THE CATHEDRAL, THE BASILICA OF THE VIRGIN, THE ROUND SQUARE, THE MICALET, THE SILK LONJA, OR THE CENTRAL MARKET AND THE SERRANO TOWERS, will be some of the monuments that you can visit on foot. Just 10 minutes by bike from the beach, and with metro and bus nearby. The house has an elevator as well as a folding baby cot, if necessary THE APARTMENT HAS OWN PRIVATE PARKING OPTIONAL ON REQUEST FOR 10 EURO DAY

Outstanding location!

The location of this apartment is exceptional. It is the perfect spot to explore Valencia. The living room furniture is not very comfortable but the mattresses were good. There was a persistent odor in the bathroom, from the pipes, I think.There is an extra fee for parking even if you do not have a car.

Location location

It’s all about location, you are minutes away from all the sightseeing’s of the city. Easy to travel to with the metro from the airport. The area is fantastic lots of restaurants and bars. Your own entertainment on the street in front of the apartment, just open the door of the balcony and you have it. Property manager was easy to talk to by WhatsApp or via the Vrbo account. We loved to stay here and had a great time. Thanks Javi!

Spacious apartment in great location

Would be a 5 star rating but the futon/couch in main living room is super uncomfortable to sit on. Not sure how anyone could sleep on it as it would be so uncomfortable. So really just 2 beds, and the main bedroom bed is only a queen, not a king as stated in listing.

We had a wonderful short stay in this apartment. Javi and Armi were flexible so we could make the most of our stay. They were friendly and helpful and quick to reply. The flat is lovely with big windows looking onto the busy streets in the evening. It has a well equipped kitchen and fast wifi. The location is ideal to explore the old town on foot. The flat is just a few minutes from the main square and the very attractive central market. Lots of restaurants literally on the door step and small shops a few meters away. Just the place to stay right in the heart of Valencia.

This pretty apartment is in an ideal, walkable location. Very comfortable setup. Very clean. We loved the view. Javier was so nice and helpful - and responsive. When we had some issues with the taxi driver knowing where to go, so he spoke with him for us. It was very hot in Valencia during our stay so it was AWESOME to have the air conditioning in the living room. And it was lovely that both bedrooms have fans. And convenient that there's a little elevator to the 4th floor. Note to other renters: We didn't need a 3rd bedroom, but heads up to anyone looking at Vrbo's English translation of the listing, the 3rd "bedroom" is actually a 3rd bed / futon in the living room. Again, no issue for our situation, just info for others.

Sin duda, alguna, el peor huésped que hospedado en mi vida . No se lo recomiendo a nadie ,fue problemático desde el principio..Contrato para dos personas y durmieron cinco. Rompieron el sofá y pusieron problemas para pagar el parking que había contratado. En definitiva, unos impresentables no los volvería a hospedar y no los recomiendo a ningún anfitrión .

Great location. Lovely old building. Easy walk to lots of sights. Close to many good restaurants. Hot as hell outside however AC worked fine. Had fan in bedroom so sleeping was great. Bed comfortable— not a fancy mattress but I slept great. Kitchen fine for making coffee. We ate out so we didn’t use the oven/stove, etc. The key to the front door was finicky— patience and cursing but eventually got it to work each time. Plenty of room for my 2 daughters and me.

Perfect location, plenty of space, clean, and nearby parking

The apartment is in the perfect location to explore Old Town. There is a nice little Italian restaurant literally just outside the door, and the heart of Old Town is just around the corner. It was the perfect spot to launch our explorations each day. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We didn't use the kitchen much, so I can't really comment on that. The living area and bedrooms met our needs though. Parking was just a couple minutes down the road, which was very convenient. Our host met us in a timely manner and told us everything we needed to know. Communication was also good using text. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Valencia!

Big apartment, fully stocked, and amazing location

If location is your priority, this is a great place to be. It is loud at night, even during the week, but usually it calmed down by midnight. I wasn't upset since that's usually the price you pay for a great location. There is usually someone playing music nearby (when I was there it was a handpan which I thought was great) and you can see the cathedral from the balcony which is about a minute walk away. A couple downsides are the couch (futon) being extremely uncomfortable to sit on, and the shower requiring you to handhold the faucet. He clearly shows the shower in the pictures though so can't complain about that. Overall great place and the only thing I wasn't super happy with was that you have to contact him for the specific address, which I didn't realize until getting to the city center and had to wait for him to respond. The communication overall was great though.

