50 m rocky coves and private access to 300 m of beach pebbles and sand, our apartment is on the ground floor of a villa or upstairs to availability, in a private allotment, closed by two electric gates code with secure access to beaches. Garden with flat terrain, games porch with swings for children.
In the morning, you can go take bread and pastries on the port of the remote Coudoulière 500 m, where you can find a bakery, a pharmacy, grocery store and restaurants.
We can provide you sheets and / or towels at a price of 5 € each.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Brilliant for a family vacation

The flat is located in a two-story house in a private residential area with another flat on top. Very quiet and only a short walk to the sea (our 4-year-old took about 3 minutes on foot!). The house has a beautiful flower garden in front of the spacious terrace (which is roofed, so you have a nice sheltered area) and also a rather large garden in the back with swings and a slide.The owner was very nice and quick to reply to our questions. We had a great time as a family (3 adults and 2 kids) and can recommend this vacation home wholeheartedly! :)

Perfekte Lage

Fußläufige Nähe zu verschiedenen schönen Stränden, einem kleinen Kneipenviertel am Bootshafen, einem guten Bäcker und einem kleinen Supermarkt für das Nötigste. Größere Supermärkte, viele schöne Wochenmärkte und tolle Küstenwanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem ist die Wohung sehr ruhig gelegen. Sicherheit und stets verfügbarar Parkplatz sind auch gegeben, da die Wohnung sich in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage befindet. Ein Aufenthalt der zum Wiederholen animiert!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, aber dennoch recht zentraler Lage mit 3 Schlafzimmern, toll eingerichteter Küche und schöner Terrasse. Das Meer ist wirklich nur 2 Schritte entfernt, man kann quasi direkt in Badehose hinlaufen. Der Kiesstrand ist zwar felsig, aber wunderschön und nicht überlaufen

Excellent séjour et proximité de la mer

Nous avons passé un séjour dans ce logement à proximité immédiate d'un accès à la mer (crique et plages), qui en font un réel coup de cœur. La communication avec le propriétaire était aimable et réactive. Le logement est propre et parfaitement équipé, y compris pour des enfants en bas âge. Un vrai plaisir.

Très bon séjour avec les petits enfants

Belle location, bien placée, à l'abri du vent (non négligeable !), on a pu manger dehors les midis. Au calme, près de la plage avec du sable pour faire des châteaux !!! Cuisine bien équipée, 3 belles chambres. Bonne adresse à conserver !

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben den Inhaber als sehr netten und umsichtigen Vermieter erlebt und die Ferienwohnung mit der beschatteten Terrasse und dem schön angelegten mediterranen Garten sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Fewo nur einen kurzen Fußweg durch das zugangsgesicherte Wohnviertel vom kleinen nicht stark besuchten Kiesstrand mit glasklarem Wasser entfernt liegt. Dort haben wir wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Da wir gerne dunkel schlafen, sind die elektrischen Außenrollos sehr gut. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigten und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Très bon séjour

Très très bon séjour dans un bas de villa très agréable, très propre avec beaucoup d'espace et un accès à une petite crique où le paysage est absolument magnifique. Un parking privé à disposition. Notre hôte nous a accueilli et a été très charmant malgré notre retard suite à des embouteillages. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location sur un prochain séjour.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wirklich top ist die direkte Lage zum Meer, man kann auf der Anliegerstraße direkt vom Haus aus zu 3 verschiedenen Stein(Stränden) innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten laufen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist gut ausgestattet. Sie ist allerdings etwas dunkler als die Wohnung im Obergeschoss, dafür einfacher kühl zu halten, dank guter Rollladen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

zu Fuß zum Strand

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung - modern, gut ausgestattet, mit schattiger Terrasse. Auch an heißen Sommertagen lässt es sich hier gut aushalten. Wir sind jeden Tag mehrfach die paar Meter zum Strand gelaufen und haben gebadet. Der kleine Strand ist kiesig/mit Felsen, aber das Wasser ist klar und lädt zum Schnorcheln ein. Wer einen sandigen Strand bevorzugt, kann zu Fuß zum südl. gelegenen Sandstrand spazieren (ca. 15 Minuten). Ein toller Ort, um hier Urlaub am Meer zu verbringen!

Super Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss einer zweigeschossigen Villa ist schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer: ein Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett und einem Einzelbett sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem französischen Bett (Breite 140 cm!). Die Wohnung ist auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Die große Terasse im sehr gepflegten Vorgarten mit praktisch nahtlosem Übergang zu Küche bzw. Wohnbereich ermöglicht ein Leben "draußen". Ein Grill ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Meer ist nur ca. 100 bis 200 m von der Wohnung entfernt; drei verschiedene Strände (Felsen, Sand, feinster Kies/Sand) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Bäcker ist zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert und ihren Preis wert.

A due passi dal mare

L’appartamento è veramente molto bello, curato nei dettagli e spazioso. È dotato di tutto ciò che occorre. Pulizia impeccabile. Lo spazio esterno sul davanti è ampio ed in parte coperto potendone così usufruire anche in caso di pioggia. Sul retro invece un ampio prato e giochi x bambini A disposizione ci sono sdraio e lettini. Il sentiero litorale e le piccole spiaggia di sabbia e scogli si trovano ad 1 minuto dall’appartamento Inoltre una bella pista ciclabile che collega Le Brusc a Sanary sur mer si trova appena usciti dal cancello della residenza M.Colombo è stato molto cordiale al nostro arrivo e ci ha fornito tutti i dettagli relativi al l’appartamento Consiglio al 100% questo appartamento Noi ci torneremo senz’altro Grazie ancora di tutto M. Colombo!!!

Très beau séjour à Six-Fours-les-Plages

Très belle expérience de location à Six-Fours-les-Plages. Monsieur Colombo est très sympa et arrangeant. La location est superbe et parfaitement conforme aux photos. L’accès à la plage depuis la résidence est un vrai plus. L’emplacement est calme et très proche des commerces. Vraiment je recommande cette location !

Belle appartement à 50m de la mer

Nous avons passez d'excellente vacances dans cet appartement au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison, il y avait une autre famille à l'étage, l'isolation phonique n'es pas idéal mais nous avons passez nos journées à l'extérieur. Le gîte est très fonctionnel, on peut facilement manger en terrasse, la cuisine est juste à côté, La plage situé à 50m est très bien, gravillons, la plage de sable est un peut plus loin.
