Edgewater Beach condo

This condo was a great place for our family to stay for the week. It was very comfy and the property is so convenient to the beach and the various pools. There are kids movies at night by the big pool and karaoke too! The food from the Oceans Bar & Grill on site was great too!

Great place for families

This is a great place to stay for families. There were a lot of families like ours there. It felt very safe. True to description. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Great view!

Beautiful view

Great location to anything you need and you couldn’t ask for a better view. The condo had everything we needed and the owner was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Family Trip

The condo was very clean with nice decor and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. There were plenty of bath towels provided for each bathroom. Trina was an excellent host and communicated with us in a very timely manner leading up to our stay and through our entire trip. We would definitely stay here again!

The combination of the incredible location, beautiful views, cleanliness, and attentive host made for a memorable experience.ProsOutstanding location with stunning beach views.Exceptionally clean and well-maintained condo.Owner was helpful, responsive, and reliable throughout the booking process and our stay.Convenient onsite restaurant with excellent food…the cheese fries are a must!Luxurious and beautifully designed master bathroom shower.Breathtaking views from the master bedroom each morning.Spacious layout that was perfectly suited for our family.ConsSeveral electrical outlets were loose, making it difficult for plugs to stay securely connected.We would happily stay here again and confidently recommend this condo to other travelers looking for a clean, spacious beachfront property with amazing views and a responsive host.

SPRING BREAK 2024

We got in a day early to Panama and were able to check in. Which was very helpful for us instead of getting a hotel for the night. Trina was very helpful with everything and communication was spot on. We enjoyed our condo with family. A lot to do in area. The food at the resort restaurant was delicious, as well.

Enjoyed this condo!

Trina was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive to all texts. Were able to check in early. Few things (door knob, fridge shelf’s could used fixed) but nice condo. Recommend this property and would stay again!

Great condo and amenities!

We had a great week in PCB for a dance competition! The condo worked great for two small families due to the two master bedrooms with private baths. The main pool was great for our young girls and all of their dance friends. The full-service restaurant had good food and a full menu of frozen drinks. Trina was very responsive and even facilitated an early check-in when we arrived ahead of schedule.

Beautiful Unit and View!!!

My siblings and our spouses traveled down to the area for our annual vacation. The unit was everything described and reflected from the pictures and more!!! Very clean and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again if back in the area. We had absolutely NO issues smooth weekend!!! I would 100% recommend anyone to rent this unit you will not be disappointed.

Panama City Beach Family Vacation

The condo was nicely decorated. We were short one wrist band for the pool and notified the manager as soon as we realized. Everything was as described. We had plenty of room. I would recommend renting this unit. The only issue that we had was a couple of the outlets did not seem to be working so we just switched to another one. We had a beautiful view of the pool and beach.

Great stay at Edgewater

My family has been staying at Edgewater for 30 years. We love the amenities and location. Trina’s condo is nicely updated and was a perfect size for our group of 5 adults and one toddler. The keypad entry is really nice so you don’t have to keep up with a key. The only issue we had is we didn’t know the code to access the pool from the beach (this is new since our visit last year). Another guest told us how to get in. We will keep this info as a possible rental for next year’s trip.

Nice place but needs some deeper cleaning

Great location, great amenities, and nice place but needs some deeper cleaning. Had mold in one of the bathroom showers and the place was sandy when we arrived. A quick vacuum handled most of it. Fridge could use a good wiping down as well. Host responded quickly and assisted well. Overall we liked the room and resort, but just felt a little dirty in the room.
