About this property

Olafam Villa in Regal Palms Resort.

A beautiful spacious 4 bedroom town home with 3 bathrooms.
There are two master-suites both with en-suites, one downstairs and one upstairs as well as two twin bedded rooms.Downstairs we have an open plan with the living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen area as well as sliding doors leading to a shaded patio. All bedrooms have WiFi ans are fitted with flat screen TV's.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans through out the newly decorated property and the on-site club house is only a few minutes walk from the house
The Resort is a gated community and has a 2 acre pool, Jacuzzi, volleyball court, Grill bar restaurant, children's playground, Arcade, spa ,fitness centre and many more. Only a 16 minutes drive from Disney World

A daily resort fee of $20 per day plus tax applies. The resort fee is paid at regal palms front check-in and not included in your reservation Total

Great Home Away From Home

This is a great clean family home away from home with plenty of beds/rooms & bathrooms for everyone. Location was perfect as it was walking distance to the resort pool area.

Great location

This is a great place to stay if you are going to any of the Disney parks. It is close and easy to get to. Communication was great and check in was easy. Everything was just as expected.

Felt like home

The house was clean and it had everything you needed. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and fun attractions. The pool area was nice and the check in process was easy. The host was friendly and responded back to my messages quickly. I highly recommend my children and I loved it.

Spacious and well stocked with most everything we needed. Wished the windows had courtains as the blinds don't keep the sun out when sleeping. Also needed oven mittens but we used the bathroom wash cloths and made it work.

Information from property manger did not come early enough. We called twice to replace hair dryer. We thought the building showed its age - spots on carpet. The rug in the middle of the main room was a trip hazard. The yard was not attractive. The pool area was beautiful!

A great stay at Regal Palms condo

We had a great time. Our condo was as pictured with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of space for us and the guests who came to visit for a week. My only complaint regards the kitchen. It was sadly under stocked with necessary utensils- so we ended up buying a frying pan, large mixing bowl, wine glasses and a few smaller items.

We had a good stay at the Olafam Villa in Regal Palms resort. The location was close to Disney and other attractions, as well as handy to several shopping and dining options. The resort also had the amenities needed to entertain our young family. The villa itself was adequate size and was comfortable and met the description. There is a resort fee added on of $15US per day that I failed to notice when I booked, so that was a surprise but that was likely my fault. Sunday was a very welcoming host and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. There were a few minor issues with the place that did not take away from our overall enjoyment, such as a closet light that wasn't working and a few other very minor thing, but we noted these to the host and she was gracious in thanking us for bringing them to her attention. Stock of things like toilet paper etc was very minimal and it is definitely a self catering place, so expect to be buying dish detergent, paper towels, condiments, garbage bags, and other consumables. The villa had everything we needed, and I would recommend it as a decent basic place to stay for families. I would also recommend the resort and area, despite a few minor annoyances and some very confusing rules and policies around use of resort amenities. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this place to others, and would certainly come back ourselves. Thanks for a great stay!

Property owners were great to work with and fast response. Property Management company could be a little better. They didn't send us the door code prior to me checking in also when I booked it stated check out was 11am and Property Management cleaners were knocking at the door at 10am saying sorry we have to check out 1 hour early because we have another family coming at 4pm. So not only did they delay me gaining access to the property they even kicked me out early. Front Desk was very helpful with assisting us. I would stay again only because the property owners and front desk were great. I will definitely reach out to Property Management 48 hours in advance in the future.

Not a bad place but a little pricey for what you get compared to some of the other Regal Palms units we stayed in. Kitchen could have been better stocked and the telephone in the unit kept dropping calls. Overall a decent stay but a little expensive in my opinion.

Great weekend getaway

Had a weekend to drive up to Orlando with friends, and I could not find a single decently priced hotel. I had not used Homeaway in a minute so checked on a few places and took a chance with this one. Very glad I did. Security gated, great amenities. The house itself was nice, three rooms upstairs and one downstairs which worked well because we had a senior with us. Very comfortable beds. A little further from the parks then I'd usually like (realistically 20-30 minutes given traffic, but nothing crazy). Would recommend and will try to use again.
