新しく改装されたテラスで、ヴェネツィアの美しい景色とイタリア料理をお楽しみください！

非常に活気のあるカンポ・サンタ・マルゲリータ（Santa Marguerita）に近い本物の地区に位置する、この美しく広々としたアパート（100平方メートル）のヴェネチアン人としての生活もお楽しみください！

アパートメントには、木製の図書室、装飾されたガラスパネル、鉄の木のスターケースなどのアールデコ様式があります。 それは素晴らしいリビング/ダイニングルーム（約50㎡）、独自のバスルームと3つの中二階の2つの別々のベッドルームがあります。 衛星テレビ、ブルーレイリーダー、Wifiインターネットもとても快適です。

ヴェネツィアは魅惑的な都市であり、魅力的なアールデコの改装と美しい屋上テラスのおかげで、サンマルコの塔の景色を眺めながらドリンクや食事を楽しむことができます。

我々は、群衆から離れているが、同時に活発な（C'A Foscari大学、カンポサンタマルゲリータ）、文化（ペギーグゲイハイム美術館、アカデミア美術館に近い）、そして非常に美しいGiudecca運河沿いにあるBasilio / Zattereはアパートメントから5分、ヴェネツィアで最高の景色を誇っています。

Our third stay in this wonderful home proved as enjoyable as ever. All the space and comfort you need, with beautiful stained glass windows and views of Venice and the quiet but welcoming Dorsoduro neighborhood. The location is convenient to reach the Zattere promenade along the Giudecca canal, lined with all the facilities: supermarket, post office, favorite pizza place, multiple Vaporetto stops, and passthrough to the Accademia bridge and the big piazzas of Venezia. We'll be back!

Wunderbar authentisches Appartement im schönen, ursprünglichen Stadtteil Dorsduro!Die Anreise und der Check-in verliefen dank der guten Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter völlig problemlos. Das Appartement liegt in dem schönen Viertel Dorsoduro, dass ruhiger ist als die überlaufenen Hotpots, aber trotzdem lebhaft durch die Nähe zur Universität. Trotzdem sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht. Ein Highlight ist natürlich die tolle Dachterrasse, von der aus man bis zum Campanile schauen kann. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bei einem erneuten Venedigbesuch jederzeit wieder hier buchen! Vielen Dank!

Bien situé à 10 minutes de marche de la gare de train. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et le logement est au 3 ieme étages malgré que l’annonce indique un ascenseur. Il y a 3 fans dans l’appartement pour aérer car il n’y a pas d’air climatisé

Great place!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying here. Everyone loved the location and property. Memories to last a lifetime! One thing we weren’t prepared for was the mosquitoes and the owners had insect repellent we could use. Thank you!

Location

Communication with owner was excellent.Location was perfect .Walkable distance to attractions and transportation. Great hot water for showers. Local restaurant were very good.Downsize there are 60 stairs to get to the apartment.Apartment could have better lights and no screens on the windows to keep bugs out so keep closed at night but there are enough fans to keep the apartment cool. Would stay again.

Un formidable séjour à Venise

L'appartement de Stéphanie est absolument formidable. Situé dans un quartier calme et très agréable où l'on vit "à la vénitienne", mais qui permet un accès facile à toutes les commodités et tous les sites à visiter, il est très bien équipé et adapté pour une famille. Le contact avec la propriétaire et avec la personne qui a remis les clés a été très simple et amical, avec des arrangements très sympathiques quant aux horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Compte tenu des températures hivernales et malgré le soleil, nous n'avons hélas pas trop profité de la magnifique terrasse avec une vue magique sur tout Venise, mais ce doit être bien appréciable aux beaux jours. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location

We visited Venice for the Venice marathon, the location was ideal, a short walk to boat/bus/tram routes, the area was perfect, relatively quiet but with just enough little restaurants bars nearby. The apartment itself had some amazing features, the rooftop terrace had stunning views, the apartment was spacious and well catered for in terms of facilities.

Die Wendeltreppe

Die äußerst charmante Ferienwohnung war schon auf der unteren Ebene mehr als geräumig. Über eine nostalgische Wendeltreppe gelangt man auf eine zweite Ebene und von dort zur Dachterrasse mit Panorama- Blick über Venedig. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zwei Restaurants die der/die Hausherr/Hausdame in seiner Info - zu Recht - empfiehlt. Aber auch die Küche des Appartments selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Dachterrasse!

Wir (2 Ehepaare) hatten das Vergnügen, unseren 1-wöchigen Urlaub anfangs Sept. 2024 in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Venedig zu verbringen und wir können nur Positives berichten. Die stilvolle u. gemütliche Atmosphäre hat sofort für ein Wohlgefühl gesorgt. Jede Ecke der Wohnung strahlte Wohlbehagen u. Komfort aus, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend- von modernen Komfort bis hin zu liebevollen Details war alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt u. wir konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Belohnt wurden wir zudem mit einem herrlichen Blick über Venedig von der tollen Dachterrasse. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Betreuung vor Ort. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit, stand uns jederzeit mit Rat u. Tat zur Seite u. hat uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung könnte nicht besser sein! Vom Sestiere Dorsoduro aus, haben wir die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Venedigs in kürzester Zeit erreicht u. konnten gleichzeitig die charmante Atmosphäre der Stadt genießen. Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen können. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. 👍👍👍👍 Aufenthalt gegeben.

Très bel appt conforme aux photos et descriptions de l'annonce. Bien équipé et bien agencé, le terrasse sur le toit ajoute un cachet et confort supplémentaires. A 15 min à pieds de la Galeria del'Academia et du Grand Canal, une placette avec 2 bars et 2 restos se trouvent en bas de l'immeuble. Réponse et conseils rapides de la propriétaire et assistance /présence de la gestionnaire pour remise des clés. A recommander sans hésitation.

Altana apartment in a quiet neighborhood

I stayed at this aoartment for three weeks, and was joined by a friend for a few days. The set up is ideal for different configurations of family and friends. The altana was really nice for hanging out, beautiful views up a spiral staircase from the kitchen. The neighborhood is mainly locals and students so the vibe isn't touristy at all. There were several restaurants and a food bar/cafe within minutes. I was able to get food and even a spritz to go to bring up to the altana. The owners were very responsive to questions and the check in process was easy including a full description of the apartment features.

A lovely apartment with a great view of La Serenissima

We had a great time staying here especially with the Biennale and all the wonderful art exhibitions going on everywhere because we are artists! When the weather was nice, we could sit up on the balcony and enjoy each other's company while watching gulls, swifts, and sunsets!

Quirky apartment with 360degree altana

Fantastic apartment with lots of space - twin room and open mezzanine extra double bed with ensuite bath. Double bed with mezzanine open double and ensuite shower. Also open mezzanine over lounge with single bed. Lovely art deco stained glass and woodwork. Tiny iron spiral staircase. Terrace is stunning with 360 degree views of venice.
