Welcome to this tropical beach escape, enjoy this well decorated home with handpicked beach art throughout made by local artist. Very Comfortable for 4 people with 2-Master Bedroom Suites both with a private full bathroom great for individual privacy when sharing with another couple or company. There is room for 2 more people on the living room queen size sleeper. This home is only 1.5 Blocks to the beach which makes for short enjoyable walks to the beach. There are 2 bikes provided for the plentiful bike paths throughout the area. This home has been furnished with upgraded furniture handpicked with style and comfort in mind with the feeling of home with all the conveniences. Including free High Speed WiFi/Direct TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook dinners after a day of play. Serve through counter archway for open flow through design to the dining room with counter high table and chairs to entertain easily and also makes for convenient work space with extra counter seating. On site printer available with app. After a day of play come home and relax in either bedroom with the adjustable base beds with rejuvenating queen size mattresses with memory foam toppers for extra comfort in both master suites, 32" Flat screen TV in each bedroom & 48" Flat screen in the living room with the ability to watch different programming on each TV. Main Master has a balcony for overlooking the lovey landscaped tropical backyard setting and hear the ocean waves. The tropical landscaped private backyard has a grill for cooking out, and patio set. There is also 4 Beach Chairs, Beach umbrella and Cooler provided for beach use. Washer and Dryer in house for extra convenience. You will find games, puzzles books in the house for extra entrainment. What a location! The Atlantic Ocean with a beautiful beach, 2 rivers: Banana River, Indian River all to play, relax, fish, surf, dive, shrimp, swim, watch rocket launches from. Plentiful bike paths abound in this area, All with the excitement of Orlando theme parks and attractions about an hour's drive. Returning home to your peaceful ocean retreat and sandy white beaches. The location and the host are both fabulous. Property is just a short walk to the beach and very roomy. Bart our senior kitty gave it a five paw review too with the nice tropical enclosed patio. Its our second stay here and we'd definitely go back.

Great get away!

We enjoyed the house, it felt much larger than it looked and very nicely decorated. We spent most of our time at the Kennedy Space Center, but we’re also able to spend some time on the beach and at Cocoa historical village. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. A short walk to the beach or free parking at the beach. Beds were extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and lights outdoors at night are very pretty Owner was very responsive. Appreciate everything.

Quiet, relaxing environment

Very nice place. Furnishings are very comfortable. Kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. Beds are adjustable and very comfortable. It is affordable too! We will return for another vacation.

Absolutely fabulous!

We stayed here for the winter and couldn't have had a better experience. The location is great. The house is comfortable. Karen is very accommodating and responsive. Our stay was so perfect that we are coming back next winter! Can't say enough good things about it.

A little bit of paradise

Located in Cape Canaveral about a block from the beach. Very nice condo in a quiet neighborhood. Nicely firnished and outfitted and we had a blast. Karen the owner was great and very responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Actually we hate leaving!

Homey!

This place is SUPER nice and well kept! It is in a very laid back community near plenty of upbeat things to do. A block away from the water, you'll have all the swimming and fishing you could ever want! The owner was helpful in booking our stay here and even gave us recommendations for places to go! I gotta say, once we were settled in, I didn't want to leave!

Great location for fun

The beach is walking distance, but numerous parking spots around, if you should drive. Chairs and beach umbrella are there. The townhouse has a plenty of cookware and a nice outdoor grill. Tv options are good, and ability to add your own for amazon, netflix, etc. Patio has a nice light display. The beds are comfy and options to incline in both QB upstairs. Close to plenty of restaurants of your choice.

Cozy Tropical Getaway

This home was great to stay in as it was confortable, clean and everything in the home was well stocked. everthing The Beds were very comfortable and the home is wonderfully decorated. I loved that it was so close to the beach only a block away we walked there with ease and enjoyed the beach very much. It is a beautiful beach. The private backyard was an extra bonus it was a beautiful tropical osis that you could enjoy day & night. You can hear the ocean and feel the breeze from the backyard most nights. The area is wonderful with so many things we ran out of time before we could see everhting there was to do we wanted to stay longer because it was such a great expeince. Karen is a pleasure to deal with and was avaiable for any questions we had thoughout our stay. I highly reccommend this home for anyone staying in the area.

Well Apointed Property

This property is very well appointed. The beach decor is very appropriate for the area and gives an air of being at the beach. The beach access was exactly as expected and well worth the one block walking distance to the public access. The property was clean and well maintained; however the A/C unit did not keep up with the demands for cooling from the high outside temperatures, since we were there during the peak of the summer. Working with the owner was a dream. She was very responsive to emails and texts. We were there for a Kennedy launch and the location was very convenient to Kennedy Space Center if you are interested in a beach vacation at the same time - which we were.

Feels Like Home

This was my fourth stay here, and I'm constantly amazed by the amount of upgrade you do every year. I love the new Windows you put in and the new plants that you put in the garden, everything was extremely gorgeous, you truly have a green thumb!!! had an awesome time surf fishing and shrimping, it was a little chilly but not bad enough to keep me away from my fishing. also went on the Victory casino cruise and won some money, it was a nice bonus to the vacation. Karen you are a very gracious host as always, and I look forward to booking again next year for the same time period. I would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a home away from home vacation, it has everything you need In a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks again Karen and look forward to next year.

The Majestic Peacock

Our family of thee stayed at Key Shore for a month because we were relocating for work. Karen was a wonderful host and communicated with us frequently to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The location was close to the beach and tons of restaurants. The patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the evening with a beverage. My family enjoyed observing the local wildlife including the flock of peafowl that roam the neighborhood! The host gave us a heads up about an issue they were having with the dishwasher, which we encountered as well. The appliances were planned to be replaced after our stay so they should be brand new for guests moving forward. Our family had an overall great experience at Key Shore and would recommend to our friends and family.

