Heerlijk verblijf met veel privacy en heerlijk zwembad voor jezelf. Luis is als eigenaar zeer welwillend. Kapotte dingen worden gelijk vervangen. Veel mooie dingen te bezoeken in omgeving. Voor mensen boven de 1,80 is het bed en de banken eigenlijk te klein. Huis is mooi maar heeft wat TLC nodig. Wel veel last van muggen. Zijn geen horren die in schuifpui of deur kan doen. Dus in de nacht moet je ramen en deuren dichthouden. Dat is zonder airco wel erg warm. Maar de moeite waard om een keer te huren.

Außergewöhnliches Haus

- sehr modernes und kreativ gestaltetes Haus - Terrasse und Pool sind sehr groß und wunderschön - Haltestelle einer nostalgischen Straßenbahn mit Verbindung zwischen Strand und Sintra ist nur ca. 100m vom Haus entfernt (ab Sintra gibt es auch eine Zugverbindung nach Lissabon) - unser Highlight war der Billard-(Ess-)Tisch - der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön - Kommunikation sowie Check-in/Check-out mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert

Nous avons passĂ© 3 semaines dans cette petite maison avec nos deux enfants de 7 et 10 ans. La piscine chauffĂ©e est parfaite. La maison trĂšs propre correspond parfaitement Ă  la description. Le cadre, la rĂ©gion et la mĂ©tĂ©o sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables et il y a de quoi faire pour vous occuper. Un petit train trĂšs typique et plein de charme passe de temps en temps. Loin d'ĂȘtre dĂ©sagrĂ©able au contraire ! Luis et sa femme sont trĂšs accueillants et ses efforts en Français sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables. Merci pour ce sĂ©jour !

Maison sympathique

Belle petite maison avec une piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able et une trĂšs belle vue sur la montagne de Sintra. Lieu idĂ©al pour visiter tous les sites de Sintra, la cĂŽte atlantique et pour la randonnĂ©e dans le parc naturel de Sintra. La gare de Sintra n'est qu'Ă  10 min en voiture, parking de la gare pas cher, donc trĂšs facile d'aller Ă  Lisbonne en transport en commun. Il y a de trĂšs bon restaurants et du trĂšs bon vin Ă  Colares. Le confort de la maison est optimal avec toutes les commoditĂ©s, rien Ă  redire. L'accueil de Luis est admirable, trĂšs disponible pour aider ses locataires. Cela vaut un 5 Ă©toiles. Mais j'enlĂšve 1 Ă©toile pour 3 raisons : - L'impossibilitĂ© de se garer Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la maison, obliger de se garer Ă  100 m de la maison sur un parking public. - La population canine importante dans le quartier qui perturbe trĂšs souvent le calme de la campagne. Certains chiens aboient longtemps et Ă  n'importe quelles heures du jour ou de la nuit. Obliger de dormir les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es pour ne pas ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©s la nuit par le chien d'un voisin. - Le climat Ă  Colares, trĂšs souvent nuageux et frais Ă  cause de la montagne de Sintra qui garde les nuages venant du Nord. A Lisbonne il peut faire 25°C et ciel bleu, alors qu'Ă  Colares 18°C et nuageux. MĂȘme si la piscine est chauffĂ©e (23°C) cela ne motive pas Ă  en profiter.