Rough start pleasant ending

We were informed that there was a problem with the apartment that we would not be able to checkin till the next day. Javier and the manager worked with us to solve the problem by putting us up at a hotel for a night. Additionally, Javier rebated the cost of our parking. The apartment is very well situated. One of the best restaurants in old town Valencia is right outside the front door. A must place to eat. The kitchen was functional and well equipped with condiments and welcome wine and beer. Our only complaint is that the furniture is Ikea and uncomfortable. One of the dining table chairs was broken. This is unfortunate because the apartment has wonderful character. All in all, we will have great stories about our stay at Javier's place. The location of the apartment is really fantastic.

Great Location!

The unit is in a great location in the gothic section of València! Tons of good food, cafes & tabernas. Plus the Mercat Central de Valencia is a short 4-5 mins walk away. Great place to buy your fill of beautiful produce, fiambres, cheeses, sweets... to bring back to the apt. Go nuts! Literally, they sell a lot of nuts, dates and dried fruits. The host Javi was very nice and always responded to all inquiries. The restaurant across the narrow street is noisy, but the easy solution is too close the windows & wood shades and pop-in some ear plugs. This upstairs apt. is very close to the cathedral. It's also an easy walk to Torres de Serranos and several nice plazas. And if you love to meander, walk, jog, run bike... the super user friendly Parque Central park is fairly close and a great way to get to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (City of Arts & Science). Fantastic! Calling all lovers of architecture and great city & parks design/planning! Look forward to returning!

L'appartamento è in pieno centro storico e per questo è molto comodo perché vicino ai maggiori monumenti di Valencia, a vari ristoranti e al mercato centrale. Va segnalato però che non ci sono tre camere da letto ma due: una con un letto matrimoniale, una con un letto singolo e un divano letto nel soggiorno. L'aria condizionata è solo nel soggiorno mentre le due camere sono dotate di ventilatore ma non sono stati sufficienti nel periodo in cui ci abbiamo soggiornato noi (agosto). Il bagno è un po' datato e il bidet lo abbiamo trovato guasto.

Prima appartement in het centrum. Op loopafstand van vele leuke eettentjes en prachtige musea.Goed uitgeruste keuken. Twee slaapkamers en een minder comfortabele slaapbank in de woonkamer. Zeer behulpzame gastheer die ook geregeld heeft dat we om 4:00 opgepikt werden om naar t vliegveld te gaan.

Appartement parfaitement situé au coeur du centre historique de Valencia.

Appartement parfaitement situé au coeur du centre historique de Valencia. Tout est accessible à pieds, bus ou métro. Immeuble sécurisé. Merci au propriétaire d'avoir réservé le taxi pour notre retour à l'aéroport. Quelques suggestions à apporter : - mettre des alèses jetables sur les matelas - lit convertible un peu petit dans le séjour - un parasol de plage à disposition serait vraiment un plus. Pour conclure, une belle expérience au sein de cet appartement et dans la ville de Valencia. Je recommande.

Perfectly located property, right in the middle of the old town! Could not have asked for a better location… BTW one of the most in demand restaurants is right across the street … but then again with so much variety in terms of food you’ll find something just few steps away. Check in without a hitch, the owner always available ( before check in- after we didn’t need anything 😀). Property was clean, definitely appreciated the air conditioning ( +38 degrees when we arrived), loved the view from the living room!!! Steps away from major touristic and gastronomical experiences. We’ll definitely look to book it next time we visit Valencia!

Bien placé mais confort minimal

Bien placé, proche de la cathédrale, de la plaça de la Reina et le mercat central est au bout de la rue. Du petit balcon il y a une belle vue sur une rue de la vieille ville et bon restaurant au pied de l'appartement. L'intérieur est propre mais manque de confort. Les matelas sont peu confortables et les oreillers sont les pires que je n'ai jamais vu, vraiment mauvaise qualité. Le support pour la pomme de douche est brisé et impossible a utiliser. De plus l'eau chaude passe de bouillant a glacé dans la même minute. Prendre une douche est toute une aventure ... désagréable. L'air climatisé rafraichi bien la pièce principale mais pas les chambres donc attendez vous a avoir très chaud la nuit dans les mois d'été. Stationnement proche et pratique. Je retournerai définitivement dans ce quartier de Valence mais dans un logement plus confortable

Fallas in Valencia

Most enjoyable stay. Loved the apartment, only comment to make would be that the sofa was not very comfortable and for 2 people, 2 smallish bath towels and an even smaller hand towel was not really enough for a weeks stay. But overall, everything else was fine. I hope we can go back at a later date as the situation was first class, right in the centre and easy access to everything in the old quarter. The first week of the Fallas was noisy, exciting and full of people of every nationality I only wish we had booked for a stay of two weeks. One week was just not enough time. Valencia is one of my favourite cities. Thank you for a most enjoyable week.
