About Erica Dambach
We purchased this place about 3 years ago as a get-away spot for our family and use it on a regular basis. We have as much fun up there with our 9 month old as we do with our relatives in their 60s and 70s. It's the type of place that people of all ages can enjoy!
Erica Dambach purchased this House in 2014
Why Erica Dambach chose Treasure Lake
We heard about Treasure Lake from a friend and drove over from State College just to check it out. While driving around the lake we saw this home and immediately fell in love with it. The details in this home are incredible as are the view of the lake. This house is perfect for a family gathering or romantic getaway.
What makes this House unique
The view of the lake from the porch is stunning. The master suite is on the 2nd floor and when you walk out of the room to head down the stairs you can't help but hesitate to take in the beauty of the view…it's absolutely breathtaking! Everything is modern including granite counter tops, a brand new Keurig, crockpot, griddle, kayaks and canoes, etc which will all be available for your use! Also includes a Pack-n-Play, high-chair and other items for kids. The elliptical machine and free weights have been a huge hit!

We enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend at this lovely home on the lake.
Spacious, well-equipped, great view
This lakefront home has windows to the ceiling offering a spectacular view out onto Treasure Lake. We were there in February so loved the indoor fireplace, watching the fire, looking out onto the frozen lake. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped including an electric kettle (great for tea drinkers!), a Keurig, a slow cooker and more. Although you are in a neighborhood, the homes are spaced far apart with lots of vegetation between them so you have a good feeling of privacy. We had a great time on our winter getaway weekend. I imagine in the summer this house would be great for spending a week swimming off the dock, kayaking, cooking out. Highly recommend.
Beautiful location and home.
This house is beautiful and very roomy. The owner was also very helpful. It was nice in the winter. I think it would be great in the summer. We’ll go back.
The Perfect Winter Retreat
I booked the cabin for a dual birthday celebration with 3 families, kids outnumbered the adults by far!
The cabin is so well appropriated and the layout worked for the 3 families.
We especially enjoyed the lodge atmosphere, had a fire burning at all times (except when we slept), cooked gourmet meals, saw tons of birds and deer, and took advantage of the hill in the back for snow sledding. Way exceeded our high expectations!!!
This is a wonderful place to stay! The house is beautiful with lots of space!
We stayed at this house for a weekend getaway. It is beautiful! It has lots of space and the windows give an amazing view of the lake. We visited in January so we couldn’t take advantage of all the amenities but the scenery is absolutely beautiful! The owners were very responsive to our questions.
Elk watching at Benezett
We rented Erica's beautiful lake house for just a weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for. We traveled an easy 40 minutes up to Benezett to see the Elk. We were so thrilled with the lake house we were hoping to rent it July of 2018. As expected all of our dates were already booked. Oh well maybe July of 2019 will work.
Among the lush woods, sparkling lakes and scenic surroundings, peace and tranquility live side-by-side with virtually every recreational opportunity imaginable. These include two PGA-rated, 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, sandy beaches and much more. Families will appreciate the nature trails, sports fields and playgrounds within the community. Retirees enjoy many planned activities and social events such as the Sportsman's Club, Bridge Club and Quilting Club. No matter what you particular interests are, what attracts most of the homeowners is the majestic Treasure Lake itself. Three sandy beaches line the shore of the lake where water skiing, fishing and swimming activities prevail during the summer months. Residents often get together at our two popular restaurants, the Lakeview Lodge and the Ski Lodge, after an enjoyable day of boating, golfing or tennis.
