I really don't have one thing to complain about. Everything was great, the room was amazing and clean it has everything you need. The views of the beach are awesome. Straight walk to the beach from the elevator. Great location. We will be back.

Had maintenance issues when we arrived but were repaired quickly. Unit could use some updating. The a/c makes a somewhat more than usual noise. All in all it’s a good unit. We would stay there again. Luxury Costal was great to work with.

The room was clean and it was a great building/property. A couple of small items. This is a luxury condominium with a great balcony. But the screen door was ripped out. You cannot have a luxury condominium with the great balcony and the great view and great weather and not be able to leave the screen door open because it’s ripped out. Plus, I should just not show up and have a screen door that’s ripped. Also, both bathrooms need an upgraded showerhead, both showerheads sprayed every which direction and are very hard to adjust. Lastly, both bedroom ceiling fans need replaced. They are horribly noisy, especially on anything other than high. And the master bedroom needs a new mattress, it’s extremely wore with body indentations.

Fall family get away

The condo was great. The location was right in between Pensacola and Orange Beach, so you could get to either city easily. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. Easy short walk to the beach and pool. Would stay again.

It was very clean and the view of the ocean was wonderful.Air conditioner was very effective. Rooms were somewhat outdated. The guest bedroom seemed more like a full than queen bed. The code to the door to enter room did not work. Waited outside the door for Maintenance to come to help and reset code. Drains were slow. The dryer was vented back into the condo. All moisture from dryer came back into condo. Don’t understand why we were charged to park our car at the condo. That was an extra 55 tax for each car. Never have I had to pay for parking at a condo.
