Living room and 9x23 Lanai which has a beautiful view of Vanderbilt Channel and Marina. Clean unit that is rented only in Jan. This is the owners' second residence. 4 ceiling fans with new Lanai furniture. 3 flat screen TVs with Cable. Wifi included. Beautiful heated pool. Clean well maintained grounds. Unit is professionally cleaned. Linens/towels/2 beach umbrellas, 6 beach chairs and beach towels all included.
