There is a flat pet fee of $145 to bring your dog (a better bargain than leaving your fury one at home). Dogs only, please. Please let us know if you have more than 1 dog. Additional fees may apply for multiple pets.
Long-term rentals are welcome at negotiated rates. Contact the manager for stays 29 days or longer and he will remove the SD taxes from your payment plan!! There is no SD Sales Tax for stays longer than 28 days.
Recreational Vehicles (motor homes, 5-wheels and pulled trailers) are welcome. We have room for two RVs. (RV electrical hookup price is $30 per night). We have one conveniently placed 50-Amp receptacle (convertible to 30-Amp) as well as other 110V AC receptacles. Please notify the manager if you are bringing an RV and read the rental agreement for more information.
Very private, with 5 spacious acreage, set back from the road. 2 blocks from Highway 385, 3/4 mile south of Custer. Highly convenient, central location for day trips anywhere in the Black Hills. 3 bedrooms (one downstairs, two up) all have queen size beds. Additional sleeping space also in the upstairs loft, where you can sleep two on a full-sized sofa/futon. Main floor bathroom is handicapped accessible with spacious double basins, and includes a full size washer and dryer. Shower has a low step in for handicap access, grab rails. Master bath toilet is higher, with grab bars. No bathtubs currently. Second full bathroom (with shower) is off attached garage/shop just a few steps away. Second bathroom does not have grab bars or handicapped toilet. Electric appliances in kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, K-cup brewer and additional perk coffee pot. Huge, attached enclosed garage with parking for multiple vehicles, for protection from hail and thunderstorms. Small pasture adjacent to home for your horses (currently not fenced). Covered patio and house-length covered porch with rocking chairs and bench seating, outsized picnic table under porch shelter. Weber Gas BBQ (propane included). Depending on the season, lots of deer and turkeys on the property. Linens provided. This is a pet friendly property, but there is an extra charge for pets. Please contact us ahead of time regarding horses. Quiet and clean. Please look at the satellite view on the location tab to get a good feel for how the home and property are laid out. Road to the property from US 385 is around 1/4 mile of good grade, gravel road, with a paved gravel driveway into the property.
