A recently renovated, comfortable apartment on the 1st and top floor of a small, secure and peaceful residence, not overlooked, with a comfortable shaded terrace and a private solarium above the apartment with 360° views. For those seeking peace and quiet, everything is provided for your comfort!

Fully equipped (microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, satellite TV with German, English, and French channels, TNT, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer). New bedding (August 2025). 1GB fiber optic internet access and free Wi-Fi, and a safe in the apartment.

Private covered parking under the residence. A large shared swimming pool. Balcony with table, chairs, deckchairs, and awning. Close to all amenities (restaurant, bar, mini-market, laundromat, hairdresser, diving center, souvenirs, ATM, car rental). A bus stop nearby (150m) with a regular service.

Nearby restaurants include "Roca Negra" and a relaxation area (sea view). Libellula is just a few meters from Las Galgas Beach.

Las Galgas Beach is accessible on foot, as is a very pleasant coastal walking trail to Callao Salvaje, which was completely renovated in 2022. El Pinque Beach is just a few minutes away, and a golf course is 5 km away. For shopping and nightlife, Las Américas or Los Cristianos are a 10-minute drive away. For groceries, LIDL, Hiper-Dino, and ALDI supermarkets are a 6-minute drive away.

Great winter get away

We enjoyed staying in this lovely, clean and quiet apartment. It had everything we needed and a great view. There are regular, although busy, buses to catch to nearby beaches and resorts although would probably be easier to have a car.

A lovely, clean, well equipt apartment. Everything we needed for a relaxed holiday. Large clean swimming pool used everyday by my wife and I to swim and sunbath. Rarely anyone else around the pool. Underground parking ideal.Excellent communication with the owner from the date of booking. Highly recommend.

Another great stay!

As always we enjoyed our stay (our 5th I think) in this comfy well equipped apartment with everything we needed during our long stay. The views from the balcony and solarium are beautiful with magnificent sunsets. Communication with Veronique and Oliver is always good before, after and during our stay. As usual the handover of keys on arrival was smooth and as usual a warm welcome from Natalie. We hope to be back soon!

Appartment at playa paraiso

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and ideal for two people. The view from the balcony was very picturesque and the swimming pool was probably the cleanest one I have swam in and I swim most mornings! Communication with Veronique and Natalie was excellent.

Quite apartment block

Everything you could need for a couple of weeks stay. Pool area very quite and we had it to ourselves several times during our stay. There are no lifts in the complex so just be aware if anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs.

Nice apartment

Nice bright comfortable apartment, plenty of space for 2 & equipped well enough for home cooking (if you want to). Check in/out was smooth (thanks Lara & Nathalie!) & the water & fruit provided was appreciated. Bathroom was clean & plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable & plenty of wardrobe space available. Nice sunny balcony, ideal for eating on, having a siesta, watching the paragliders & the sunsets. The swimming pool is a good size, though not heated. Secure parking was very useful (though if someone stole the Cicar we had, they’d probably return it haha!). It’s situated away from the big hotel area, so it’s quiet & less busy/noisy. Round the corner, there’s a useful little “supermarket” & a very nice, inexpensive restaurant (La Fuente, definitely worth a visit or two) Had a lovely 2 week stay - thanks!

Wir haben uns in der sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der herrliche Meerblick vom Balkon, der große Pool (nicht geheizt) mit ausreichend Liegen und die ruhige Lage eignen sich sehr für eine gute Erholung. Die Wohnung wurde uns sauber übergeben und wir sind gut eingewiesen worden. Gefallen hat uns sehr, dass wir einen Tiefgaragenplatz nutzen konnten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sauber und gut ausgestattet und die Anlage selbst ist perfekt. Wir waren, wenn wir im Apartment waren, fast nur auf dem Balkon und haben sie Aussicht genossen! Sehr gerne wieder, wenn es uns nach Teneriffa verschlagen sollte.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten sehr schöne 4 Wochen Urlaub. Es hat wirklich alles gestimmt, das Wetter, die Unterkunft und die Umgebung. Ein Mietwagen wäre trotzdem empfehlenswert da die Busse meistens überfüllt sind. Wenn man gerne auf dem sonnigen Balkon sitzt ,wäre eine Marquise hilfreich gewesen, wie bei den meisten anderen Wohnungen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! .

Schöne Wohnung und Anlage.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der Anlage. Sehr von Vorteil ist auch der feste Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Anlage ist ruhig und entspannt. Ein paar lautere Zeitgenossen gibts immer.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen ideal. Es gibt dort alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Auch der Pool ist für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch top, er war immer sauber und wenig besucht. Die komplette Anlage macht einen sauberen Eindruck, es gibt auch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Das Meer ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Allerdings empfiehlt es sich ein Auto zu mieten, wenn man die Gegend erkunden möchte. Einkaufsläden/Supermarkt wie Lidl, Aldi etc. in 5 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Beim Check In stehen nochmal Gebühren an die im Inserat nicht verständlich beschrieben sind. Wir hatten leider an 2 Tagen Baulärm von den Nachbarn, sowie für ein paar Stunden kein Strom/ Wasser aufgrund von Bauarbeiten an der Straße aber dafür können die Vermieter ja nichts. Für mehrere Tage fiel das WLAN aus und die Vermieter waren stets bemüht um das Problem zu lösen. Der Kontakt zwischeneinander war sehr freundlich. Im großen und ganzen ist das eine schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht und guter Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
