Ski Park City vacation

First time using VRBO. Working with Chris made the process very easy. The property has a nice location and it is possible to walk to the Park City lifts. The unit was well maintained, VERY nice and manageable for our family of 4. The walk to the pool/hot tub was easy. The view of the golf course was also very nice. I would recommend this to others.

Great Time

We had a great time. Location was super with good access to bus stops (although unpredictable at times

due to Sundance Festival) and especially liked direct access to cross county skiing. Accommodation were as

advertised. We liked the living room and kitchen set up with all the amenities. You delivered as promised...Thanks!

Sublime Stay!

Our stay at Three Kings #35 was nothing short of spectacular. The pictures simply don't do this place justice. The condo has been beautifully updated with modern accents and emanates a sense of rustic luxury as soon as you step through the door. The first floor is spacious yet still provides the traditional cozy feel you'd expect from a ski lodge. The living room has plenty of seating for your friends/family to congregate and converse after a long day on the slopes or in the various movie theaters catching Sundance screenings. The master suite upstairs is on a whole 'nother level (awful pun, I'm sorry!). But in all seriousness, the room is gorgeous and has everything a couple could ever desire for a weekend getaway. The bed and linens in both bedrooms are nicer than you'll find in any of the hundreds of hotel rooms and rental properties in Park City. I've never had a better night's sleep while on vacation. Realistically, we could've never left the place and we still would've had a phenomenal vacation - that's how nice this place is. However, the cherry on top was how easy Chris and his team made our stay. Automatic check-in/out was seamless via the PCE app and the unit was stocked with plenty of dishware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, and everything else you'd find in a well-cared for home. Chris, Park City Experience, and the Three Kings #35 condo helped make our vacation a sublime experience. I truly couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay. Book it now!

This place was great for our group of 4. Appliances & decor were modern & nice. Kitchen well equipped. Underground parking was convenient. Short walk to "First Time" lift. Parking lot next to lift was also convenient & always open & free. Owner "Chris" was awesome. He was very responsive & helpful. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Excellent Spring Break at Three Kings condo

We had an amazing time at this condo. Can't beat the location. Walking distance to the slopes and either a shuttle, short drive or nice walk into town. The condo has been renovated and is really nice inside. Definitely feels luxurious. Having a pool/hot tub in the condo community was also a major plus.

The only (very minor issue) was that there weren't very many dishes in the condo. We ate breakfast in the condo each morning and ate dinner once. We definitely needed to do dishes a couple of times. Again not a major deal at all.

Overall I highly recommend this property and we would definitely love to go back!

Spring Break

We really enjoyed this condo! It was our first time to Park City and the location was perfect and close to everything. You can walk to the lifts or park for free which was a really nice option with our small kids and gear. The condo was stocked with everything we needed in addition to being newly renovated with more of a modern feel. We loved it and Chris was great to work with. In would definitely recommend this condo for anytime of the year.
