English:-Do you want to experience the sunset on one of the photos for yourself? The possibility is there! Just cross the road and you are on the beach, able to soak in this gorgeous sight, on a daily basis. As it is in the west of Mahe, you will be able to experience the sunset everyday of your stay. The property itself is family friendly as it is fenced with its own private parking and garden. The two bedrooms are air conditioned. The house is fully secured with an alarm system. Our chalet is being rented as a whole. The prices are indicative and there are special rates depending on the amount of people/family size/length of stay so do not hesitate to contact us. Airport transfer can be provided at a very reasonable price.

Français:-La possibilité d'experiencer le couche du soleil est là! Il suffit de traverser la route et vous êtes sur la plage, capable de tremper dans cette vue magnifique, sur une base quotidienne. Comme il est dans l'ouest de Mahé, vous serez en mesure de connaître le coucher du soleil tous les jours de votre séjour. La propriété elle-même est familial et convivial car elle est clôturée avec son propre parking privé et jardin. Les deux chambres sont climatisées. La maison est entièrement sécurisé par un système d'alarme. Notre chalet est en cours de location dans son ensemble. Les prix sont indicatifs et il ya des tarifs spéciaux en fonction du nombre de personnes / taille de la famille/la durée du séjour, alors n'hésitez pas à nous contacter. Well suited to our needs. Quiet but all basic amenities nearby. Well equipped and Lisette always accommodating, no hesitation to recomend to our friends.

Quiet holiday like we love it

The property is very clean and you have everything in the kitchen for cooking the good fish wich you can catch or buy on the beach, wich is close to the house.

The owner of the house will help you everytime if you need something. Also is there a mini market where you can buy some food water and beer. There is also a bigger market in the village. You cant`t go swimming when the tide is low, but there is a little beach 15 min walking in the south . There are less other tourists, because there is only one more little bed and breakfast. We booked already this location for the fourth time because it is very quiet and all the people are so nice and helpful. Also the landscape and the sea is brilliant.

If you want to make holiday from your stressful day life this location will be perfect.

Semplice ma comodissima!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 24 giorni in questo chalet bordo spiaggia. Con un bimbo di 3 anni è stata una scelta perfetta: mare a pochi passi (esci in costume da casa) fermata di tutti gli autobus fuori casa (non abbiamo noleggiato l'auto tanto erano frequenti ed economici i bus!) negozietto di generi essenziali, gestito dalla padrona di casa, a 10 metri...

Altri supermarket e il ristorante Plume raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. La proprietaria Lisette, veramente gentilissima, ci ha preparato i pasti se lo richiedevamo con breve anticipo, ci prenotava il taxi se serviva, cercava di risolvere ogni problema senza mai essere invadente. Il nostro bambino ha passato ore a giocare in giardino con i suoi nipotini! Veramente come essere a casa propria! La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è soggetta alle maree, e quando è bassa troverete chi a poco vi vende i polpi...quando è alta si creano veri e propri "negozi" di pesce sulla spiaggia. Fantastico! Al sabato invece vendita di frutta e verdura dei contadini...le bananine adorate dai bambini!

Suggerimento: dopo averle visitate tutte abbiamo eletto a preferita BAIA LAZARE (15 min di bus) mentre, almeno a gennaio, sulla spiaggia di casa occhio ai sand flies...piccolissimi ma micidiali! Imbrattatevi di crema (anche semplicemente solare) se state sdraiati al sole. Gli unguenti li tengono lontani. Era la terza volta alle Seychelles ma la prima fuori dagli alberghi....credo che non torneremo mai più in strutture costosissime e "finte"...per la prima volta ho vissuto le Seychelles.

Accueil parfait et bon rapport qualité-prix

Un accueil très sympathique et chaleureux qui nous a permis de vivre pendant 6 jours à la façon créole. La maison est très propre et très confortable: ventilos et climatisation, accès internet, machine à laver et tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire la cuisine. Mais à Mahé nous avons apprécié les take away et quelques restos bien sympa (juste à côté Plume, un des meilleurs de l'île!). La maison est un bon point de départ pour les balades dans le Morne Seychellois, et la découverte des plus belles plages qui sont à l'ouest.

Merci encore à Lisette pour son super repas créole, inoubliable!

Preis Leistung ok

Liegt an einer frequentierten Straße. Lisetté hat sogar am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes, bevor es nach Praslin weiterging, Fisch für uns zubereitet der sehr lecker war. Zum kennenlernen für die erste Insel top

Anse Boileau top, Haus solala

Der Anse Boileau Strand ist sehr schön und liegt direkt hinter der Straße. Der Strand ist durch ein Riff geschützt.

