If you're looking for a place to stay during the EAA (Experimental Aviation Association) AirVenture in 2023, you can't beat this house. Located less than a mile from EAA and situated on Lake Winnebago, this is the ideal home to rent. We only rent this home for the week.
This home has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The remaining rooms have queen, double and twin sized beds. The home was fully remodeled with new flooring in 2022 and has all the amenities you need. You'll love the fully loaded gourmet kitchen with a huge granite island. The basement is new and could easily sleep another guest (air mattresses included). There is a brand new bathroom in the basement with a double shower and ceramic tile.
You can see the airshow from the backyard and there's a perfect view of Lake Winnebago from the living room and master bedroom. It's suitable for a family as well as multiple parties interested in group lodging. Overall, the property is a comfortable and welcoming home that will exceed your expectations.
The close proximity to the EAA grounds is not the only benefit. You'll also be close to a number of bars and restaurants. The Beachcomber is in walking distance, and so is the famous drive-in restaurant Ardy & Ed's. You can even walk to the EAA fairgrounds; the night show entrance is less than a few blocks away. In addition, you'll pass multiple grocery stores and Target on your way to the EAA main entrance. Everything you need is within a one mile radius.
