living room features premium leather seating, sumptuous pillows and throws, and an electric fireplace. You will also find a brand new 55' Samsung HD television and blue ray player. The living room opens to an elegant dining space that comfortably seats up to six. A sliding glass door leads to a small outdoor patio area where you can enjoy a bit of fresh air and your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The dining room also has a convenient pass through to the kitchen. Outlets on the passthrough are equipped with USB plugs to allow for a second workspace. Enjoy free wifi throughout the entire townhouse.

Your fully equipped, modern kitchen has it all... All new appliances, including a stunning Bosch dishwasher, a premium microwave, glass top range and a full-sized refrigerator. Your cabinets are stocked with gorgeous table settings, serving bowls, and all of the cooking and baking tools you will need during your stay.

Amazing Location in Boulder!

We loved our stay as we were very close to Pearl street and several hiking trails. The place was also very spacious and had everything needed for an extended stay.

Made everything easy!

My fiance and graduate school classmate had the perfect place to stay for the month while we were finishing up our Masters program at CU Boulder. We didn't need to bring much, and were walking distance from both the Hill and Pearl Street!

Very nice townhouse in an quiet neighbourhood

We (a family with two kids 7 and 5) stayed in Elizabeth's house for 5 months, it was absolutely awesome: Close to everything! It is even in walking distance to downtown pearl street or the supermarket Alfalfa's. For the kids the school (Flatirons Elementary) is just around the corner and good preschools are not far. Elizabeth was always very fast with answering our questions or issues. The only negative thing was the light condition in the ground floor (living room, dining area, kitchen) as it was a bit dark through out the day but more important for us was the quietness allowing a comfortable sleep! We highly recommend this house and if we once go back to Boulder we would book it right away.

A perfect townhouse for anyone (or a small family) wanting to experience the best of Boulder

The townhouse was ultra clean and beautiful inside/out. It was tastefully decorated (electric fire place was a nice touch) with lots of pretty art work, very comfortable beds, perfect desk with a mountain view, and an awesome bathroom to accommodate any small family. The kitchen was small but very well equipped and the living room was fully functional with a large high-end HDTV with a cable box and WIFI to entertain any family. The internet was fast enough for our movie streaming and the WIFI was strong enough to cover the entire unit. The unit did not have AC but that was not an issue once we got used to opening the windows at night. Opening the windows at both end of the unit allowed the cool mountain air to flow through and kept the place very comfortable day and night during the month of August. The unit was perfectly located between the Chautauqua park, downtown Boulder (Boulder Creek and Pearl St), and CU campus. We could easily walk to all 3, including many trails near by. This townhouse was simply perfect. I strongly recommend it.

I Can't Say Enough about How Much I Loved That Condo

I loved it from the moment I walked in and went on to call it home for several months. Somewhere in there I decided it provided the model for my next home in Canada. The level of turnkey was astonishing - laundry detergent! shampoo!! Body cream for heaven's sake!! Seeing it through the four seasons that Boulder presented between February and June of 2015, I was always warm enough, cool enough, sunny enough, cozy enough. The property management went above and beyond to solve problems, make things easy, accommodate my needs. I'd be back in a flash! It is home!!! Put your visiting friends/relatives in here. They will be grateful forever!!

Beautiful condo, immaculate and newly updated

A nice, beautifully decorated environment to relax in. It is close to CU Boulder, great while we got our son settled into school. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in however, we enjoyed many of the restaurant options on nearby Pearl St. Everything, down to the toaster, is brand new and sparkling clean! Elizabeth was very organized, the rental details went smoothly. No problem with parking right out front. One of the nicest vacation rentals we've stayed in, and we've stayed in many. Thanks Elizabeth! We definitely will be back.
