Perfect Paris stay

Location was ideal - easy to get to the main attractions, cafes, market very close - apartment had everything for a week stay - and elevator was a plus. Would recommend for your Paris stay.

Very nice place, manager, and location to wander. Excellent opportunity versus a hotel room. Should have stayed the entire trip here.

40th Anniversary Tour

We had an awesome stay, Sergio’s place is very close to so many restaurants and the metro. It was easy to get around, the place was very clean, and Sergio was extremely accommodating.

Pleasant Location

Wonderful location close to train station and Metro. Lots of restaurants close by. Good for a short stay. Only comment is that there is a lack of closet space to hang clothing for a longer stay. Enjoy!

Great apartment and neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay very much in this lovely and very clean apartment. It was my first time staying in this neighborhood and it’s an excellent location from which to explore Paris in all directions. There are many good restaurants along rue maubeuge. I enjoyed restaurant Pristine and the patisserie Mamiche. I look forward to returning.

Perfect stay in Paris

Everything about this apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris. Serge was very communicative, and we wanted for nothing as far as accoutrements. The apartment is immaculate and just as described in the Vrbo details. The location was great and out of the way of the summer crowds but very close to the metro and sites we wanted to see. Highly recommend this apartment in Paris

Have stayed twice and plan on coming back!

We stayed here 5 years ago and made sure to rebook on our return this year. The property has only gotten better, with a new lift installed and easy access with a key fob. It's very clean, and relaxing, with plenty of windows. The location is amazing, away from the touristy areas but close enough to the Lourve to walk. Make sure to check out Rue Cadet during your stay.

Outstanding stay in a terrific neighborhood

Charming and well-laid out apartment in very accessible part of Paris. Serge was super helpful, responsive and caring. Supermarket and metro all within a 5-minute walk. Several great cafes, bars and restaurants all within short distance. I will definitely be looking to stay here again. Thank you Serge!
