This town house is 2850 sf with a large two car garage - and sleeps 16.
It is located next door to an identical unit - also owned by us. Both can be rented for a discount and combined the units can sleep 32 in beds.
Each unit has five bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths and will sleep 16 in beds. Constructed in late 2014, this property is professionally decorated and stocked with the very best amenities to make your getaway enjoyable and relaxing.
Zions Gate I, located in the midst of our nations most beautiful national and state parks and constructed in a quiet neighborhood resort area with ample parking; this property is a private and convenient vacation retreat and only a ten minute walk to the Coral Canyon Golf Course Clubhouse. It is a five minute walk to the Resort Clubhouse where there is a beautiful pool, basketball courts and play area for children.
Because there are only two units to our structure (as opposed to a four or five plex, which most of the units are), each town-home has great natural lighting from additional windows. Privacy is enhanced because this town-home has a landscaped side yard and a large front courtyard, which provides buffer from neighbors. Zions Gate is also bordered in the rear by a natural hill that buffers sound and wind and also adds to privacy.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook for a crowd. Extra items include a BlendTek Blender, Keurig 2.0 coffee maker, Mr. Coffee, grills, waffle maker, Bullet, and much much more.
Of course free high speed internet (WiFi) is included, along with cable TV and smart LED TVs in the great-room and bedrooms. A PlayStation PS4 game console in the game room with a 48 inch TV provides plenty of entertainment for the kids.
Five (5) bedrooms provide ample sleeping space and includes two master suites with king beds (each with patio and balcony access), a bunk room that sleeps up to 6, a game room with a queen size hide-a-bed, and a private queen size room with a balcony access for mountain viewing. The upstairs Master also has a queen sofa-bed. All bedrooms have luxury bedding including goose down comforters and pillows as well as TV access.
The home has a laundry room, double car garage, seating in the back yard for 12, as well as a natural gas BBQ. The front courtyard also has seating to accomadate a large group.
We also own the home next door, attached. It's VRBO # is 660189. It has the same floor plan and will also sleep between 14 to 16. Combined they could be rented to handle a large family reunion - 32 people in beds. Call me if you are interested in this type of arrangement.

We (Bob and Karleen) are retired professionals who are fortunate enough to winter in this delightful paradise. We also live in southeast Idaho with kids and grand kids scattered all over the west. Their favorite vacation destination is southern Utah.

What makes this Townhome unique
This home is half of a duplex. We also own and rent the other half which is the same layout but decorated differently. For larger groups, both units can be rented if reserved well in advance. Both units could sleep up to 32 in beds. The other town home can be viewed as locator # 660189. The town-home is well stocked with everyday amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow dryers, bathroom scales, laundry soap, and dishwasher detergent. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary plates, glasses, bowls, pots and pans, knives, silverware and cooling utensils. A Blentek blender and Keurig Coffee Maker are provided to make you feel completely at home. Everything in the home and particularly the kitchen is brand new.

The condo is beautiful with plenty of room for our large family.
We were impressed with the responsiveness of the local manager. The condo itself was well maintained and had everything we needed. The on-site pools were large and our family spent a lot of time there. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
Softball tournament 2017
Coral ridge is so easy to get to/from for any events in St. George. Home was amazing, just like last year!!! Karleen leaves you warm baked cookies too! Bunk beds made for smaller people so had to move mattresses to the floor for our adult team. Pull-out in Master upstairs has a mattress I was told is coming to it's end of use, a little flat maybe but all in all it was a fantastic stay!!! Home is 5 stars, I had to go with 4 stars due to the clubhouse area being very slick to get from the pool to the showers & nothing to hang onto to keep one from slipping! That needs attention!! Karleen takes excellent care of her renters as does her property manager Natasha. You won't be sorry. Awesome place to stay.

Beautiful home! Large bedrooms and plenty of space kids to play. We came to St George for a funeral. It was so nice to stay at a place where all my family could gather to share memories and create some new ones. It made a very difficult time a little better. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was great!
Only had two little issues - small leak from washing machine and needed wi fi router replaced. Other than those two items, we had a wonderful time. Thank you for such a beautiful home.
Wonderful vacation home!
Part of our family reunion stayed at this house, and I heard nothing but compliments about it. It was decorated beautifully, clean, and had many amenities both inside the home and at the nearby clubhouse with pools.

Beautiful home with comforts, luxuries, and amenities that helped everyone have a very fun, relaxing week.
Located in the middle of four national parks and numerous state parks - the scenery is more than anyone can take in within a few days. St. George is busting with unique history and beautiful development. Shopping and dining is first rate in St. George. The local area also naturally provides outdoor entertainment of hiking, beautiful desert walks and bike rides. The city offers parks designed for children to enjoy hiking the red cliffs, outdoor theater (Tuacahn), indoor theater, live performances at the Tabernacle and Dixie State College. The are is definitely NOT lacking in things to to keep every visitor as busy as they want to be.
