Weber BBQ. Upstairs, which also has direct access to the garden: living room, large bedroom and shower room with 2 sinks, wc and bidet. Surrounded by greenery and places to relax or read a book on the sun loungers in private. Next to the house covered parking for the car. The house has its private access road.
Located halfway between Siena and Arezzo, south of Florence, the ideal starting point for visiting the cultural cities and the Chianti or the Siena Crests. Numerous wine cellars and lovely villages nearby. Large choice of restaurants and cozy little bars in the immediate vicinity. Large panoramic swimming pool (15m x 7m) located 3.5 minutes' walk from the house, private for 8 hours a day (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Walking in the surrounding hills on foot, in a vespa (rental possible) or on horseback (riding school 2.5 km away) is one of the many possible activities. Markets and organic stores as well as 'outlets' of large fashion firms (Prada Group, etc.) within a quarter of an hour by car.
Every first weekend of the month there is a large antique market in the center of the town of Arezzo but for bargain hunters there are also flea markets in the surrounding villages.