Ein Haus mit Charme bei einem tollen Vermieter

Ein tolles kleines Apartment mit sehr chicker Gropius-Bauhaus-Architektur. Der Pool ist zur Alleinbenutzung und sogar beheizbar. Nur leider ist der Pool im MĂ€rz nicht beheizt, weil die Solarenergie dann noch komplett fĂŒr die Warmwasserversorgung des Apartments benötigt wird, so dass das Poolwasser eine Temperatur von ca. 12 Grad aufwies. Hier muss man schon sehr hart im Nehmen sein, um darin zu schwimmen. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes ist jedoch hervorragend: selbst die Bettdecken, die BettwĂ€sche, die Kissen – alles war frisch gewaschen und der Vermieter ist Ă€ußerst hilfsbereit und unglaublich nett. So war er auch immer zeitnah zur Stelle, als sich der Pool ohne sein Zutun und Wissen komplett entleerte oder auch als es darum ging die Bedienung der Waschmaschine an der nicht mehr lesbaren Beschriftung auf der Bedienwalze und den nicht mehr zu schaltenden Ein-/Ausknopf zu erklĂ€ren. Im Rahmen der Saisoneröffnung stellte uns der Vermieter sogar statt der alten Liegen komplett neue Sitzkissen mit FußstĂŒtzen fĂŒr die Terrasse zur VerfĂŒgung – sehr bequem. Als VerbesserungswĂŒrdig wĂŒrden wir nur die fehlende Heizung in den jahreszeitbedingt doch recht feuchten RĂ€umen sehen, vielleicht wĂ€re hier ein Kaminofen mit Holzbefeuerung zur schnellen Durchheizung des HĂ€uschens von Vorteil. Allerdings steht ein HeizlĂŒfter zur VerfĂŒgung der warme Luft nach Bedarf an allen Stellen im Haus produzieren kann. Unser Empfehlung an den Vermieter: ein paar einfache Bilder an den ansonsten deckorationslosen WĂ€nden, wĂŒrden dem HĂ€uschen noch mehr Charme verleihen. Wir persönlich wĂŒrden auch einen normalen Esstisch der optisch doch sehr dominanten Billard-Tisch-Installation mit Abdeckplatte als Tisch vorziehen - auch weil eine normale Relation zwischen Sitzhöhe und TischoberflĂ€che sich so nicht ergibt. Alles in Allem war unser Aufenthalt in Colares jedoch sehr erholsam und die Vielfalt der in der NĂ€he befindlichen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten hat uns sehr beeindruckt.

Superbe maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable moment en famille : un accueil chaleureux, un cadre trÚs agréable, à quelques minutes de tout (plages, sites culturels etc). Je recommande vivement cette location située dans un simple et charmant village.

Mooi vakantiehuis

De beschrijving en de foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Strak modern ingericht. Het is schoon en goed onderhouden. Er is voldoende linnengoed aanwezig om na een week te verschonen. Minpuntje is wel dat het bed aan de kleine kant is voor de gemiddelde Nederlander, voor iemand van 1.80m is het net te doen. Het huis staat achter het huis van de eigenaar. Prima zwembad. Privacy gewaarborgd. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het huis staat in een rustige omgeving. Veel bezienswaardigheden in de directe omgeving. Belangrijk om te weten is dat je bij enkele parken alleen contant kan betalen. Ook het strand is niet ver( ongeveer 4km.). Voor surfers mooie golven. Het dorp beschikt over een paar kleine winkels voor de dagelijkse boodschappen, pinautomaat en een paar goede restaurants. Een auto is wel handig.

Proche de la perfection

Notre sĂ©jour dans cette maison fut un moment fort agrĂ©able. Le cadre Ă©tait magnifique, la vue parfaite, la maison trĂ©s agrĂ©able et suffisement grande pour 4 personnes. La rĂ©gion est trĂ©s belle et proche de Lisbonne. Ce fut un dĂ©paysement total durant 15 jours. A noter: Il y a un electrico centenaire (les mĂȘmes qu'a lisbonne)qui passe juste a cĂŽtĂ© de la maison (seulement le week-end). cela a beaucoup de charme. l'Ă©quipement est complet. Il y a un petit supermarchĂ© pas trĂ©s loin pour faire quelques courses. La piscine offre une vue sur la vallĂ©e superbe et sans vis a vis. L'accueil de Luis et de sa femme fut excellent Un seul petit point nĂ©gatif: un petit chien chez le voisin a tendance a passer sa journĂ©e a aboyer... c'est la vie. C'est une maison ou je retournerai avec un grand plaisir Merci encore a Luis et sa femme pour leur acceuil et leur sympathie.