Very romantic getaway !!!

My expectations were thoroughly for filled except for not booking it earlier, I wanted to take my wife away for Valentines weekend but I had just missed the booking. But we had a very nice early Valentine week, it is truly a romantic destination. I loved the fact that I had a place to park our boat because my wife and I love to fish and there was plenty of that. The house was decorated very tastefully ( loved the electronic fireplace nice touch) it was just like being at home with the fully stocked kitchen and the very very comfortable bed. I will be returning next year ( will book Valentines weekend earlier) thank you for such a wonderful stay in your home. Karen please e-mail me and let me know if anybody is interested in that weekend and I will take it. Thanks again

Mother-daughter getaway

My daughter and I stayed here for our first trip away that was just the 2 of us. Having 2 master suites made it perfect for us. I often have trouble sleeping when I'm away, but the beds were so comfortable that I actually slept great. The home is warm and comfortable and there was plenty of space especially for just the 2 of us. The nearby beach is beautiful and easy to get to and we loved spending time there. While there was an issue with one of the bikes, Karen was quick to have them both serviced and returned and that was much appreciated as the area is perfect for long bike rides. We encountered several peacocks along the way. We really enjoyed wandering around cocoa village and the eclectic galleries there. The local artists were very interesting to talk to and we loved the different types of artwork available. It's a neat little village and the drive there is pretty as you cross over the rivers and watch all the wind surfers. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect !!!!!!

Dear Karen, Words can not explain how happy we were again!!!. We love the new upgrades that you did, especially to the backyard, the new walk way is a very nice touch to an already beautifully landscaped yard. As always it was very peaceful and relaxing, the weather was gorgeous, everyday was an average of 78 and the beach was just a nice (spent a lot of time there) We also had a great time shrimping in Titusville, we caught 4 gallons of MONSTER shrimp, (I will send you pictures if you would like ) fishing was also awesome as usual, caught 6 giant flounders,(we ate good) Also thank you for the upgrades on the mattress, slept like a baby. PLEASE blackout my same dates for next year (2017) we will defiantly be back. Thanks again Dave

Karen, it is always a pleasure to see what new plants and items that you put into your townhouse

Karen, once again as always it was a pleasure staying in your townhome my wife and I are amazed at all of the upgrades that you do from year to year, we especially love the upgrades to the kitchen. please if you ever consider selling this give us a call. BTW it only rained one day when we were in Florida and the weather was absolutely gorgeous ,we got to see not one but two rocket launches and took a four-day Excursion to the Bahamas on a cruise ship what a wonderful treat that was. it was nice to know we were so close to the port. it was also a very pleasant surprise to know that you now offer a cleaning service to clean the place for a minimal price because we just did not feel like cleaning this trip. In closing please definitely put us down for the same time next year for possibly 6 weeks maybe 8 if I can work it out but we are definitely in. Best regards Dave

A nice return to Paradise !!!!!!!!!

Dear Karen I told you I would be coming back, I apologize for the lateness of my review, just slipped my mind. As I stated from the last time what a wonderful wonderful place you have and I love the area very much, I also noticed that the banana tree that was juvenile the last time I was there had now sprouted bananas, unfortunately they were not ripe before my departure but nice touch. Also I love what you did to the landscaping in the back yard makes the place that much more beautiful. Also thank you for the vast amount of condiments you left in the refrigerator they came in very handy it was nice to only have to replace what I used. Also I love what you did with the new decorations throughout the house, it makes it feel like I was at home. Please let me know if your unit is available next year at the same time, next time I would like to take it for three weeks instead of one, please let me know . Thanks .

Beautiful, Spacious, Clean

I missed a graduation 2020 trip for my son due to covid, so this was the trip to make up for it. We were not disappointed!! It was me, my daughter (13) and son (19). I asked them to help me write a review and here is what we all loved: - SO CLOSE TO BEACH (about 1.5 blocks) - Cool decor, lots of whimsical touches - Spacious! Having three bathrooms was great and each of us got our own hangout space - Super clean. - Thoughtful touches.well stocked kitchen, shampoo and toiletries in bathroom, beach towels, even kitty food to feed the neighborhood cats! This may have been the most well stocked place I’ve ever been to, and I travel a lot! Beach chairs, bug spray, umbrella, all included. Awesome blender for smoothies, Keurig coffee maker with k cups as well as regular coffee. All the spices, oil, etc you’ll need for quick meals. - Beds were super cozy. - Beautiful tropical space. - Close to so many restaurants without being in the the middle of commercial area. - Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Karen was a great hostess. I’m already looking for dates to come back. You will love it here!

Very nice stay

Very nice little townhouse, about a block from the beach. A pretty planted back porch and friendly neighbors make the back feel very intimate. Away from the main commercial road, but a short drive to all the busyness you might want. About a mile from the pier for some interesting fishing, as well as a couple of poles with the house makes that a must try, we saw a Manatee, large shark, lots of sea turtles, and a rocket launch from the pier.

The Chandler Oasis

My husband and I LOVE staying at the Chandler Oasis! The neighborhood is quiet and minutes from the beach. The location is close to the cruise ship terminals which are fun to watch. Kennedy Space Center is close and Orlando a short drive away. The condo is modern, beautifully furnished and clean. Karen is a real pro and always a pleasure. I highly recommend this property!
