This was our third time staying at this property and we have loved it every time. Roger and Elaine are great hosts. The lake is beautiful, there is tons of privacy, some great spots for walking the dog and enjoying nature without having to drive. The apple and pear trees on the property were ripe and Roger insisted we picked some. These ended up in delicious apple brown betty and a baked pear dessert I made. Overall we had a great time and continue to highly recommend this spot.

Beautiful property. Peaceful lake with beautiful sunsets. Welcoming hosts.We had a wonderful stay at Roger and Elaines’. Everything we could need was provided. Our days were spent fishing, swimming with the dogs and observing the hummingbirds, loons and an eagle. At night we enjoyed the sunsets. Lovely memories. Thanks

This is a gem of a spot, clean and neat as a pin, secluded yet close to amenities for your needs. Owners are very nice and attentive to whatever your needs or concerns may be. The two best words I can use to describe it is... Book It ! You won't regret it.

The property was in a nice location right on the water. It had everything you needed. The view was awesome and saw lots of loons, hummingbirds and eagles. The only thing we would change is the location of the fire pit. You really couldn't sit around it where the ground was uneven. But everything else was great. Would love to see it in the fall.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We loved our stay at this wonderful cottage. We spent all of our mornings and evenings just setting on the dock enjoying the quiet beauty. Summer Fun and Tranquility

Cottage was quaint but with everything one would need for a fun and relaxing week…watercraft, grill, dock for fishing or sitting, comfortable beds, and an air conditioner for the humid days and nights. A loon pair and chick, bald eagle, osprey, heron, and multiple hummingbirds were a treat! Will look to be back next summer!!

Gorgeous sunsets. Loons with babies were very entertaining. Good fishing. Shout out to Scapes and H.J.Blakes. Basically you have the pond all to yourself.Cabin has all the things that you need.

It was a last-minute decision to find a cabin for a couple of days in mid-October. I couldn't dream up a better place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for us. Beautiful views from every window. The owner was great! He had a fire started and music playing before we got there. The cabin had everything we needed and more. My husband especially loved the fishing. I hope we get to come back someday for a longer visit. This truly is a special place I feel blessed to have been there.

Heaven For a Week

This our second summer here and we love it. It is a great place to connect with and spend quality time with the family. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing could not be better. Roger and Elaine have a beautiful place and are great host. We will be back next year!

AMAZING!

My husband and I, along with our dog Olive, had such a wonderful vacation at the cottage. We loved that not only that it was private but so peaceful! The cottage felt like home. This rental is a must if your vacation check list includes a clean cottage for R&R, sunsets, and outdoor adventure. We can not wait to stay again!!!

Peace and quiet

As advertised. Gorgeous! Stunning sunsets. Loons out and about everyday. Beavers and ospreys around often. Enjoyed the fishing. Nice trails to hike. Very relaxing. Shout out to the White Duck pub and tavern .

Fantastic Maine Cottage for a Family Stay

Ingham Pond is truly a magical location. The cottage is just as described with everything you need in tip-top shape. Kitchen is one of the best equipped we've seen in a similar property. There is a great grill to use and you are right on this quiet pond where the loudest noise you are likely to hear are the Loons calling. Roger is a great host and he is nearby if you need anything. Would definitely plan to return and have already recommended it to friends.

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay at this little slice of heaven. The views are beautiful, cottage is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We brought our boat and went fishing, a lot. Caught lots of fish! Trail walking, rock skipping, kayaking, swimming, we enjoyed all this property has to offer. Definitely planning on making this a yearly trip. Thank you Roger & Elaine!

Paradise

This property has been described as a hidden gem and we would totally agree with that assessment. It is a spectacular property actually. Very private cottage right on the water, located on a very quiet, pristine pond, which connects to Long Pond by way of a channel, with many beaver homes(dams) along the way. It’s a really nice paddle or boat ride. Don’t pass up this one. You won’t find another like it and will be blown away with the amazing view just entering the property.
