Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation this nicely furnished home is perfect for your winter getaway in the boating, fishing and golf community of Burnt Store Marina! Inside this clean and well maintained home you will find a bright and cheerful great room with vaulted ceilings which opens to the large covered and screened lanai. Our fully equipped galley style kitchen is flanked on either end by a dining nook and den. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk in closet, and awesome bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and walk in shower. We have two twin beds in the guest room and up to four additional guests can sleep on the sofa sleepers in the living room and den. There are two TVs in the home.

Get out of the snow and enjoy our gated community which plays host to SW Florida's largest marina and offers a superior location only 10 nautical miles to the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful barrier islands and beaches where the shelling is amazing. The house is great clean spacious pool is not accessible Hot tub is not accessible limited channels usually not an issue, but with the football playoffs on different channels this year it wasn’t an issue. No ESPN We had nice trip Jackie was very helpful

Very nice house with in a very nice, quiet area with just a few problems we were able to get over.

We were very happy with the furnishings and the supplies that the owner left for us-our only complaints were not being able to use the wi-fi, (which was solved when when my sister brought us her "hot-spot"), the lack of a garage door opener (but I got a lot of exercise getting in & out of the rental car), & being told that we couldn't use the pool till Jan. 1st ( we arrived on Dec. 18th so I went to the club house and they activated our pool passes). All in all we were very happy especially with the screened in lanai that was very large and comfortable, but it would have been nice to have had a gas barbecue so we could enjoy it even more.

A lovely home with everything you need for a great vacation.

We truely enjoyed our month during our stay at this lovely 2 BR home with its 2 car garage and large screened in patio. We found the home very nice and clean. It is well equipped with most everything a kitchen needs, plenty dishes, silverware, etc. Bedroom and bath needs, and extra towels. The neighbors we met are friendly. The Burnt Store Marina nice and quiet at night. Being nature lovers, we liked visiting the Charlotte Harbor State Park and Preserve and a number of other similar places. Being an artist I found the art center in Punta Gorda very enjoyable. There are a lot of good artists in the area. Fisherman’s Village has a lot to offer, too, with boutiques, restaurants and a park not far away.

Great winter retreat.

We can’t say enough about our wonderful three month stays in this perfectly located home. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The extended lanai surrounded by lush vegetation was a peaceful oasis and lovely retreat. Our owners were truly attentive and answered any questions promptly.

Lovely January Week

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood- we found this to be a clean, comfortable place to stay. With two teenagers and a preteen, we have an active family. Burnt Store Marina was a great home base for all the beaching, museums, kayaking, and trailblazing we love to do. Was wonderful to come "home" to relax, cook our own meals, have dinner in the lanai. Highly recommend.

We live in Park City, UT and although we love to sk and sail, we discovered Punta Gorda and Burnt Store Marina while looking for an occasional getaway out of the snow. We bought a sailboat in 2011 here in the marina and love Burnt Store so much we invested in a 1/1 condo and this 2/2+den home for the future.

Burnt Store Marina is a gated, waterside community with everything we need right here. The boating, golf, restaurants, walking/biking paths in such a beautiful tropical setting complete our dream for a perfect winter escape.

Sailing, boating, kayaking, fishing, wildlife, and awesome barrier islands on the Gulf of Mexico (with deserted beaches and incredible shelling) make this area a very special and unique place!
