Apartment in Baia del Silenzio

My recently renovated apartment in the beautiful Baia del Silenzio is a window on the sea and is located in a typical Ligurian building.
You will like it for the location, the neighborhood, the outdoor and indoor spaces. It is suitable for couples, families with children and anyone who wants to enjoy a splendid sea view (for children there is a Baby Farma bed for children) and of course there is also the Nespresso coffee machine as well as free WIFI.
CITRA CODE 010059-LT-0366 according to local provision.
If you like walking from Sestri Levante you can find kilometers of hiking trails between sea and mountains with the possibility of local tastings.
The apartment is located 50 meters from the best restaurants and clubs in the area, in the historic center, 5 minutes on foot from the train station to easily reach the Cinque Terre, the Ligurian capital Genoa with its main attractions such as Museums, the Aquarium and the historic Palaces of the Rolli and the renowned Portofino.
The Cinque Terre, Portofino and San Fruttuoso can also be reached by sea by boat from the port which is only 5 minutes away on foot.
Alternatively, from the pier under the house you can embark with the catamaran for exclusive private trips.

Wonderful location

We had a great three night stay at Alba's apartment with two friends.Location is excellent with a beautiful view and very close proximity to bars and restaurants. The town is great to explore and you are not that far a walk from the train station.Apartment has excellent air-con when needed and the view from the lounge/TV room is the best.Thoroughly recommended.

A beautiful view in a great location

Excellent communication with the owner throughout the process. The apartment is located beachfront with a gorgeous view. All restaurants and shops in the old town are within a few minutes walk. The descriptions of the property are accurate. I would stay here again and recommend that you stay here also

Lovely spacious apartment with stunning views

We loved our stay and the apartment is spacious and well appointed in a very quiet location. The view of The Bay of Silence is stunning and you are close to all the amenities.

The best location in Sestri Levante

The apartment has gorgeous views of the little bay in front and quiet green space in back. Updated, but with lots of character, there is everything—including an elevator— a family could want for an unforgettable stay in this lovely, lively town.

A Magnificent Five Days

We have rented flats throughout the world, and this one was one of the absolute best. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and the view was beyond compare. The host left no stone unturned to be certain he had covered any need his guests could possibly have. Wish we could give more than five stars!!!

Family time in Sestri Levante

We spent a week at Alba’s apartment in Sestri Levante; the location is perfect...close to the beach, hikes, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and the views are even more spectacular in real life. Alba was very responsive whenever we had questions. We had a fabulous time in Sestri Levante.

Such a magnificent location and beautiful apartment that has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Whilst we were there the toaster broke and Alba bought a new one and dropped it off within 24 hours. That was out third stay in the apartment and we have booked a fourth for next year!

Couldn’t Be Any Better

Four “mature” women stayed in this fantastic apartment for 9 days. Mornings were wonderful, afternoons were wonderful, evenings and nights were wonderful. The apartment’s location is excellent and the views are incomparable. And the town is fun to explore and provides easy access to destinations via train, boat and car. All in all an A+.

This property is so thoughtfully appointed and even more perfectly situated that it is easily one of our all-time favorite VRBOs. We are sure to visit again. The view was spectacular. The beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare even complicated meals. The nearby chapel is a must visit. The neighbors are all very friendly. Brava!!

Fantastic location with the most gorgeous view of the bay and sunsets. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Beautiful apartment. Lots of space in the apartment. Clean new bathrooms. Such a stunning spot. Well appointed apartment with tasteful furnishings located in such a great spot right on the Baia del Silenzio which is by far the nicest of the two beaches in Sestri. Great views. Kitchen well stocked with the essentials. Great comfy beds. Some useful bits and pieces for the beach - paddle bats, lilos, etc in the end room were a bonus. Alba is a great host - always quick to answer any queries and provide suggestions. Would thoroughly recommend staying here!

Serene and peaceful slice of heaven.

Property layout was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. Communication with owner was excellent and he always responded immediately. Well equipped with everything you would need and immaculately clean. And of course the breathtaking view the moment you walk into the apartment.I hope I will have a chance to return to this slice of heaven. We stayed 12 nights and there was plenty to do in neighbouring towns up and down the Ligurian coast.

This apartment was amazing. Steps from the sand. Steps from the nearest restaurants and bars and shops. A very walkable town. Really don't need a car. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Towels were large and fluffy. Communication with Alba was easy and he promptly responded to my few inquiries. Would definitely come back to this apartment. We came in the off season, but most restaurants and shops were open, and the beach was pretty quiet and peaceful.

The location is fantastic, the view even more so. You walk onto the balcony and the views of the water are breathtaking, even more so than the posted photo. Adding to that, the apartment is large, clean, well stocked kitchen, close to everything. It was easy communicating with Alba. A few special touches by Alba enhance further the experience. I highly recommend it.

MAGICAL GEM on the historic Baia di Silenzio

It was hard to leave this lovely 3rd floor apartment (has elevator) with STUNNING views of the Baia di Silenzio! Sunrise, sunset, all day, all night! The location is right on the beach and in the center of old town. Groceries, countless restaurants, and GELATO! Loads of hikes to historic places, also with panoramic views. Water is warm and perfect for swimming! The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed (love the antique wood furnature), and well equipped for cooking and eating meals at home! Cannot wait to return❤️

Perfect location in perfect town not as busy as Cinque Terre but just as beautiful.

This town beats the crowds of Cinque Terre and this apartment has the best location. 10 steps from a beach far less crowded than the main town beach, next door to a beautiful terrace bar, and on a street with plenty of restaurants. Hostess was very helpful and arranged private garage parking for us as it is located in a car restricted zone. Thank goodness we elected the private garage as the old streets near the apartment are very narrow. That is what makes the apartment so good though, almost no traffic. Accomodated 5 of us easily with room to spare. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
