Great place to stay

Clean and spacious apartment in a quiet and exclusive area next to the sea.We stayed for 2 weeks at Nadia’s place, and it was the best decision! Very close to Syracuse and Catania. There is a big supermarket around the corner. Communication was very good. Highly recommended!

Augusta with a view

Nadia was amazing. So very accomodating to our travel plans! We were only two adults, and the apartment was spacious....nice after a day in Augusta. The weather did not allow us to take advantage of the location by the seas, but I can imagine on a clear day that the walk down the path would be amazing!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit sehr schönem Blick. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Badestelle ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Kinder (10 und 13) sind von den Steinen ins Wasser gesprungen. Für kleinere Kinder ist die Badestelle aus unserer Sicht nur bedingt zu empfehlen (Felsen und ggf. schwerer Einstieg ins Wasser).

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einer schönen Umgebung

Wir können diese wunderschöne Wohnung nur empfehlen. Sie liegt außerhalb von touristischen Gebieten, mitten unter Einheimischen. In Augusta selbst haben wir keinen einzigen anderen Touristen getroffen, so dass man das richtige Sizilien kennen lernen und spüren kann.Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet, sauber, aus dem Wohnzimmer und vom Balkon schaut man auf den Ätna. Die Kommunikation mit Nadia, der Gastgeberin, war sehr unkompliziert und sehr unaufdringlich. Sie war bei Fragen jederzeit zur Stelle. Wir waren sehr dankbar dafür, dass wir die Wohnung schon viele Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Check in bekommen konnten, da unser Flieger sehr früh gelandet war.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung zur Erkundung des Ostens von Sizilien

Wir haben im Frühjahr 2024 acht schöne Tage in Nadias perfekter Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die wirklich toll eingerichtete Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Mit genug Platz für zwei Personen, einer voll eingerichteten Küche und vielen Grundprodukten wie Tee, Kaffee, Nudeln, Soßen, Öl, Gewürzen, Keksen, Milch usw, einem schönen Bad mit vielen Pflegeprodukten, einem bequemen Bett, viel Platz in Schränken und Schubladen und einem kleinen Balkon, von dem aus das Meer und manchmal auch der Ätna zu sehen war, ist alles für erholsame Tage vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Nadia funktionierte prima über WhatsApp schon ab einem Monat vor der Anreise und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes fühlten wir uns gut betreut. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Reihenhauses. Vielen Dank, liebe Nadia!

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt am Ende einer einsamen Straße. Man erwartet bei der Anfahrt nicht, dass einem eine tolle Wohnung mit super Ausblick auf Meer und Ätna und nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Meer erwartet. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Nadia hat uns schon vor unserer Ankunft super mit Informationen versorgt und hat sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts sehr um uns gekümmert. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Beautiful setting

Our stay at Nadia’s apartment was wonderful! She was not able to greet us in person but was readily available and always responsive through WhatsApp. The property is behind a locked gate and overlooks the sea. The kitchen had everything we could want to prepare meals, including oil, salt, vinegar, etc. we hardly had to buy anything. She even provided coffee, sugar, and milk. Also, if you want an elegant seafood dinner, go to the restaurant she recommended in Brucoli called Al Castello. Aside from the elegant setting and delicious food, the wait staff were quite helpful. There was only one drawback at the apartment, and that was the fact that there was construction right next door, making some daytime noise. But by the evening and on the weekend, the construction crews were gone.

Ätnablick und Meeranschluss

Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Raum (ca. 100 m²) und Komfort. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Ostküste Siziliens bis zum Ätna und darüber hinaus ist atemberaubend. 144 Stufen unterhalb des Anwesens erreicht man eine kleine Felsenbucht, wo man auch schwimmen kann. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen und konnten bei Bedarf die Gastgeberin erreichen. Auch wenn Augusta selbst kein touristisches Highlight ist, kann man von dort die Ziele im Süden wie im Norden, von Noto bis Taormina, gut erreichen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Nähe (950 m) des nächsten, gut sortierten Supermarktes. Wir waren sehr gern in diesem Quartier und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr großzügige Fewo mit sicherem Parkplatz sowie Schnorchel- und Badebucht.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, komfortabel ausgestattet, gut für Autoreisende. Großer Supermarkt 3 Fahrminuten. Kein Sandstrand aber terrassige Karstbucht mit blauem Wasser und bunten Fischen. Ca. 80 min Fahrtzeit zum Ätna/Sud, zur Cava Grande oder nach Caltagirone. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

A lovely stay

Great setting, lovely little cove to swim in. The apartment had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very secure for parking. Nadia was very helpful throughout our stay with very good communication throughout. I would highly recommend this accommodation. The views of Mount Etna are spectacular. Many thanks.

We had a very nice time and Nadia is a very nice and helpful host. The appartement is spacious, very clean and well equipt. The view from the balcony is beautiful, overlooking a part of the small bay, sea and Mount Etna. Supermarket is nearby (very convenient) only the acces road to the appartement is narrow at places and the road itself is pretty bumpy (but you will experience that more often in Sicily). All in all we would surely like to recommend Nadia.

We would love to go straight back!

We have just come back home from this lovely place in Augusta, and we would love to go straight back! Really enjoyed the stay! We had a great time in Augusta in nice, comfortable apartment with all you need. It is situated at the end of a local street, just near the rocky bay. Property has enourmous view of sea, Catania (espacialy in the evening) and Etna. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. We did not have any problem though we hardly understand Italian. Very, very friendly and helpfull host! Thank you Nadia! It is an excellent place for trips to any places on east cost of Sicyly. Recommended to families or couples who want to enjoy relaxing holiday with friendly Italian people with flexibility to do sightseeing between beach time and sunbathing. There are some beautiful cities in the neighborhood - Syrakuzy, Noto, Modica, Taormina, Caltagirone... Just an hour trip! You should also see Reserva Naturale Orientata "Vendicari" Thank you so much!

Flat with air conditioning on the first floor of the villa Amaras, built for all members of the family recently and with all the comfort, ideal for visiting Eastern Sicily enjoying an elegant foothold to which to return each evening after a day of trips, take a bath going down to the sea wearing only the costume, grilling something and dine while watching volcano Etna and the Bay of Vetrano, surrounded by greenery. Surrounded by well-tended garden, luxurious finishes, roof terrace and quiet residential setting half way between the lively town of Augusta and the fishing village of Brucoli, is the place of my childhood and after touring the world a little bit I realized that it was the kind of place I wanted to find when booking over a holiday. So I decided to start this little business offering my guests all I need during my holiday and taking care of their different needs without asking why.