Im Ort ist man von Jetskis, Speedbooten und Händlern verschont.

Lisette war sehr freundlich und hat uns immer wieder etwas zum Essen geschenkt.

Nebenan hat im Februar ein Supermarkt eröffnet. Eine größere Auswahl von Gemüse, Obst und Fisch haben wir nur in Victoria gefunden.

800m südlich vom Haus gibt es ein Take Away mit Kreolische Gerichten.

Es gibt eine Sitzgruppe östlich vom Haus mit einem Sonnenschirm. Daneben wird gerade ein neues Haus gebaut und die Bewohner können später direkt hinunterschauen auf dem Sitzplatz. Auch durch das Tor der Vermieterin kann man von der Küstenstrasse aus einsehen, d.h. es gibt wenig Privatsphäre. Der Sitzplatz wird bei Sonnenschein sehr heiß, weil es keine schattenspendenen Bäume gibt. Der ganze Sitzplatz sieht aus wie ein Industrieinnenhof. Auf dem Grundstück südlich vom Haus ist ein Umspannwerk. Die Hochspannungsleitungen gehen direkt über das Haus.

Die Küstenstraße ist laut. In den Nachtstunden wird es ruhiger aber der Berufsverkehr fängt ca. 4:30 Uhr an.

Ein Schlafzimmer hat eine 190x140cm Matraze und das 2. Zimmer zwei 190x90cm dünne Schaumstoffmatrazen, alles auf Sperrholzplatten. Alle Matrazen sind etwas durchgelegen.

Die in der Hausbeschreibung erwähnte Alarmanlage gibt es nicht mehr, auch keinen Safe.

Das Haus hat einen Prepaid Internetanschluß von Intelvision. Der Vermieter stellt 1GB zur Verfügung, auf der Login-Seite kann man mit einer Kreditkarte mehr erwerben.

Den Fernseher haben wir nur einmal eingeschaltet. Es kam immer die Fehlermeldung, dass eine "active subscription" von Intelvision fehlt.

Die Küche war sehr verschmutzt als wir gekommen sind. Die Flächen klebten von Fett, so dass sogar kleine Fliegen festklebten. Es ist nicht hinnehmbar, dass ein Gast den Schmutz von unzähligen Vormieter wegputzen muss.

Der Gasherd hat keine Gassicherung, d.h. wenn eine Flamme duch z.B. einen Windstoß ausgeht, strömt das Gas weiter aus.

Es gab mehrere Mängel im Haus:

- Lampe über dem Spülbecken defekt

- kein passender Stöpsel für das Spülbecken

- Duschkopfhalterung im Bad abgebrochen

- Duschkopf der Aussendusche abgebrochen

- Fuss des Fernsehers defekt.

- Wohnzimmerschranktüren verhaken

Bei einer Monatsmiete von 2000 Euro kann man erwarten, dass die Mängel vor dem nächsten Gast behoben werden.

Nur 3 Sterne weil das Haus überteuert ist.

The property should have been cleaned properly before any guest arrived. I will look into the matter to ensure that this does not reoccur. All other defective have been noted and will be taken care of. In regards to the internet, as per my understanding, Intelvision is now offering 3GB of data instead of the 1GB. Moving forward, some changes regarding the data allowance has now been implemented, therefore giving our client more data depending on length of stay. Either by car or by bus as the property is near the main Anse Boileau road.

This chalet is ideal for beach and sea lovers and as the beach is rarely filled with many people, it is ideal for honeymooners and for those wanting to enjoy a good picnic, a nice swim without having too many people around. If you love scuba diving, the 5* PADI Dive centre is less than 10 minutes drive away, approximately 4 km away. If you need a car for hire, the Palm Cars/ hibiscus car hire is also 4 km away and you will personally be driven there to get your car at no additional cost. The Opera restaurant is also 4 km away. The Chez Plume restaurant is less than a km away.

The property is extremely family friendly as the two bedrooms are separated by a folded wooden door which could be left opened when parents want to keep an eye on children or can be left closed when parents wish for privacy. It is also ideal for friends sharing as the folded wooden door is locked on both sides. Each room has its own air-conditioner. Fishing trip can be arrange for a small fee and evening meal can also be prepared for a small fee.
Payment are done in two portion. First payment is made through the website to confrim the reservation. Second payment is paid by cash upon arrival at the property. Please note that if second payment is made online, then a 2% transaction fee is applied.
