This beautifully remodeled property features modern mountain interiors providing a unique and stylish experience for our guests. With two king beds it sets up perfectly for couple’s trips, group of friends or family of four.

Our townhome offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with designer linens, plush towels, and hotel-like amenities to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. The stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals, and the smart TVs in the bedroom and living area provide entertainment options for relaxing evenings apres ski.

One of the highlights of our townhome is the private hot tub, where you can unwind and take in the breathtaking mountain views after a day of adventure. The in-home laundry room is also available for your convenience.

With a sleeping capacity of 4, our townhome features an open floor plan that maximizes space and creates a warm and inviting ambiance. You'll love waking up and enjoying the stunning views of the mountain from this prime location.

Our townhome is ideally located at the corner of Silver King and Three Kings, offering easy (walkable) access to the lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. You'll be just minutes away from world-class skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking trails.

The Park City transit system, with service to all the area ski resorts, stops just at the corner and across the street from the community Cabana for convenient free transportation to anywhere in Park City (Main Street, Sundance Film Festival, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley & Canyons).

A car is not necessary, but if you have one, you will appreciate the convenience of the underground parking and being out of the elements. There is one underground designated parking space. If you have more than one car there is alternative guest parking. Easy access to Park City Mountain's lower ticket booth. Deer Valley Resort is 2 miles, The Canyons 3 miles, and Historic Main Street is just 1 1/2 miles away.

This place is amazing! From the location to the amenities! You can easily get around as the bus stop is right in front of the condo. It is also walkable to the ski lift.

The house was beautiful and very well equipped. We rent Vrbo properties on a regular basis, and this is one of the best houses we've ever stayed in. We loved the area. It was close to anything you want to do while in Park City. If we're ever back, we'll definitely rent this home again!

Had the most amazing stay at this property. Chancey was so great to communicate with and very accommodating. I've never stayed at a vacation rental that was so clean with the most beautiful and comfortable furnishings. There were also little extras that really helped during our stay (coffee, condiments etc) We were so sad to leave and had a wonderful stay. Thanks so much!

The location is outstanding. It is a five minute walk to the First Time lift. Parking is in a designated underground spot that accommodated the Suburban/Expedition sized vehicle needed to carry all the equipment. There are two guest spots which were intermittently available. Very well stocked with appliances and cookware. Very clean. Furnishing and bedding are some of the best of any Vrbo we have visited. Hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Wonderful new years stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It was extremely clean, fully renovated and decorated beautifully, and the kitchen was organized and stocked with all the basics. The bedding was also high quality and very comfortable. It is in a great location very convenient to skiing and the town. The owners are responsive and were in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall we loved this condo and would stay again on a future visit!

Perfect location, perfect stay!

It was our first trip to Park City and definitely will not be our last. Mountain Modern was a perfect choice - the location seriously can't be beat... steps from the First Time lift, a short walk to all the restaurants/shops at base and the grocery store, and easy to get to Main St via car or walking. The home had everything we could have needed. It was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. Our favorite part was the hot tub, which was the best way to relax after skiing all day. The views were incredible too. Overall our stay was perfect and we can't wait to come back!

Luxe location and fabulous hosts!

My family came for a nice time skiing at Park City Mountain Resort and this property was perfect! Everything in it was comfortable and the instructions were easy to understand. Most appreciated were the fireplace and TVs setup, along with everything we needed in the kitchen. Linens were very luxurious and the in unit W/D helpful for keeping up with a family. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Our hosts were helpful and everyone felt well taken care of. Location was phenomenal because it was so close to the mountain and then it was so easy to explore Main Street for restaurants and galleries.

I think if I had to pick one word to describe this place it would be luxurious. I felt pampered my entire stay! From the decor to the dishes everything is of the highest quality. The floor to ceiling windows in the den let in the beautiful surroundings in natural light. There are even electric blinds which lower at the touch of a button. The gas fireplace (also controlled by the touch of a button) kept the place warm and cozy. A delicious variety of Caribou coffee k cups were provided and enjoyed every morning to the phenomenal view! My husband and I along with our 2 grown sons walked approximately 5 min from the condo each morning to Jackson’s Base Camp at the base of Park City mountain where we rented and stored our skis. After skiing we would walk the short distance back to the condo and soak in the awesome hot tub. The hot tub was one of the nicest I have experienced. The cover is connected to the tub so you don’t have to fool with finding a place to set it. The tub is contoured to your body so the jets actually hit your back at all the right places to help soothe tired muscles. The heated floors in both large bathrooms are an added bonus! The bedding is not only magazine photo beautiful but also very comfortable. The closets are custom. The kitchen is perfectly stocked along with a nice gas grill. The Bosch ultra quiet dishwasher was never heard while watching movies in the den! Chancey graciously responded quickly to all my questions. I can’t recommend this place enoug

Great base for a ski week

A pristine property. Everything is clean, well stocked, and in new condition. Soft towels and bedding, quality furniture, a well outfitted kitchen. It’s even nicer than the pictures. A short walk through the clinic parking lot to Eagle, 3 Kings, or First Time. A great hot tub on the deck with views of the mountain. Loved the radiant heating and underground parking. Perfect ski base.

Home Away from Home

Our stay in Park City at this VRBO was the perfect winter ski getaway! As someone who would be learning to ski for the first time, I wanted a place that would be conveniently located to all the fun attractions in case the sport wasn't for me. The property was so well located that it made it easy to explore all the other fun activities in the area. In addition, the luxury amenities provided were beyond my expectations because of the high-touch service provided by Chancey and Yale. The highlight of our stay was actually the beautifully maintained home and private hot tub, which added to the overall charm and tranquility of the place. We highly recommend this VRBO property for an unforgettable winter vacation, but with the comforts of home.

Perfect Ski Base

Brand new, well equipped and gorgeous accommodation. The owners, Chancey and Yale, have spared no expense to ensure their guests have everything they need to have a comfortable stay. Everything is clean and organized. The ski base is just a parking lot walk away, and the private hot tub is a major bonus. There is also a free underground parking space which made hauling luggage and groceries a breeze. We found it to be the perfect location for our needs- 5 minute walk to the base and an easy one mile stroll to Main Street. Chancey was just a text away if we had any questions throughout our stay. We will be back!
