Tolle Unterkünft in ruhiger Lage

wir waren rundum zufrieden, und fühlten uns sehr wohl auf dem Grundstück von Emanuela und Ihrer Familie. Metro und Supermarkt sind sehr nah und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir konnten nach unsereren Ausflügen in die Innenstadt hervoragend am Pool entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr angenehm.

Schönes Anwesen an ruhiger Lage und nah bei Metro-Station

Es hat uns allen (4 Erwachsene) sehr gut gefallen. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die 2 separaten Bäder (eines davon mit Waschmaschine) sowie den gemütlichen Aussensitzplatz. Die Lage ist perefekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss bei der Metro, welche direkt über den Hauptbahnhof zum Kolosseum fährt. Emanuela war sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert, sowohl vor wie auch während dem Aufenthalt. Sie ist auf all unsere Wünsche umgehend eingegangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellente location pour partir à la découverte de Rome

Très bel appartement proche du métro et de tous les commerces. Accueil chaleureux avec plateau de bienvenue. Ambiance relaxante dans l’espace piscine.

This apartment can't be beaten!

We had a fantastic week in the Santarelli apartment from 9 August. Emanuela was kind enough to offer to arrange a collection from the airport and we took her up on that. On arrival at the apartment we were welcomed by her parents because she was on holiday herself. The Santarelli family has a lovely, private, gated complex where various relatives of all ages live side by side and welcome lucky holidayers such as us. There is a beautiful L-shaped pool that we had to ourselves the whole week. Most days began with a few lazy hours in the apartment and by the pool and then we went in to the city for the afternoon and evening. The metro station is just around the corner and it is simple and cheap to travel the six stops to Termini, from where the whole city is accessible. The apartment itself was clean and modern and we had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels (we took our own for the pool) and Emanuela is thoughtful enough to provide everything needed such as plenty of toilet paper and cleaning materials. This has been lacking sometimes in other places we've stayed! Roberto (her Dad) was on hand to help us should we need it, and is a very nice man. Do not worry about the family dogs that have free run of the gardens ‒ they are friendly. Giving the option to combine relaxing pool time with the city sights, this central Rome apartment can't be beaten! We thoroughly recommend the Santarelli apartment to anyone. Sightseeing und Entspannung optimal vereinbar

Schöne Ferienwohnung auf großem Familien- Anwesen mit 3 Wohnhäusern. Der Pool wird von allen genutzt. Es gibt Poolzeiten (z.B. Mittagspause von 13-16 Uhr). Wir haben den Pool jedoch problemlos durchgängig genutzt. Das Anwesen wird von 3 freilaufenden (friedlichen) Hunden bewacht. Die Innenstadt ist dank der nahen Metro-Station in ca. 15-20 min. zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Vermieter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
