Upscale villa, heated pool in the heart of the forest, on the golf course.

Magnificent architect-designed house located in the national forest of the private golf course of Biscarrosse (27 holes). The villa is recent (2008), very bright and spacious in an enchanting and peaceful setting. Imagine yourself on a deckchair or in a hammock, among the pines, by the pool. Garden not overlooked. It is the ideal place for holidays with friends or family. The interior decoration is very neat. Travel light, we provide, bed linen, towels and tea towels, exit cleaning is included in our rates.
You are 700 m from the lake with its sandy beaches, without any danger for small children, and 5 km from the ocean. If you get up early enough you will even see and hear squirrels munching on pine cones in the trees.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our two families had a wonderful week. We all agreed it’s the best holiday home we’ve stayed at !! So comfortable, amazing kitchen and open plan living space, fantastic pool area and everything set up for a perfect holiday. The house and it’s location exceeded our expectations - a peaceful private hideaway, yet so close to the lake (short cycle ride down the hill) and a 10 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed water sports, golf, the local circus festival and watching the spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.The layout is perfect for two families - my sister and her teenage kids took the upstairs rooms and two bathrooms, while we enjoyed the downstairs suite of double room, twin room and spacious interconnecting bathroom. We appreciated the blackout blinds and super comfortable beds. Everyone slept very well and we were sad to leave. Finally, thanks to the owner Francoise who was incredibly friendly & helpful before and during our stay. Thanks also to Marika for showing us around and excellent communication. We hope to return again!

Location de vacances au calme

Une semaine de vacances très agréable, la maison est très bien équipée, et très propre. Seul bémol concernant le terrain non clôturé et assez pentu, ce qui n'était pas idéal avec de jeunes enfants, mais nous avons tous passés de bons moments. Je recommande :)

Séjour agréable dans une maison de qualité

Belle maison moderne confortable et de qualité, grande piscine chauffée très agréable. Située dans le lotissement du golf de Biscarosse, des maisons disséminées dans une belle pinède, au calme et proches du lac. Plage du bord de mer et ville de Biscarosse facilement accessibles à vélo ou en voiture. Nous nous y sommes beaucoup plu.

C'était nos premières vacances dans cette région. C'était tout simplement magnifique. Région très verte, avec le lac et la mer à proximité. La maison de Mme Vermet était également excellente. Bien équipé, tout était là pour pouvoir passer nos vacances comme il se doit. La communication s'est également très bien déroulée : elle a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos (nombreuses) questions. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Très jolie maison dans un cadre idéal

Très belle maison, spacieuse, agréable à y vivre et à proximité de tout (lac, plage, golf...). Tout est pensé pour que nous ne manquons de rien et les espaces y sont très bien pensés. Personne ne voulait en repartir, les adultes comme les adolescents! Un excellent séjour!

Très belle maison, très bien équipée et au calme dans les pins. Un peu éloignée du lac et de l’océan ce qui rend nécessaire l’utilisation de la voiture ou de vélos (il y a quelques montées !). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
