The apartment is a bright and sunny 2 rooms of 53m2, located on the 5th floor with elevator. It is accessible by code and intercom, and is located in the famous district of the Goutte d'Or that Emilie Zola immortalized in his novel L'Assommoir

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed 2 places (140x190) and an open kitchen, a balcony overlooking the Sacré Coeur, a room with a mattress futon 2 places (140x190). a bathroom with bath, and separate toilet.

Fully equipped, it has a "smart TV" of 80 cm, with access to OCS channels (HBO series, movies on demand), an iron and ironing board, a washing machine .. .

The kitchen includes ceramic hob, mini oven, espresso machine, toaster, all necessary utensils, crockery, vacuum cleaner, fridge and dishwasher.

The Basilica of the Sacred Heart is a 10-minute walk away, but the Goutte d'Or is also very well served by public transport, and you can reach any corner of Paris very easily. To reach the center of Paris, it will take you only about fifteen minutes by metro.

5 minutes away is the Château Rouge metro station on line 4, which is also the Gare du Nord (2 stations), Gare de l'Est (3 stations) and Gare station Montparnasse about 25 minutes.
Otherwise, a little further there is the metro station Barbès-Rochechouart, line 2, and that of Marcadet-Poissonnier, line 12 which serves Gare Saint-Lazare.
To come from the Gare de Lyon, take line 14 towards Saint-Lazare, stop at Châtelet station and take line 4 towards Porte de Clignancourt, and stop at Château Rouge. Allow about 25 minutes.

Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport is 55 minutes away, and Orly airport at 1:10

Excellent quality/value

Communication with Marc, was very good, the apartment was nice and spacious. The balcony was very pleasant and even small but with a little imagination you could actually eat there. Everything in the apartment was functional, the district was quite lively but we felt secure and the people pleasant. Metro line 4 is 5 minutes walk and takes you wherever you want to go.

Apt Near Montmartre

Marc and Lena were very communicative and helpful. The apartment is well located next to Montmartre and near metro stops. Unfortunately, the apartment smelled of smoke due to the neighbor next door and the bed was not very comfortable, but overall it was a good stay.

A good stay

This apartment was a great home base for our time in Paris. It's in an interesting, multicultural neighbourhood with a bustling fresh market, but the street it faces is fairly quiet at night apart from the occasional garbage pickup or whatever. Close to three metro lines, especially line 4, and walking distance to the Montmartre funicular. The unit was well fitted out, all the way down to a handy mending kit. Marc, the host, was communicative and answered questions quickly. The one challenge was that the futon was quite firm and we found it uncomfortable for sleeping.

Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e provvista di tutti i confort. Posizione ottima per spostarsi in città con la metro e gli autobus à due passi. Quartiere molto vivace e sicuro. Abbiamo sentito solo la mancanza di un tavolo da pranzo e l'illuminazione elettrica un po' scarsa, ma in vacanza ci si adatta. Comodo l'accesso con ascensore e senza neanche uno scalino. M. Appartement moderne et propre avec tout ce qu'il faut dans un quartier animé, proche du métro et à moins de 10 minutes à pied du Sacré Coeur. Tout était bien expliqué et notre arrivée dans l'immeuble était facile avec l'aide d'un responsable qui nous attendait après un retard de vol. Très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Communication très facile et fréquent avec le gérant et la responsable sur place. Notre séjour était fantastique et on gardera de très bons souvenirs du quartier. Merci beaucoup Marc (et Velama )

The apartment was really cozy and the interior was luxury and well-renovated. Marc was very kind and responsive, he helped us a lot during our stay. Considering the average price of staying in Paris, I think the price was very reasonable while the property is really close to city center and the metro station.

Bel appartement minimaliste et stylé avec petit balcon

Mon partenaire et moi avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans ce bel appartement minimaliste, stylé, propre et cosy où l'on se sent comme chez soi aussitôt qu'on y entre! Quel bonheur de préparer le repas dans la cuisine bien équipée et de prendre le dîner sur le petit balcon! C'est tellement pratique d'avoir tous les petits commerces à proximité: plusieurs boulangeries et petits cafés pour prendre le petit-déjeuner et également de petites épiceries pour les courses de dernière minute. Nous avons également profité de marcher jusqu'au Sacré-Coeur tous les jours et nous avons apprécié apprendre à connaître les petites rues pittoresques de Montmartre et du quartier de la Goutte d'Or si coloré et cosmopolite. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé et son accès y est sécurisé. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est attentionné, se soucie du bien-être de ses locataires et répond rapidement aux questions que l'on peut avoir. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour!

schönes Appartement/ Umgebung nicht für Kinder geeignet

Lena und Marc sind sehr nett und sehr interressiert daran ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Blick vom extrem kleinen Balkon auf Sacre Coer sehr schön. Es gibt eine gute Espressomaschiene. Das Schlafsofa, auf dem die dritte und vierte Person schlafen muss, ist sehr sehr hart und nicht zum Schlafen geeignet, wenn man nicht absolut unempfindlich ist (man spürt das Metallgestänge durch die sehr dünne Matratze). Auch was die Bettwäsche und Decken angeht, musste ich sehr viel Flexibilität und Toleranz beweisen . Die Handtücher musste ich erstmal waschen, da sie mir nicht hygienisch erschienen und unangenehm rochen. Das Appartement roch nach Rauch, aber nach der Reparatur der Lüftung wurde es etwas erträglicher. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein Supermarkt der täglich bis 20.30 Uhr geöffnet hat und an der nächsten Straßenecke befindet sich eine Bäckerei. Ich bin als französchsprechende und sehr reiseerfahrene Mutter mit meinen beiden Kindern /Jugendlichen angereist um Paris zu erkunden. Ich fühlte mich allerdings auf dem Weg von der Metro zum Appartement überhaupt nicht sicher und habe daher das Appartement abends nicht mehr für Restaurantbesuche verlassen. Ich würde das Appartement aufgrund seiner Umgebung nicht noch einmal buchen. Man kann den Weg von der Metro zum Appartement nicht einfach nur als bunt beschreiben! Mit allem anderen kann man zurecht kommen.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr nette Betreuung, spezielle Lage

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung. Super Kaffee Maschine und die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Alles war bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Fotos. Der Balkon ist toll, klein und gemütlich und wir haben die Sicht auf Sacre Coeur sehr genossen. Unsere Tochter nannte das Viertel "Africa 2.0", an die vielen Menschen auf der Straße muss man sich kurz gewöhnen, aber wir fühlten uns dort nicht unsicher. Wir konnten einen Platz in der Tiefgarage dazubuchen, man sollte allerdings nicht zu oft rein und rausfahren, war etwas kompliziert aber hat dank der Hilfe von Lena gut geklappt. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr nett betreut und auf Rückfragen wurde immer prompt reagiert. Wer zentral aber nicht in der typischen touristischen Lage wohnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter!
