The house is located in Ciudad Quesada, in the south of the province of Alicante. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom, with availability for 4 adults. If necessary we can provide a cot for children under 2 years old.
It has a magnificent private pool, BBQ, and a fully covered garage. Because many people live here throughout the year, you can find all kinds of open services, such as restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacy, doctor, beauty and wellness centers, all kinds of local commerce, public and private transport (taxis) , gas station, water park in summer.
It is an ideal place as a golf destination, as there are more than 15 golf courses within 40 kilometers of the property.
There are large commercial areas nearby, such as Habaneras or La Zenia Boulevard, where you can find in addition to top brand stores, cinemas, and restaurants all kinds of services. Within the same urbanization you can find a water park and the La Marquesa golf course
The nearest beach is located in Guardamar del Segura, six kilometers from the house.

Lovely villa and great communication, great location, close walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants etc. Great pool and villa clean enough, nice little place for just the two of us.Only little niggles are it would have been nice to have a mid stay change of sheets/towels and more live UK tv channels, but thats just personal preference!The listing also says there is a dishwasher but there isnt

Our holidays was PERFECT ! The Villa was magnificient. The children were happy to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. Many thanks to the owner who was always here for us.

Excellent!

This was an excellent experience . The property was very well presented and comfortable. There was everything you need and more.. thoughtful touches such as soft drinks in the fridge, a complimentary bottle of wine, cleaning and washing products etc. very well positioned for amenities. Splendid

Traditional hidden gem

The property was immaculately clean, and well presented. The addition of cans of pop, milk, water and a bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Carlos and Ana were on hand for any questions or queries (of which we had none). Check in and check out was easy and all communications well managed. The villa was located just a few minutes away from the Main Street in Quesada so very easily accessible to all amenities. Will certainly return to this or one of there other villas.

GOOD LOCATION

The owner was great, kept us informed all of the time and messaged to see if all was ok. The villa was clean mostly but could have done with a better clean in the bathroom and BBQ area. The bedrooms were damp until we put the heat from the air-conditioning unit on because the radiator in the double bedroom didn't work properly. Beds were comfortable in the bedrooms. The sun beds were terrible (which i did message the owner about) and all of them need updating and also the cushions on the sun beds weren't very clean. Not enough coat hangers for 4 people. And only a small sofa and one chair in the living room which was not enough for 4 people. The photo's on the website need updating because the pictures were very old.

Lovely Holiday

Great location. Villa had all we needed. Near to shops and restaurants, which is what we wanted. A few barky dogs near the villa but that's not the fault of the villa. Had great time.

Wonderful property in a great lovation

Well, what can I say about this Villa, everything. The place was immaculate, exactly how it was described on the website, Carlos was fantastic, always on hand if you needed him, whether it was for restaurants to eat nice food or a nice beach, can’t say enough about him to be fair, excellent man! Enough so to have rebooked already for 10 days next year. I’ll finish by saying if anyone is looking for a villa to relax and enjoy the weather this is the place, can’t recommend it highly enough. Jamieson-Solihull stayed there 25-6-2018

fantastic villa for a wonderful vacation

The villa was exact as on the foto's. The villa is very clean, new and has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The swimming pool and garden are spacious and the villa is perfect situated in Ciudad Quesada. Shops, bars and restaurants are in short walking distance and still the neigbourhood is quiet. Carlos (and his mother) are very friendly and are standby to help you whatever you want. We have had a wonderful time in this villa and would like to go back again.

Excellent villa for a perfect holiday!

We had a fantastic stay here. The villa was exceptionally clean, well equipped and in a beautiful corner plot. The swimming pool and gardens were superb! There is a great supermarket nearby and Cuidad provides local amenities. Carlos was very attentive, he met us on arrival and left us fresh fruit and wine to enjoy during our stay. This was a lovely gesture! There are many local villages to visit : we would recommend you go to Santa Pola (for its lovely port), Guardamar (for its great park and fabulous beaches) and also Benijofar for its restaurants (we loved El Gusto and La Luna). Thank you Carlos (and family) for providing a fantastic holiday experience. We would love to come back again soon! Lucy and Thomas

We have been taking care of this property over the years because it belongs to our family and it has all the things required to spend a few days in a very good location in Spain
It is very close to the centre of Ciudad Quesada,and you could find all the commerce nearby with no need to take the car It has its own swimming pool and It is treated all the year to be ready for the people who come to our property.
