About Massimo Amici
I'm a film director, living in London. I'm a traveller and dreamer. I'm Italian but grew up in Canada, then spent a decade in Rome, and am now living a busy, work-filled life in the UK :)
Massimo Amici purchased this Apartment in 2005
Why Massimo Amici chose Quartiere XIX Prenestino Centocelle
I love my loft, I designed it myself, renovated it from the ground up, and like to be able to spend time there myself. So it's ideal for me to rent it out occasionally in order to offset the amusing and random bureaucratic fees the Italian government sporadicly decides to throw at us property owners!
What makes this Apartment unique
The loft was built to be beautiful, as well as extremely functional. It is on the ground floor which makes having a street life a happy affair, allowing you to come and go frequently without having to face narrow stairs and lifts. I love cooking and designed the kitchen to make creating gastronomical delights a breeze, with plenty of surface space, in-line gas stove (so larger pots have space to sit), and a very cool sink. There are a lot of little custom, awesome features the loft has, but you'll have to discover those on your own!

a really nice time in this big loft.very quiet place. everything is new, and Massimo very sympathic; a good address in Roma
Centocelle (the neighborhood) is a Decentralised part of Rome where you'll find large families, kids running around playing football, good-hearted old-fashioned people, cheaper prices, etc ...
