Luxurious recent villa, at ground level, great amenities, 14 people

This splendid prestige villa built in 2003, south orientated, is located in a quiet and residential area, close to the golf course of Valescure, the tennis courts and fine sandy beaches.

You will enjoy a non-obstructed view over the Esterel Massif. It is the starting point of amazing hikes or bike trips.
Park with planted trees grassed and filled with exotic trees. To enjoy evenings with your friends or family, there is a large pull house with a Moroccan living room.

Its very beautiful tiled swimming pool of 10 x 5 m is surrounded with large beaches on which you will find deck chairs and mattresses. The property is enclosed with a high hedge to insure a perfect tranquility.

Rooms are extremely bright and pleasant to live in.

The house was completely renovated in 2009: furniture, beddings, linen and crockery are new.

The lawn and the swimming pool are maintained every week.

Electric scooters available on request. The unit price is 40 € for the week. To book before your stay, subject to availability.

Patrick was very helpful and check in was easy and stress free. The property itself is a bit tired, the furniture, soft furnishings and kitchen could do with an update. The pool is lovely and gets the sun all day but has cracked tiles and could do with some maintenance. It is located on a housing development - the nearest beach is 4K. It is easy to explore along the south coast from here.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist Ă€ußerst freundlich und großzĂŒgig und kĂŒmmert sich sehr darum, dass die GĂ€ste eine gute Zeit verbringen. Wir haben mit zwei Familien incl. 5 Kindern und 1 Hund dort gewohnt, dafĂŒr ist die GrĂ¶ĂŸe mehr als ausreichend. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Vilket boende! Vi Ă€r mycket nöjda över vĂ„r vecka i St Raphael! SjĂ€lva omrĂ„det var lugnt, tryggt och mycket vackert. Villan var insynsskyddad av hög hĂ€ck och elektronisk grind. Det var ca 2km till supermarket (Lidl) och ytterligare knappt 1km till shoppingcenter med bl.a LeClerc. Det var 3km till den mindre byn Agay med strand och smĂ„ restauranger och butiker, sĂ„ bil Ă€r att rekommendera. Huset Ă€r stort, vĂ€lplanerat och vĂ€lutrustat bĂ„de vad gĂ€ller köksatiraljer, bad- och poolhanddukar, grill, solstolar och utemöbler. Fin trĂ€dgĂ„rd med en underbar pool (uppvĂ€rmd till 28 grader)! Vi var ett sĂ€llskap pĂ„ 13 personer Ă€ndĂ„ fanns det alltid ett eget ”space” bĂ„de inomhus och utomhus om man ville vara för sig sjĂ€lv och ha lite lugn och ro. Trevlig och smidig kontakt med Ă€garen. Detta var ett fantastiskt boende som vi gĂ€rna Ă„tervĂ€nder till! Vi kan varmt rekommendera det!

Zeer mooi huis, goed gelegen alle comfort, overal airco , alles gelijkvloers een gezellige tuin met schommels en kinderspeelhuisje met glijbaan voor de kinderen.
