We enjoyed our stay. We watched both the sunrise & the sunset from the wonderful terrace. The location was walkable to almost all of our adventures. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after our hot walks around the streets of Rome. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommended it!

We stayed for several days, and what a great apartment! The location is fantastic, just steps from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The highlight was the huge 6th-floor private balcony, which is all yours. Sitting out there every morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, all while taking in your own private view, was truly incredible. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortably accommodated the four of us. Having two bathrooms was also a big bonus. Candy and Nikki were both wonderful to work with, both before and during our stay. They were helpful, responsive, and made everything very easy.We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Our host was great to work with and check-in was easy. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the wi-fi worked well. We wanted a place close to the Colosseum and this apartment was only a few minutes walk away and the rooftop view was amazing! The sunrise shining on the city was pretty. Our favorite view was the Colosseum, especially at night. It was incredible! It was difficult to make ourselves go to bed on our last night, we just wanted to sit outside and look at the view. We used the nearby Metro station every day and the restaurants overlooking the Colosseum were very good. This apartment and location were so perfect, if we return to Rome we would adjust our travel dates, if needed, to stay here again.

Great place to stay very close to the Colosseum. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had an amazing large patio with beautiful flowers—great place to wind down with a cocktail after a long day of touring. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable. Street was quiet at night and air conditioning worked great! Highly recommend.

Candida’s place is amazing! We stayed in the penthouse with our two teenagers and our parents (seniors). Plenty of rooms/beds. We stayed in August with the temperatures hovering around 33-37 degrees every day, but coming back each day felt incredible with the a/c running! A view of the Colosseum and surrounding grounds (lit up at night) can’t be beat. The elevator makes it easy for luggage up and down. The outdoor patio for the penthouse has seating for eating, lounging, and two different covered areas to avoid the sun/heat if you desire. Grab a gelato just outside the front entrance before you head out for your travels. A 5 minute walk to the Metro, 20 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Just a great location. So many other great reasons to stay here. We would definitely stay again.
