VILLA CRISTINA
Elegant detached villa on one level consisting of two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, two bathrooms. Living room with kitchenette, living room that becomes double room if necessary. Panoramic livable terrace. Large garden of 800 square meters partly green lawn, double equipped veranda, barbecue, sea and port view, only 300 m from the beach. Timiama beach about 700 m. Equipped with air conditioning and digital TV, also has a parking space, suitable for one car, reserved.
The urban center of Villasimius is 1.5 to 2 km away with its stores, services, banks, post office, medical service, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. About 800 m away, however, is the first super market of the Spiaggia del Riso Campground, where there is also a bar, restaurant, self-service, pizzeria, and a 'newsstand.
There is also the possibility of renting American coffee machine, water kettle, upon request it is possible to arrange babysitting and midweek cleaning for a fee.
