Enjoy an apartment in the center, with a balcony overlooking the Colosseum (500 meters from the apartment). Completely renovated and with all comforts. Elegant and silent, 2 Smart TVs, heating, air conditioning, very fast fiber wi-fi, Lan point, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, shower with chromotherapy, safe, coffee machine with pods, complete kitchen with induction hob. all linen is included. The Colosseum is just down the road, the Imperial and Palatine Forums, the Domus Aurea, the Circus Maximus, the Trajan markets, San Giovanni in Laterano and the Holy Stairs... many monuments are 10 minutes away on foot or so. The A, B and C metro stops are just a few minutes walk away, the bus and tram stops are under the house. The closest train station is Termini station, 25/30 minutes away on foot, 10 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes by bus. The apartment is located in the Monti district, which is the oldest neighborhood in Rome. Just outside your building you can find: supermarket, bar, two of the most famous restaurants in Rome (one specializing in meat and the other in fish dishes), tobacconist, laundry, gym, bike rental and guided bike tours, luggage storage , covered garage for a fee; in the streets around there are: pizzerias, typical Roman restaurants, cafes, pubs, aperitif places, pharmacies, grocery stores, clothing stores. Possibility to park in the streets around the apartment or in the covered parking next to the building (all for a fee). Possibility to rent bikes and book bike tours right next to the apartment.
N.B. Please remember that according to Decree no. 44 of 07/24/2014 of Rome Capital, the payment of a stay contribution to the City of Rome equal to 6 euros per night per guest is required. Children up to 10 years of age, those coming to Rome for health reasons and nights after the first 10 are exempt from payment. The guest must pay the contribution in cash to the host who will in turn pay it to the Municipality of Rome.

Great location lots of restaurants close by and the Colosseum was very close. Check-in was very easy and Fransesca was there to meet us and made sure we were settled in! Would definitely stay there again!!

We couldn’t have loved our stay here more!! Francesca was the absolute best host…so helpful and communicative, and made sure our stay was perfect. The apartment itself is large and perfect for our family of four (includes two college-aged kids). And beautiful! With so many thoughtful touches. Being just a short walk to the Colosseum (gorgeous at night!), it was a wonderful location and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again!!

Very clean, spacious, and modern. Very good location with restaurants and markets nearby. Only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. The host was very helpful upon arrival and would check in on us through our stay, to see if we needed anything. A very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic place in a great location by the Collosseum! The apartment is modern, clean, and has tons of amenities. The hosts are absolutely amazing. Every time we had questions prior to our visit they responded right away. They also recommended restaurants and other things for us in the area. We would definitely come again and recommend this wonderful place to anyone!

Overall the property was great. The only issue we had was the bar in the hide a bed couch was a little uncomfortable.

Perfect stay

Perfect home away from home

As a family of 3, we really enjoyed staying at this apartment, The ad matched the reality inside and outside, Communication with property owner was easy, We arrived around 1 am and by sending a text, owner quickly opened main gate for building, All tourists attractions are walking distance 10 euros taxi ride takes to Termini or near Pantheon, Grocery store across street, good restaurants are all walking distance, Very safe to walk at night around colosseum,

PERFECT location and Beautiful spacious apartment!

Our family of 4 stayed here (kids 10/7) and it literally was a 4 block walk to the colosseum! Which was the perfect location for us as we grabbed the hop on hop off bus tour and it dropped us at the Colosseum each time, with a short walk back to the Apartment. The apartment setting was beautiful with all the flowers and trees inside the foyer! SO clean and spacious! We wished we stayed longer to really enjoy it!! Thank you again Francesca - we hope to be back!

Perfect Rome Apartment

Francesca was a perfect host. She met us at the entrance to the apartment, helped with our luggage and gave us an indepth overview of apartment as well as the area. We contacted her a few times with questions and she responded quickly. The apartment is 10 minutes from the Colliseum and across the street from a grocery. Restaurants were close by and Metro is a 10 minute walk. This was a very comfortable apartment in every way. I highly recommend Francesca and this lovely Roman apartment.

It was very easy to find, the host was so nice she was very helpful go there early and she let us leave out luggage so we could go out and explore. the apt was very clean and up dated everything you would need. the bed was very comfortable. had elevator super cute, was walking distance to colosseum and many other attraction about 15 mins to see so many of attraction. love that it was quite and peaceful after a busy day. used the kitchen had everything well stocked. had a washer that also dry your close very handy. My husband and i agree when we come back we would stay here. when you check out you can leave your luggage in a safe area their if you have a late departure (train) highly recommend, we will be back love it

Prossessie Spaanse Broederschap in Jubeljaar

Onze vriendelijke gastvrouw heeft er alles aangedaan om ons verblijf in Rome een succes te maken. Zo wees ze ons op de processie van de Spaanse Broederschap ivm het Heilig jaar. Door Francesca, wisten we ervan en hebben we de Processie meegemaakt. Ook andere suggesties van haar maakten ons verblijf bijzonder. Het appartement en de gastvrouw zijn een absolute aanrader!

Merveilleux séjour!

Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise dans cet appartement où tout à été pensé pour qu'il ne vous manque rien! Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis en arrivant en découvrant un peu de café, d'huile d'olive etc... dans la cuisine. Dans ces conditions, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié d'y trouver des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver. Il est rare d'avoir cela sur soi quand on part en voyage! L'appartement est très propre, climatisé et la décoration est très soignée. Mon fils de 15 ans a beaucoup apprécié prendre sa douche sous des leds colorées. Le quartier est très calme et la petite courette qui sépare le porche des escaliers pour monter à l'appartement est vraiment sécurisante et charmante. En résumé, ce fut un vrai havre de paix que l'on aimait retrouver après des journées de visites intenses!
